We had a great experience with Adrian buying our 2016 F-150 XLT. It was apparent that he was knowledgeable about the used car market and took pride in the quality of the vehicles on his lot and making a fair deal. From the test drive to the paperwork they were nice to deal with. My husband & I were in the market for a nice, dependable traveling car as we ve been having to make several monthly trips to Dallas to take care of some family. Jazmine, Adrien & Byron were so friendly & helpful and we drove away with a beautiful, one owner 2008 Lexus IS350. All the cars they offer are pristine & you can tell they're very selective in what they choose to put out on their lot. They might be small, but they re packed with quality & friendly& efficient customer service! Totally worth the drive to Marble Falls

I have known and dealt with Adrian professionally for several years. I loved my old vehicle but knew the time would come that I would need to make a change. Adrian and his crew knew what was important to me and knew what I was wanting and made sure the vehicle I ended up buying met all of my expectations. They really make sure they are taking care of the customer and listening to their needs. They care. I have highly recommended them for some time now and I will continue to do so after finally settling on the right vehicle for me from them. I now love my new to me Toyota Highlander! The whole process of buying our Mini-Cooper Countryman went smoothly with the team at Highland Lakes Auto. We flew into Austin from our home in Alaska, and were picked up in the new car then drove to Marble Falls, TX. Thank you for the ease of purchasing the Mini (and for the dinner tab you picked up as we started off on our long road-trip back to Alaska). You all were fabulous to meet and work with!

Byron and the team here at Auto Exchange are awesome. They are very pleasant and nice to deal with. The vehicles they have are very nice. I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Exchange. The first a beautiful Lexus sedan which I have enjoyed the past few years. Recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and so far it has been fun to drive. They have always treated me right and I would do business with them over and over. Highly recommend.

I ve purchased a few vehicles with Adrian and his team. From an F250 to work vans. He always has good quality cars in his lot, and if he doesn t have what I need, he goes above and beyond to find it. Amazing customer service, and he s always made sure the buying process is simple. Highly recommend him and his team, my go to dealer, Even if it is 600 miles away!

The whole team I have met here are awesome! We purchased my wife s mini van from here and she couldn t be happier! That in itself is a major win!! The experience was so great that when I was looking for an additional truck for our business I was super excited that they had the make and model I was looking for ready to go. The whole process was easy with zero pressure and I always enjoy the chance to meet up with Adrian and the team to see what inventory they have. I ve purchased many vehicles in my life. I contacted Highland lakes team about a 2009 GT-R Adri�n and his son contacted me with in 20 Minutes after inquiring about the vehicle. I spoke to Debra about the Infiniti G35 I'd seen listed but hadn't seen on their lot when visiting after hours. That's because it was at their Burnet, Tx location so she had it moved for me the next morning! :-) They replaced the battery, checked the tire pressure, put in a half tank of gas and took it to the car wash while Debra and I completed paperwork. I was pre-approved for a loan by my bank which helped move things along since Debra was familiar with them and knew what to expect. Everyone at the office, including Luna the schnauzer, was very friendly and helpful which made this experience a pleasure. I'm so happy with my swanky ride!! Thanks Auto Exchange!

I was looking for another truck in july of 2021 , cause I got in a accident in June of 2021 and totalled my other truck i owned for 20 years. God directed me to highland lakes auto exchange In marble falls , TX. Adrian and his assistant in the office were nothing but nice and understanding and great customer service too. I saw a 2013 metallic gray silver chevy truck on there website and called him and went and looked at it .I live in leander ,TX , about 45 miles away . Was impressed with condition and the way it ran , when I test drove it. And the miles on it wasnt that bad .Looked at it that day and bought it the next day . A year later in July 2022 , the truck is running great and I like it alot . Adrian is a straight shooter , if your looking for a vehicle and want to find something you can buy and count on.Go to highland lake auto exchange .Thanks Adrian, love my truck !

I just bought a car from Highland Lakes Auto Exchange, and it went as smoothly as possible. I called them after finding a good deal online; they confirmed that they still had the car, and that I could come look at it the next day. The car was very clean and in good shape and everybody there was friendly and helpful. We weren't rushed through the sale, but they got everything done quickly and explained all the paperwork we had to sign, as well as the next steps with the license plates and other stuff. Drove up from ATX to buy a car from them. Was extremely responsive and nice. There was no hassle or pressure at all - one of the fastest car buying experiences I ve ever had (rivaling only online car dealers). Would definitely buy a car here again, even with the 1 hour drive.

The staff here make you feel like family, unlike most typical used car dealerships, the cars here are in outstanding condition. The quality in all of the vehicles exceeded my expectations. The owner Adrian was very trustworthy, and made me feel at ease during my entire purchase. This has been the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I am so happy with my purchase, and the fact he even took the time to put a big large bow on it made it even better.
