My 22 Lincoln Nautilus was brought to the Johnson Sewell dealership for service & a sensor issue. All service was made in a courteous, professional & reasonable manner. My service manager, Olivia, was knowledgeable, courteous & kept me informed throughout the service process. I used Quick Lane today. I telephoned and was told to bring my car in that same afternoon. I needed a new tire.The staff called another tire business to compare prices and they were more expensive than Johnson Sewell. So, while I sat in a comfortable chair reading my book, Johnson Sewell did all the work and I purchased a new tire at a lower price thanks to Johnson Sewell and a very conscientious staff.W.W.Service: Auto tire replacement

I m very unhappy with quick lane. Junis is great & shot straight with me on my last visit but when I was there in Dec, 2021, the quick lane lady & my order said I needed 4 new tires. I couldn t afford them at the time so I waited until my next oil change. Funny, in June, all my tires were fine, no new ones were needed. How can I need 4 in dec & none in June? I felt like I was being taking advantage of. I hope this is not done to my elderly parents who use your services!Service: Oil change

Called to see about an appt to get an electrical system checked out. Told no appt necessary just come to quick lane. Drove the hour to get there. Told it would be 2 hours before they could get to me. It actually took. 3 hours. Said battery checked ok. Asked about error codes. They said they would change battery. Another half hour passed with no results. Asked again and told it must be a glitch. Go home and if it happens again they would come pick it up and give a loaner. Pleased that they offered. Still getting error after the 6 plus hours spent to get help. Not sure how to feel yet. Hopefully they will honor the promise and solve this issue.

This is the second consecutive time in service that I ve had to send the car back to get the service completed properly. First was last summer: A simple oil change, and the car came back with a huge grease smudge on the door threshold. I sent it the car back, and someone haphazardly cleaned it. But I had to get a can of Tuff Stuff to finish cleaning it myself.The most recent service: the order was oil change and to repair the tire that had the nail in it. The car came back with nail still in the tire. And the tire was marked where the nail was! So I sent it back for flat repair.At least these incidents were fixable. I don t mind sending the car back as often as needed, but somewhere in there, somebody is not valuing and paying attention to the workServices: Tires, Oil change

I had two unusual problems that were difficult to locate. Both were repaired. The service manager went out if his way by riding with me in my vehicle for 35 miles until a mysterious noise revealed itself.
