The man w/ dark hair and dark, long, ungroomed beard was so rude. No welcoming wave, just a angry demeanor. He yelled at us as to where to park. There are no signs that delineate the process for getting in line. We just left w/out gettining an oil change. I can see from a previous poor review, the disgruntled employee was to receive customer relationship training. Well......guess what? It didn't take.take.take. I will never return.

Came in for an oil change. Great, friendly service. Even though they were understaffed, they worked efficiently and got it done fast. Though they did pull the old look at your dirty air filter ploy.

Mustang Lube in Kingsland or Marble Falls has the best service I have received for Inspections and Oil Changes in this area. I would not waste my time going anywhere else!

They get it taken care of and do what you need in the best way they possibly can. My visit today was a wait but due to the lack thereof help they did everything they could in the best time they possibly could. No issues ever when I come here to get my oil changed to take care of what's supposed to be done. They offer some good coupon sometimes through mail so I would say keep an eye out for that makes for a decent oil change price

Arrived to have an oil and filter change for my 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. Since the car is getting old I always want to use the best products. Selected the synthetic Mobile 1 oil. When the mechanic prepared to drain the old oil they saw that it was in good condition. I came in for the oil change since the car's instrument panel was calling for an immediate oil change. They discovered a sticker hidden on the windshield stating that the car had another 3,000 miles before an oil change. The last shop apparently did not reset the instrument panel's change oil counter. They did not charge for the work they did to prepare for the oil change or change the oil even though the oil was in good condition. This all took place just before their lunch break. I mentioned that 2 shops had said that the engine's rear bearing was in need of replacement, preferably changing to a rebuilt engine. Mustang's manager, Ronnie, invited me to come back for a free inspection of the rear differential's oil. It was very refreshing to deal with a locally managed oil change shop that sincerely cares about their customers. I had used Mustang Lube & Brakes for a state inspection when moving here from Virginia.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

They over tightened the oil filter on my Jeep Cherokee. The repair cost at a Jeep Dealership cost me $1,100. Mustang refuses to pay for the repairs.

Very clean and tidy facility compared to most small shops. Although, they may be extremely grumpy and rude in the morning... State inspections are first come, first serve. I'm just giving some advice here... Don't walk in early, even just 5 minutes. The gentleman (Ronnie) at the counter wouldn't even look at me. How about a good morning, I'll be right with you. NOPE! I said good morning and how are you. He continued to write down something. He then looked at me. "I'm trying to open up. We don't open for another 5 minutes." How about locking the door behind you if you're not ready? If I wasn't desperate for a state inspection, I would have left. When I came back, Nicole was very welcoming. I was surprised by Ronnie's behavior, especially after reading the reviews. My return is questionable.

Awesome people work here. I've used Burnet Express Lube for 7 years. But they were just awful to me when I went for an oil change and again for an inspection. So while I was waiting in line for the inspection I looked for another place and found these wonderful people. Thank you Mustang Lube and Brakes for being better than my local place. Best customer service ever.

With this being the only place in Marble Falls that consistently offers vehicle inspections, it's easy to give 5 stars. The staff is friendly, services are reasonably priced, and it never takes too long for an oil change.

had called 2 other oil change places who didn t even attempt to ask what size my vehicle was just said no we don t have your filter. I called Mustang Lube here and spoke with Ronnie who did not have my filter but ordered it and the filter was here in less than 30 mins and was able to get my much needed oil changed. Thank you Mustang Lube for all your help and going the extra mile. I will only use this place for all my needs.Service: Oil change

Highly recommend Mustang Lube. Although I m only visiting here, I will plan on coming back for routine synthetic oil change and maintenance. This used to be my go to place for inspections and oil changes. I like giving the smaller shops my business. I have tried several times on a few different vehicles to have them inspected over the past few months but they weren't doing inspections. They were short handed a few times so I get that. Got here this morning at 9:00 am. At 9:05, sign goes on door that there will not be any inspections until 10. So, I stick my head out the door. Does that include me? No, you were already here. It is now 9:46 and still no inspection and multiple oil changes completed after I came in. If you would have told me that it would be after 10, I would have left and tried another day. Anyway, this place has gone down hill over the last year or so and will be the last time I spend a dollar here. It finally went in at 9:49.Would love to give them a few stars for just being friendly but they aren't even that!So long Mustang Lube you lost a 9 year customer!

Excellent service ! Chris & Mikey were very personable upon my arrival & made me feel right at home . They gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes before my car would be ready . Then, while my wife & I were on our way to pick it up.. I get a 2nd call letting me know that it is ready to pick up at my convenience Will definitely be back !
