Great experience. Was able to negotiate a fair price over the phone. Drove down there a few days later and was in and out in less than an hour. Vince was really accommodating. Love my new ZR2 Colorado.

Routine oil change and vehicle inspection performed. Scheduled in advance and all completed satisfactorily. Sarah, our advisor, kept us informed along the way and closed out our ticket. Another good experience with the dealership.

I have a GM dealership only seven miles from my residence but choose the GM dealership in Marble Falls, Tx. I have been using them for several years now and will continue to do so because of the courtesy and professional manner displayed by the people there.

My appointment was at 10:00 but had to wait 3 1/2 hours for a simple front end alignment. The same car was in at this location 10 months earlier for a front end alignment. Results show rear end out of adjustment which may have been may have been due to something overlooked previously

The sales rep, Walt Turner, was a pleasure working with in selecting the vehicle I wanted and working to close the deal satisfactorily. Walt also took the time to explain the different features of the vehicle. It was a good experience working with him.

I have attempted to pick up my car 3X. Each time the check engine light has come back on. At this point, I feel like they don't know what the actual problem is. They just keep replacing things. I am already out of pocket $1600 & now they want an additional $680.

We had a self-induced vehicle malfunction. Will, in Service, had the problem diagnosed and gently and tactfully stepped me through how we caused the problem. He refused payment: "We don't charge for pushing a switch!" He also recommended first rate towing service to get the vehicle into the dealership. Couldn't be happier with the care and courtesy.Many thanks!

This was, by far, the most pleasant, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure, and no "up-selling". We were welcomed and treated kindly and fairly. Tassy Weldon, (our sales rep), Spencer McKnight (financial guru) and Angel, who helped us set up the tech stuff ~ all first class folks! Extremely satisfied!

Misleading sales tactics, to include misleading information about extended warranties. They put the date of the vehicle manufacture, not the date of the vehicle purchase, so the warranty is nothing like they lead you to believe. A "platinum" warranty is in fact not 6 years, if you purchase a "certified" used vehicle.

The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Everything was exactly as represented. There were no surprises and no hard sell to add additional features or services which I very much appreciated.Walt Turner, our Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable, organized, and up front about everything. Brian was a huge help! He made the whole process easy and exciting. This was my first time buying a car on my own. Brian was very honest and explained everything to me. I needed some work done on my vehicle. I had gone to Covert @ Bee Cave and was given an outrageous bid. GM in Marble Falls was able to get all of the work done for a lot less. I am very happy with my experience. Will was great with communicating and getting me a loaner while my SUV was in the shop. Thanks GM @ Marble Falls!

I m not even sure that the issues I brought the truck in for were looked at. They had it in the back for less than 30 minutes to do an oil change/tire rotation and to check for a short in the trailer wiring and suspension issue. I was told there was nothing wrong with either issue I brought it in for. But the trailer lights still go on and off(and it s not an issue with the trailer because it works fine on the other truck). They also told me that to investigate the issue further I would need to leave the truck for 2-3 days for them to keep it in line to look at. They would not be working on it for 2-3 days. It would just be sitting there to hold a place in line. That is a ridiculous request! If I have an appointment then I should be able to drop it off and it get looked at the day it is dropped off!

Got my truck serviced recently and had a distasteful experience that made me trust the service department less. They made it right though so I m giving them another chance. Typically I ve had a good experience here.
