I can t say enough positive things about our recent experience with Bryan at Caliber Collision. Bryan and the team at Caliber provided outstanding service that exceeded our expectations.Bryan s professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the moment we walked in for an estimate on three of our vehicles due to hail damage. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to our vehicles and explained the next steps and process in a way that was easy to understand.Experiencing hail damage on three vehicles from the same incident was a bit overwhelming and so far Brian and his team have helped us sit through this process and given us confidence that everything will be great on the vehicles once the work is completed. This initial experience was so great, it couldn t go on unmentioned. I will update this review once all our work has been completed.Thank you to Bryan and his team for your patience, professionalism and guidance during this process.

They did a fantastic job on our vehicle, and the employees were so understanding that this happened right around the holidays and that we live almost 4 hours away from where the collision happened. I really cannot say enough great things about this location! HIGHLY recommend!

Recently had damage done to my 2017 Prius. Brought my car here after reading reviews on Google Maps. Jesse, the Manager, and Brandon Seely, Repair Rep., provided excellent service to my car. As you can see from the before and after photos, it looks brand new! They were very quick to respond to all of my concerns and questions. Please note that the industry is tough right now and delays and backorders may happen. Just understand that these things are out of Caliber's control and they will treat your repair as urgently as possible. Thank you Caliber for defining great customer service and follow through. I will send anyone I know your way with repair.

My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and I was kept informed throughout the process. If I had any questions my service advisor was gladly to answer them. There was a friendly staff and my vehicle was returned to me in a nice clean condition both inside and out. I was very satisfied with the communication process and the service that I received.

Brandon and office team were extremely detailed in explaining repair process, kept me informed with status. Very satisfied with car repaired, delivered on time and cleaned. First contact to drop off vehicle for insurance claim.They did a walk around with us, the rental car was delivered, and we left.Caliber will work tge estimate and notify us. Clear it with insurance. And order parts after approval.That's good. The entire drop off and finishing of paperwork. TWENTY minutes. Great.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my Ford Escape. It well exceeded my expectations and my car looks like brand new. I had rear end body work done (underneath) and the front body bumper repaired and painted. My body technician was Vincent James and he did exceptional work. Everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend anyone needing body repair to use the Marble Falls Caliber Collision location. Great job!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A deer jumped into my truck and I scheduled the repairs with caliber, and they got my truck in and completed the repairs promptly. Manny kept me informed throughout the entire process. Ms Cherie was awesome and greeted me when I walked in. The technician that worked on my truck made it look like nothing ever happened to my truck. I took my Yukon to Caliber Collision-Marble Falls after hitting a deer and it ruining my bumper. I'm very pleased with the work, the almost daily updates and the top notch customer service! I had hail damage on my 2020 Toyota Corolla hatchback. It was $5000 worth of damage. It looked really sad. Caliber collision fixed all that and you can t even tell it was ever in a hail storm. They did a beautiful job. Thank you so much. I highly recommend caliber collision.

Business is absolutely fabulous! Left our vehicle for repairs. They messaged us nearly every day regarding the progress. Included parts that were backordered & their expected delivery. Picked up the completed vehicle and could never tell it had been damaged. Spectacular customer service plus delighted with the repair. Way to go guys!!!

These guys made the repair process pretty easy to deal with. There were a few parts delays in there, but we still got our car back a lot quicker than we were expecting (a neighbor had a rental car for weeks!).
