I finally found an honest shop that does what they say they will! I had two horrible experiences with other body shops lying to me and not doing the right thing. Hillcountry is great! Friendly, professional, and honest. I will definitely keep using them.

This is the second vehicle we have brought to Hill Country Collision. I cannot say enough how awesome these guys are to work with and they did an amazing job! They went above and beyond the estimate and made my truck bed new again! They are friendly, knowledgeable, fast and know what they are doing. The guys at Hill Country Collision treated me like family and did a amazing job on my truck! My truck hasn t ever looked this good. I highly recommend them. They are honest and do quality work. They even work on custom cars and hot rods, something most body shops don t do. Check them out!

I will only take my vehicles to Hill Country Collision. They took care of everything even items I wasn't aware of. I could not ask for better customer service and quality work. They treat their customers as if they are the only one that is important to them. I cannot recommend this company enough! After an insurance company tried to total out my car over a fender bender. I took my vehicle over here and they had another insurance claim adjuster come in and reassess it and got my car fixed!! The ensured that the process was as easy as it could be! Not only did they save my vehicle, but they did quality work at a fast pace and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!If you are looking for honest mechanics and the best quality work in the hill country, this is a place for you! They truly are a blessing

My repair was great!The staff's communication about repair progress needs much improvement.Almost like they have too much business.In todays market communication is paramont. I likely will go to Bee Caves a dealer if I ever need body work again.JMO

These folks are professional. They return phone calls promptly. Superior workmanship can be expected. They work with their customers and insurance companies to get the best outcome. They have worked on 2 of my cars, my son's car and my daughter's car. Highly recommended!

Really happy with these guys. We had our truck lid painted and rain gutters over the cab cleaned up, re-caulked and painted... they did an excellent job. Absolutely phenomenal customer service!. They took care of everything needed to get me back on the road - even things that were 'invisible' to me - things that made my vehicle much safer. I found a problem that was not related to my wreck after the fact and they even took care of that too - at no charge! WOW - you simply could not ask for better customer service or quality workmanship. They treat their customers as if they are the only one that is important to them. I highly recommend these highly qualified and wonderful people.

The best body shop in Texas! Clean, organized, well run with a great staff. Chris, Brandon and the rest of the family do a fantastic job! My vehicles have all been worked on in a timely manner. Everthing has far exceeded my expectations and I'm always expressed by the quality of their workmanship! A GREAT ORGANIZATION!!!

The team at Hill Country Collision are great people. They work for you not the insurance company. My insurance wanted to use used parts and they wouldn t agree. This did delay us a week, but I m getting new parts because it took the insurance a week to agree. On top of this I get a lifetime guarantee with their work. Awesome place!!

I had the roof and hatchback replaced on my Honda CRV, as icy roads caused a slide into a steep ditch & embankment. It took about 3 weeks to get the necessary parts, which stretched out the total repairto 6 weeks vs. the expected 4 weeks .Hill Country payed for a lease car for the extra time taken.They communicated with me as promised and provided a good quality finished product.Services: Auto windshield repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was so upset when my car was parked and hit by an unknown driver. I took my vehicle to Hill Country Collision, Chris dealt with my insurance and they helped me out with a vehicle to drive (I didn't have rental coverage)I just picked up my car, it only took 2 weeks. My car is completely fixed, and they detailed it! I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and Quality of work. I would recommend anyone to this local Company. Thank you!

I have taken more than one car to Hillcountry Collision and each time has been a very good experience and very pleased with the finish of the car. They were recommended to me by a friend who has had multiple good experiences. They are consistent, good communicators, and conscientious.

The service provided by Hill Country Collision was only topped by their staff s ability to provide professional and courteous service. They repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner and had me back on the road in less than 3 hours, in addition, they washed my vehicle (inside and out ), I ve never had this type of service performed by anyone in the past.All praise aside, their pricing and ability to quote you within a few moments of your arrival is incredible. They have very competitive rates, they want to please you and take care of your issue. They are very family oriented/family owned, and live in and support the community.I would, and have recommended Hill Country Collision to folks in the area. I have even spoken to a person from Dallas that will only bring his vehicles to Hill Country Collision!

We had no trouble getting our truck repaired here at Hillcountry Collision. They took a look and gave me a bid and handle the insurance claim with the adjuster. Hill Country Collision really took care of me after I got rear ended the day after Christmas. They were able to get my truck into the shop almost immediately after I called them, and worked with my insurance company to get all of the additional work performed at no cost to me after extra damage was discovered that the adjuster didn't see.My small complaint was that the truck took a little longer than I would like to get back, but that was through no fault of HCC. The insurance adjuster took their sweet time getting out to Marble Falls to do final inspections before they signed off on work done.Chris really took care of me and made sure that all my needs were met. He took care of my insurance extension for my rental and completely detailed my truck before they gave it back to me.Family run company that really prides themselves on customer service. Definitely recommend these guys!

We have had nothing but good experience with Hill Country Collision. Can't count the number of times we have had these guys work on our cars and trucks from our personal vehicles to our business vehicles. From hail damage to full paint jobs. Always been happy and very satisfied with the work performed. The work has always been done in a very timely manner. Easy to work with very responsible owners.I would highly recommend HCC.

GREAT SERVICE 10/10 WOULD USE AGAIN!. I took my car in to get it fixed after an accident, and they gave me a fair quote and turned my car around in half the time they estimated! They were also kind enough to work with me on payment for some extra body work. Great guys Vince is the best!

After the kamikaze deer attack, I decided to try Hill Country Collision to fix my car instead of one I'd used for years about an hour away. I was extremely pleased, as HCC isn't just prompt and efficient, but they worked well with my reluctant insurance company, and went extra miles to do the job right. Literally! When wrong repair parts were shipped to them, HCC staff drove to the shipper to get the right ones, saving me days of delay.Once finished, the car looked better than the day I bought it. Larry & his team up at Hill Country took care of me and did a great job repainting my 05 Dodge Ram. It was pretty beat up and now it looks brand new again; better than when I bought it. My family and friends have all been using them over the past few years and I m glad I used them. I will be referring others and bringing my other vehicles there in the future.
