From llano there are many places to take your vehicle to. I choose Gerber because they have always been professional, worked well with my insurance company, and they are on top of things communicating every step of the way. I worked with Pearl and she is amazing. Great customer service and I have not had to go anywhere else because they do such an amazing job. Living in the Deer capitol of Texas, this 3rd (in 6yrs) vehicle is in great hands. The glass repair department is just as efficient.

The staff at Gerber was extremely friendly, and courteous! They communicated well with me throughout the whole process including very helpful text updates! They partnered with our auto insurance company which was an added bonus! They made sure the parts were all ordered first before starting the repair. They made the whole process painless, and even partner with a local rental car place there which picks you up at Gerber! The repairs were done early, and they had our car looking so pretty when picked up! When I first came in for an estimate, I overheard 2 other clients talking to each other, and how they won t go anywhere else now! I knew I was in awesome hands, just by overhearing what all they had to say! A huge thank you to Gerber, Brandon, and the sweet lady that works up front as well! We have used Paceline several times, once for my truck and twice for my husband's. Every time has been a good experience with great results. They are very professional and personable. They keep you informed on the progress and when you can most likely expect to pick up your vehicle, which to me, is very helpful. Thanks Andrea and Brandon for a great experience!!

After having another vehicle hit my side, damaging both doors, and having to fight with the other person s insurance company for a few weeks... it was so refreshing and wonderful to see how they took care of my vehicle and my case. They kept me informed of every step, had a front office that was super inviting, and the repairs on my car made it look like it never had a scratch on it to begin with. Looking for a solid place with good people with skills? This is the place for you!

Vehicle had hail damage and I was promised it would take two days and it took 7. They had to remove trim, molding, hood and bed cover to reach the hail dings. The cover was not replaced correctly and I had to have it realigned by original installer. They damage under the hood with tools used to reach hail dings and damage the felt cover under the hood. I again turn it into them and was told it would be done in the one day and it was not. They did not replace a cowl cover and argued with me that it was suppose to be that way for the windshield wiper. I am having to get the dealer to send me photos of what it is suppose to be there to prove it to them. The hood was not aligned correctly the first time and I am awaiting to inspect if it is done correctly. I cannot see if any damage was done when hail dings were addressed under the roof as the headliner is covering that area. When I first had them look at the hail damage they said it did not look that bad as the insurance company wrote, but yet they charged the full amount of the insurance quote to the penny.Service: Body & Trim

I may be more picky than your average car owner as I used to work in a collision shop. When I decided to go with Paceline after reading previous reviews I thought I had chosen well but I was wrong. The shop did keep in touch with me on a semi daily basis as to the progress of the repair. All was well until I went to pick up my car. I was told it would be ready by mid day, when I showed up at 11 my car was not ready.Not only was my car not ready, they hadn't even completed checking it over. After a few minutes I was told that they needed to keep my car for another day. The reason? The gas door wouldn't open when the handle was pulled. They where also still waiting on a stone guard for the rear door. The only good news is that the body lines look good and at least the paint matches.Once I got my car back, the gas door would open and they had put the stone guard on, and even found out they where missing an interior bolt hole cover. The situation gets better about a week later when I am at the gas station. The gas door fails to open and I have to wedge it open. Upon further inspection I notice that the pop rivets holding the door to the car are loose.That night I take apart the interior to remove the switch that opens the door and see that there was bare metal on the inside of the quarter panel from their repairs. A few days later I try to open the hatch to load some groceries in and the door wont open. The reason? the bumper guard was loose and keeping the door from opening. I rip it off and see that instead of replacing the old double sided tape, they added a small amount of new tape to the side of the old tape.Now all of this is covered by the repair warranty, however the quality of the repair makes me doubt they would fix it properly the second time. Lucky for me I still have a good amount of my collision repair tools and was able to fix everything myself.Maybe this shop has done great work in the past and my car was just one terrible repair job, either way you have been warned.

Got my car back with an empty tank. Had way more mileage then when I dropped it off. They stole my old headlights even though I made it clear I wanted them. Said they couldn t find them. They told me a couple times it would be ready then it wasn t. They said the morning I picked it up the lights were just getting finished. So not sure how the lights went missing. My car is also making a weird noise now. On the driver side since I got it back. They ve made it hard to want to trust them. They said they would replace my headlights but haven t. They were original parts and they want to replace with after market. Which is upsetting. They are sweet but that doesn t cut it for making these mistakes and they need to be fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Paceline Collision Center is a first class operation, wonderful staff, extremely accommodating, beautiful work and special attention to details. They are definitely willing to go the extra mile to please their clients. One of the headlights that was replaced on our car ended up being defective...they actually came out to our hometo switch out the lamp so that we were not inconvenienced. Our search for the best care repair shop is over now...they are the best & we will definitely use them again and recommend their shop to friends and family.

I was very impressed with the personnel. They were all very friendly and concerned with helping me have a good experience. I felt that I could trust them with my very precious vehicle. i do love my pickup!The work they did was top notch. I would recommend this business, especially if you are from out of town.

The staff are very friendly, approaching the customer's problem witha very sincere and professional manner. We were kept up to date on the car's progressby the office staff. We were motivated to use Paceline after observing the quality workthat was performed on our neighbor's car last year which was damaged by strikinga deer which was crossing the highway Regardless, our car looks great. Thanks.

Paceline is excellent in all regards. All of the staff were friendly and customer-focused throughout, and communicated well at every step. Andrea even told us what days they would give us updates. There was a form for special owner instructions and requests. The estimate was very transparent and they submitted promptly to USAA. Manny, our service advisor, went out of his way to locate the original equipment AMG wheel at a dealer to complete the work by Friday, since we had weekend guests, and he kept a close eye on the entire process. He even drove us over to Enterprise to pick up a rental car. Our car was cleaned and detailed when we picked it up, and there no surprises whatsoever, on the repairs or the bill. And it goes without saying - if USAA recommends them, you know they are good.

No way no how does it take 10 days to work up an estimate. When I call several times to make sure my appointment to drop off truck was still valid, waited for a call back for two days! Finally just called my insurance adjuster where she was told "the work load they have is too large right now". Shop called me after I cancelled my drop off time and I was told I should have made an appointment for a free estimate. So after waiting for them and giving them the benefit, it has now became my fault.. I guess they are right it is my fault, for using them!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, OR GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO WASGE YOURS!!

I've used Paceline a total of four times now. They make the entire repair process as pleasant as it can possibly be. Andrea and Brandon are excellent at what they do and they kept me informed at all times during my repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. They're a true class act.Mike Ryan

To start of this place isn't a 4.8 star as it perceived to be. Said my car would be ready I'm 3 weeks.... 6 weeks later and all not finished. My trunk and steering column was only thing to be repaired and ask not finished. Wait until the day of estimated return and all no call from them saying it will be longer. Constantly lying about the work on my car.... Never again will I choose service from a review.... Only had my car 1 month before accident and still can't enjoy my car!!! Went from $3600 for repair to $5800+ for damages. Not good costumer service or timely work.

The staff was very friendly. They provided transportation and kept me informed about the progress on my vehicle repairs. When I picked up the car it was cleaner than it has been since I bought it. The new bumper is very nice, and the paint looks great.

We took my car to Paceline after having hail damage. The repair was done in less time than was estimated. Employees treated us with care and no one would ever suspect it had been dented. Good job!

I had hit a deer and was recommended to Gerber through progressive and I was not disappointed. Looked like a brand new truck when they finished the repair and they even cleaned the inside for me! 5 out of 5 would recommend to others.

Third time to use Paceline. Great job repairing hail damage! I think the job was a bit rushed since the cable that connects the rear brakes was left dangling, but that's a minor fix.

There every where, they remind me of EARL SHRIBE.BODY SHOP AND PAINTING.THERE GOOD FAST AND FRIENDLY AND YOUR STATE FARM INSURANCE LOVE THEM ALSO ALLSTATE.BUT BEWARE::you need to Really take a good look at the paint and body work.

I have used Paceline about three times now they have always got my car out in a timely manner and they do very good work never have had a problem an every one is so nice Andrea,Tony, Brendon, they make you fell so welcome i would not take my car anyplace but Paceline some places just want your money Paceline wants you to return i trust them completely they listen to you !!
