This guy is an idiot and has no mind in running a business. Won't take the time to answer one question., makes it seem like he is the one running the scam. His collision business may be ok but I would never buy a vehicle from him.

These people are trash truck juice. Scam artists. Sold my 18 year old daughter a car and wouldn't let her drive it 1st.i wish I had been there but I couldn't. The battery was shot, radio won't work and stays on so it constantly drains the battery. Entire bumper and rear quarter panels are about to fall off. Horn doesn't work. I could go on. These people are a rip off. Stear clear.

We have a super clean, like new, 2000 Buick Century that had cosmetic damage. The insurance company wanted to "total" it and pay us almost nothing. Thankfully, I was referred to Collision Express, and Jerry Stephens, the owner, worked with the insurance company to get repairs done. The Buick was repaired to perfection, beautiful paint/body work, cleaned, and detailed, when we picked it up. The work was top notch, the service excellent, and Jerry is a great man, honest and caring, who works to help people. Jerry has long time experience in auto body repair, and the professionalism, quality, and workmanship is the best. My wife was so happy to see her Buick perfect again. If you ever need some collision repair work done, ask for Jerry, and you will be so glad that you did. Five stars is not enough to say how great Jerry and his repair business is.

I called to talk to the owner about a machine he had for sale he was very rude and stated no phone calls if you want to see it come look if not get lost and hung up on me very rude do not recommend doing business with rude people like this it never ends well I will pray for him god bless

After a "hit and run" at a local retail store, I contacted Jerry at Collision Express for an estimate. Jerry was very helpful and informative on what needed to be done and provided me an estimate within 15 minutes or so. I chose to take my 2019 Honda CR-V to his shop for the repairs because of the great service and communication I had received in getting the estimate and days following. Repairs were completed and I am back on the road. I have zero complaints, there were no issues, no surprises and I do 100% recommend Collision Express to anyone in need of auto body repair.Service: Painting

I wish I could give them all the stars in the world. Jerry and his team have been nothing short of amazing on their service and their work. I had 2 incidents that caused a lot of damage to my car both times and they have fixed my 2018 Tucson to perfection both times! I just got the car in October and within 6 months had to have extensive body work both times, I thought for sure it would be a lost cause. Even had some issues with the person at faults insurances and Jerry handled it all for me! BOTH times they have repaired my car to brand new condition and even came to get it all the way in Dallas and bring it back!!! I could not thank them enough!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys for any work you may need done!!!!

Completely RUDE. I called about a vehicle for sale on craigslist as it stated there was a check engine light on and I wanted to know what was involved in repairing that as they likely knew what the code was that was causing the light. Whomever answered the phone said "no calls, thank you anyway" how do you do business like that?! I am not going to drive from Austin to Marble Falls without asking a couple of simple questions.

I came here to check out a vehicle that was for sale in the lot and was told to talk to Jerry. Upon talking with Jerry who was very short with me to begin with had a bad attitude as we discussed issues about a car he had for sale. Well what he had described on the post didn t match up to the actual vehicle. I wouldn t recommend anyone to come here and do any kind of business with him. Very rude from the start and had no room for conversation to discuss any other outcomes or possibilities about purchasing the vehicle.

Owner had an add on Craigslist and no contact info (no phone, no email, nothing), but gave the name of his shop where the truck was located. Naturally I googled the phone number and called to inquire about the truck before I drove several hours to see it for myself, like any rational person would. My rationality was met with blatant irrationality as I was promptly hung up on before I could even explain that I wasn t sure how else I was supposed to contact the seller. I guess the owner figures a potential buyer should just waste time driving to his shop without knowing any details that could be sorted out over the phone. I don t know about the quality of this shop s body repairs, but if unprofessionalism is any indication, my guess is they re not great.

The owner jerry is by far a rude person I was calling about a vehicle I wanted to buy and I was trying to ask what s wrong with it because I just need it for the motor. And he hung on me and said the add says no phone calls and your not anymore special than the next person. How am I going to purchase something from someone without asking about it first I will never do business with them and I would not recommend anyone to ever do business with them. One of the rudest people I have ever talked to. How can someone run a business like this. They only got a star because I had to put it so I can post this. There not even worth giving a star to.

Jerry is a great guy. He'll do anything for you in order to gain your trust. Once he has that, he'll bide his time until he can profit from ripping you off, good and proper. He IS human fecal matter.

I took my pickup to KO Kollision to have some bumper and bed panel damage repaired. Their estimate was $500 higher than that of another shop. But the owner informed me that he had written the estimate a bit high and, since the actual cost of repairs would most likely be less, I probably wouldn't have to pay any deductible. Four days later on Friday when I picked the vehicle, I was shocked when the owner presented me with the entire bill of over $2700. He said he had not been paid by my insurance company yet.I informed him I did not have the funds available in my checking account to cover that amount, but told him I would write him a check for that amount and deposit the additional needed funds the next week, which he agreed to. Later when I checked my bank account I realized I would not have the needed funds available until my insurance company settled the claim, or after the first of the month when I received my pension check. I informed the owner of this, assured him that he would be paid for his work and that I have never had a debt in my entire life that I did not honor. He seemed OK with this arrangement at the time. Three days later I received my pension check and was preparing to pay the shop in full for their work. Before I left the house I received a call from the County Attorney's office informing me that the owner of KO Kollision had filed charges against me for theft by check.I do NOT recommend KO Kollision to ANYONE based on the following:1. The owner misled me about my out-of-pocket costs for the repair work and I was blind-sided by having to pay the entire amount, based on an inflated estimate.2. The owner filed criminal charges against me with no warning whatsoever after I assured him the bill would be paid3. I have issues with the quality of the work performed: (A) There is a larger than normal gap between the replaced bed panel and the front of the bed. (B) The paint on the back of the cab was scratched during replacement of the adjacent bed panel.There are cheaper, better and more honest collision repair businesses in the Marble Falls area. If you are considering using KO Kollision, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

If there was a sixth star Jerry would easily deserve it. From picking up my truck to dealing with my worthless insurance company (Kemper) he went above and beyond the call of duty. No one wants to go through these ordeals with accidents and subsequent insurance claims but Jerry had my back every step of the way. Thanks again!!!!!

I called this company regarding a forklift that was posted on Craigslist for sale and ask a couple of questions about the machine. To start, they did not put a phone number or email on their add, only a business name and address. I looked them up and contacted the front desk about the forklift. The lady that answered was short and rude stating that the add said no call which was not on the add. I called back to talk to a manager and her husband answered and told me his wife told him about a idiot that called and if I save up my food stamps I might be able to buy it, but doubtful.

By far my worst experience. Jerry is extremely rude and full of attitude. The worst customer experience ever. I'm very disappointed I was even told about this company/Jerry. I would suggest anyone over these guys. No care, horrible service, definitely doesn't make it seem like they care about their customers at all.

Very rude over the phone, hung up on me (according to other reviews, this isn t the first time they ve done this) in the middle of my question because they assumed I wasn t going to pay cash for something they advertised cash only. I had no problem paying cash, I just needed a little bit of information because I was coming all the way from Austin to Marble Falls and didn t want to waste a trip. Lost my business before it ever happened. Sad to see a business out there functioning with no class like this place!

Tried to contact them about a truck for sale, I'm a hour away and didn't want to show up and it be sold and the reply I got was read entire post and do what's posted but they don't want you calling, texting, or emailing just show up and chance it on if vehicle will be there or not, very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.

Jerry had a bus listed on Craigslist for sale. Called him to ask some questions and he said if you are really interested come look at it and hung up. Rude and unprofessional.

Such a jerk had to call cops to get my truck back all he did was tow it 16 miles and charged me 771.50 to get it back

Guy is rude or than rude can be I will never in my life called his company to have anything done the guy doesn t know about customer service what s in for all just very very rude Jerry I hope they go out of business because they need to they shouldn t be in business I don t know how they are in business the rudest guy ever don t even waste your time calling this company Basically Jerry waste our time by not letting us ask a couple questions about a car they re spending thousands of dollars on A car so a couple of questions is it really a big deal so like I said the guy should be out of business somebody should take him out of business there s no reason that guy should be in business and yeah his state so phone call so I message him still a rude person whatever he s just wasting other people s time by post any vehicle what a worthless person

I would highly recommend Collision Express to anyone. Jerry the owner gave me great service and did a better job than I expected.
