Excellent, prompt service. I developed a mechanical car problem while traveling in Marble Falls, called Elite, and was worked in right away. They fixed the problem and explained (in plain English) what they did. Also, very friendly service. Overall, outstanding in all respects.

Miguel, the owner, impressed me from the very moment I met and spoke to him about my brake lights coming on. He inspected the BMW X3 and told me the brakes still had 10 K miles and only if i wanted extra assurance it would need sensor replacement. I decided to have the sensor fixed and he charged me very modestly. Similarly on our second car he said the break lights were turning on because the previous mechanics had not zip tied the sensor properly - he tied it, fixed the problem and did not even charge for it. He comes across with and demonstrates his modesty, transparency,top notch troubleshooting skills and professionalism - simple, no frills attached and cuts to the chase. Thoroughly enjoyed the visits and plan to take my cars back only to Miguel. He also has good experienced mechanics like Justin. Love this place, try it out.

My 2007 Jaguar XK had an AC drainage line blockage causing condensation to pour into the passenger s floor board. To access this line would have required expensive and extensive work.. The personnel at Elite were able to create a by-pass that allowed for drainage. Costs for this lime were very reasonable in fact lower than estimated. The personnel at Elite are outstanding and. very professional. I will have all my automotive work accomplished at Elite.

When my '05 Benz just stopped running out of the blue, this shop diagnosed (bad sensor) and got me back on the road in 2 days! Outstanding communication started with them answering the phone early on Monday morning and kept me updated via text messages. This is the honest, reliable and reasonable shop for German made auto repair in Marble Falls,TX.

I really wish all mechanics would model themselves after this place. They are responsive, honest, (very important) professional and affordable. I have had quotes on two repairs that were much more reasonable than other places. Recently, they changed the belts on our truck. The cost was very reasonable and they were very fast. It s comforting that someone who knows nothing about vehicles can trust Carlos and Miguel to provide them with a quality service and fairly priced repair. I suppose integrity would be the best description for this place.Service: Engine repair

I needed my coolant reservoir checked out because my coolant light kept coming on. I was worried it would cost alot, but it turns out it was a pretty simple fix. Mr. Jason took a look at it and explained what was happening. Such kind and professional people. I'm going to come here from now on for any automotive needs. Thank you.

I brought my car into Elite on a Monday, had a diagnosis the same day, and was able to pick it up fixed and ready to go by Wednesday! Miguel is the Man!Have BMW with air bag lite on. Dropped off at 9 done by 10:30. He explained what the issue was and fixed it. Also checked out the engine to make sure belts, hoses etc were in good shape. Didn't charge me an arm and leg too! He answered all my questions which I appreciate being a woman some shops wouldn't take the time to listen.Got me as future customer for sure!Thanks again.

My air conditioner was out and one of my windows wouldn't roll down. Miguel made sure everything was right at a more than fair price. I will go back the next time my car needs repairs.

Gratified to have a professional, honest, reliable, friendly, thorough, and affordable mechanic in Marble Falls. Growing up here it was not uncommon to have to take your vehicle to Austin for this quality of service. I feel this business will prosper here with the growing pop. Keep up the good work!

Took my diesel 3series to have the diesel particulate filter warning fixed. Other mechanics couldn t fix it and I really didn t want to take it to the dealer. Elite automotive got the car in and fixed in a great amount of time. I know my 12 year old car will last a lot longer now that I ve found them.

These guys know their BMWs. They took care of radiator system problem in my 5 series quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased with the work I took in my MINI Cooper for a brake flush and pads. And then Manny offered to drive the MINI to the tire shop so I wouldn't have to make the extra trip. That's what I call customer service. Very reasonable rates when compared to other BMW service centers in Austin. Why drive to Austin when you can take it to Manny and Miguel?

While I didn't use their service, I sat and visited with them while waiting on a bed liner to get finished on my truck. Just visiting with them and getting to know them was enough to recommend them. They are good people.
