My service writer went above and beyond any of my expectations! Her name is Baby and she is exactly the kind of employee that I would hire because of her attention to detail and communication with me. She had a great attitude, and made my experience very easy! The staff took care of my truck, fixed everything and did an amazing job on the detail! I took my Edge in to a scheduled service appoinment on Monday, July 24 due to an abs and traction control error code. First, there was a delay in diagnsosing the problem because they cleared the codes and couldn't get that error again (I had told them what the alert was saying when I scheduled the appointment, and I also showed it to the person when I dropped it off). I was finally given a diagnosis after two days and told it would be fairly expensive to fix. I agreed to the service stressing that I NEED MY CAR. I was told it would be ready on July 31st at the latest. That was today - no car. My technician is no longer employed there. Still waiting on my car. I'm being generous with 2 stars because the service receptionists have been sweet, and I'm hoping JS Ford will rectify my situation.Service: Auto brake repair

Olivia is a courteous, professional Service Advisor. My heater/blower issue required major dashboard removal to accurately diagnose. It took several days to order & receive the parts, install them, then reassemble my dashboard. The BEST thing about Olivia's management of my repair was her DAILY communication of my truck's status. I never once had to call regarding progress! She even surprised me by calling 2 days prior to the estimated delivery date to tell me my repairs were complete. I highly recommend Johnson-Sewell for service when needed on your Ford truck!

Quick, kind, and informative. The gentlemen that assisted me met me at my truck and quickly got me checked in. He gave me an honest assessment of what he thought I needed and there was no overselling of services or products that I don t need. And most importantly he was kind. This was my first experience taking my f250 to this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised at the great service.Service: Auto maintenance

Took my Escape in for a recall, claim 22S43 Was gonna sit there till 12 30 due to husband pick me up. Did not figure I would get her back till tomorrow. The nice salesman, Kris Flores got me in and out and gave my car a free wash. I was very happy! So was my husband! The best service ever got there. Totally awesome! Several months ago I posted a less than stellar review. I did get contacted by the dealership thanking me for my review, apologizing for my problems and asking me to give them another try. I took my car in last week to a totally different experience. I have to say it wasn t because of who I was or that they were expecting me.They met me in the parking lot, took my info and keys and my phone number. The gentleman said they would keep me up to where my car was and what was going on. They did just that. I was informed twice before it went in, and again once they started work on it. When they were close to being finished they called me and had me come back to the desk where they explained all they did and some work that needs to be done. I set up an appointment for a few days later to get that done as well. Thank you Johnson Sewell for improving your service. I had engine work done here. Never inexpensive, but the service at this Ford dealer service stands out. From the initial phone call to pick up, I was in good hands. It was all about what they COULD do for me and my Expedition, not what they couldn't. The service department was quick and thorough and the professionals communicated with me almost daily. Drew in service and maintenance department worked tirelessly with my insurance provider to get repairs done on my F150 after it was vandalized. He kept me up to date on the progress and was very professional. Great guy working for your company.

For the most part a great experience! Theresa was great and very personable. She answered my questions in a knowledgeable manner. The wait is about an hour, but with great service worth waiting. The only drawback, the service personnel neglected to put my oil change reminder on the windshield. Have been going there for several years and will continue to do so.Service: Oil change

My experience was great with the people at the desk .. my car was supposed to have been washed but when I walked out it was still dirty. Jenny was amazing. She was constantly calling with updates and was friendly and tremendously helpful. They gave me a free car wash, which saved me hours before my road trip. Drew, my advisor was amazing. Very informative with text on updates along with knowledge. Only complaint and I hope it was an oversight, was my tires were not rotated which I paid for along with my oil change. He followed up with a phone call to correct. After getting the run around at a different dealership, I went to Johnson Sewell in Marble Falls. They quickly got my vehicle in, diagnosed the issue, and had the warranty repairs done in record time. I couldn t be more satisfied with my experience! I drive from Liberty Hill to Marble Falls just to use Johnson Sewell. They fixed a warranty issue on my seat that Mac Haik refused to touch. The staff is friendly and their service is excellent. Install mudflaps and tinted windows. I would of gave them a 5 stars but I had to go back and have the window tint done over and the mudflaps hand a gap between them and the fender that I had to readjust.. All staff were really outstanding.. I still would recommend them.

Outstanding as usual, Went in to have my battery inspected. Had a 10 AM appointment and I arrived at 9:45 AM and out by 10:30. Was also provided a Multi Point Inspection. The women service advisors are cordial. The men certified service technicians are excellent. The service repair manager is honest and determined to get your car repaired promptly and correctly. Symptoms were too complex for technician, went to the foreman. Repair involved a recall procedure. Parts were ordered without a delivery date. Service manager kept me informed of progress. Repair was finished 2 days after parts delivery.Tested battery. working at 40%. Replaced battery and kit. Great communication with staff. It was a hard fix . All of the lug nut studs had sheared off of my Motorhome, causing the right rear outside wheel to come off. Repair was quickly and professionally done in freezing weather.

After dealing with a local Austin Dealership and having a horrible experience. It was such a refreshing change to find a dealership like Johnson Sewell in Marble Falls, Tx. It was well worth the 45 minute drive to feel like I mattered. Will & Mary in the service department took very good care of me!! The water pump on my car went out on a Tuesday afternoon. We managed to get it to the Johnson Sewell dealership. The service people were very busy, so we had to leave the car. Wednesday morning, I spoke with Teresa Faske and she told me the water pump had gone out and the part had to be ordered. The part came in on Thursday and the repair was finished and checked out by Friday morning. Teresa took care of getting in touch with our extended warranty people and our repair was covered. What could have been a really expensive repair turned out to be a $100 deductible. We were very well taken care of from the repair part all the way to the young lady that got us home and later picked us up to retrieve our car. This appointment required replacement of the passenger side door blend actuator. The AC/heater was not working on the passenger side.
