Had to give at least one star to get my review posted. I reserved a U-Haul online and called to ask a few questions because there was a notification after I reserved it that stated that they may not have a truck available that I may have to go somewhere else to pick it up. I understand there may be a shortage and that they can t know with certainty, However the man I spoke with on the phone I believe his name is either Tom or Tommy could not have been more rude. When I asked where I possibly would have to pick it up for example, would it be someplace local, He said I don t know . He may not know, but when you speak with someone on the phone and you work in a customer service field you need to be helpful and not blunt and rude and annoyed when a customer calls. Therefore I recommend anyone else that s looking for a U-Haul, Locally to instead call all star storage because unlike this rude man, TC, The gentleman I spoke with at all star, was extremely helpful and although he told me the same thing he worked out a plan for me and was very friendly. Message to the owner of this place, I realize it s hard to find people however this person is only going to be detrimental to your business if he can t learn some manners!!

Asked for the new style wiper blade replacements, they showed me the options, talked sale items, made my choice, and we were on our way.

Excellent service very knowledgeable staff I've never had the store give me a wrong part which I can say is happening at least once in every other are part of every winter except for Carquest

Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, another 7 for a bs excuse. Perception is not good when people move slow and lean on the counter breathing like they ran a marathon for walking 10 ft and can't get things done with a full staff. Went down the street to carquest and experience was 180 degrees different.

Great customer service and well stocked shelves. The staff is also very knowledgeable and will help you resolve problems.

Employees always ready to help. Much more knowledgeable than going to the other parts store chains that don't seem to know anything about cars

Placed a phone call to find out about renting a Uhaul. Service was spotty so I had to call back again. The man who answered starting by saying "you going to talk this time?"Pathetic service. When asking if there are any 10 foot rentals he said "I'll have to check in the back, call back in 20." I then asked if any 15 foot trucks were available. He repeated the same message. This was pathetic service by a pathetic man. I haven't even been inside once, but I know I never will.

They were extremely helpful i needed a hydraulic fitting that they didnt have so the guy engineered a part out of other fittings and hoses to make it work. The way they did business is how all parts stores should be!

Stopped in for a Fuel filter on my 7.3 Diesel. They gave me the options of the cheaper filter vs the more expensive. So I didn't feel like they were trying to make another sale.
