Hands-down, the best dealership I ve ever bought a truck and car from. Just bought my second car from the dealership and am baffled because they did everything over the phone plus delivered !No matter where I live, I will always come back to this dealership to buy my cars. bought my car october 2022, come to find out all my tires are 10 years old. they act like they care but will sell a broken car with horrible tires just to get the car off their lot. Thanks Blaize!

I am beyond satisfied with this dealership! As soon as we walked in the door, my fianc� and I were greeted with professional and friendly staff who made it a point to make us feel welcome. Guy Clifton sat down with us and quickly got us approved with the exact vehicle we were hoping for. As a family of 6, we needed a van to accommodate our large family, and Guy made that happen! After purchasing and driving off the lot, we received kind messages wishing us well and even a hand written card to congratulate us on our family s new vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially Guy Clifton! He s truly a gem and made our car buying experience a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Would highly recommend this place to my friends, family and anyone looking to purchase a new car!

Robby and the rest of the gang at Benny Boyd made the car buying experience easy and un-complicated. We were credit- challenged, but they worked hard to help us get the best possible payments, and ones that would work with our budget. They checked in with us a few days later to see how things were going, and asked how things were going. They are proactive and want to make sure the customer is happy with the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them again, and will be back when it is time to do so- Thanks Guys!

We had the best experience ever in buying a vehicle from Lisa Cook at Benny Boyd in Marble Falls, Texas. The entire environment at Benny Boyd was friendly and helpful. We stopped to look at the truck inventory and to check on the trade in value of our Jeep. Lisa asked what we wanted, happened to have it in stock, gave us a fair value on our trade in, and we easily made a deal. It was the first vehicle we looked at, it was exactly what we wanted, a deal was made, Benny Boyd personal quickly completed the make ready and we happily drove away. Again, Lisa is absolutely great to work with. She is kind, helpful and trustworthy and we definitely recommend Benny Boyd in Marble Falls for a good experience in purchasing a vehicle.

Excellent experience. I would recommend to my friends and family. Helpful, they went above and beyond to get me my F150. So grateful to all the staff Guy & Ryan as well! If you want a quality car that fits your lifestyle and budjet. Best dealership is Benny Boyd in Marble Falls, Texas. I d give them 10 stars if I could.. !

Robby took very good care of me. He took time to find out my needs and worked hard to get me a vehicle that fit my budget and had exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. The team at Benny Boyd went above and beyond to not just make a sale, but to satisfy a customer. I'm more about customer service than anything and although they gave me an awesome deal, I'd pay more just for the excellent customer service I received!

I stopped by Benny Boyd just to look around. Ryan was my salesmen. He s a 10/10. Needless to say I bought the vehicle I wanted. Everyone was timely and efficient. Ryan even delivered my vehicle to my house after work. He went above and beyond and made my purchase seamless. I highly recommend this dealership.

Dee was amazing and very helpful. It was a very easy, pressure free setting for my first car buying experience. They worked very hard to find something reliable in and even below my budget that I was happy with. They have a sales team to be proud of. I would definitely recommend Benny Boyd to anyone who has had trouble with other dealerships in the past. A+ work, guys!

The staff was wonderful and listened for what I was looking for. A few days later Robby Smith called me about a new arrival that matched what I was looking for, it was Perfect. I recommend them highly! ! My son bought his truck from there a year earlier a nd he's equally as pleased.

I am so pleased with my experience at and purchase from Benny Boyd! Jerry worked hard to get me in a car same-day and was very patient while I got my documents together. All of the staff is extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home while I made my decision. Great selection for a small dealership, and they can pull from the other Benny Boyds for you too.

I got a grand caravan from them a couple years back and the first week I got it, completely just shut off on me. We bring it in and "they fixed it" , guess what happens the very next day. Completely horrible experience. I'd rather walk then get a car here. They set you a date on your car to come in so that your warrenty is gone. Just so they know. I've bought 3 more vehicles from(Drive Time) in which are amazing. Loyalty and customer service in a small town goes a long way. Something Benny Boyd knows nothing about. Made them pick the van up due to not staying running and went on my way. I will not be treated in a disrespectful way as if I did something wrong and it's your vehicle that was a( Lemon ).

This place is amazing! Everyone there was great! I showed up 15 minutes before closing to look at a car not thinking they would even be open. Dee came out to greet us. She went over what they had in stock and the prices an within minutes we were seeing if I qualified. While they did the paper work I went for a test drive. I drove my new car home within an hour and 15 minutes of getting there. They made everything so easy and fast! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They're incredibly nice and work hard to get you what you want.I love each of my Customer and they are all important to me!!! I Thank each and everyone of you!

The marble falls location was wonderful,and very accommodating in helping me pick just the perfect car! My sales representative, Robbie and the sales manager Jerry, were amazing! They both took plenty of time answering questions, test driving multiple vehicles, and making sure I got the payment and car I wanted. I'm very confident that they will also be there for anything I may need in the future. All around a great experience!

I had the most amazing car buying experience ever. Dee was awesome and a joy and pleasure to work with. Thursday night I test drove the jeep , Friday they got my financing done and went after work that Friday and by 6:30 I was driving away in my new JEEP that I so love. Would recommend Benny Boyd before any other car dealership around. I will continue to take my business there.

My husband and I went to Marble Falls on vacation and decided to look around for a new Dodge 3500 truck. I went to one website in another town and was talking to them about their inventory. We also went to a couple of dealerships in Marble Falls. Benny Boyd dealership said they had one at another location like we were looking for and they could get us in it at the monthly payment we were wanting. They had it delivered to Marble Falls and we decided to take it. All paperwork was done on a Wednesday but it would be Friday evening before we could pick the truck up. They were going to have it detailed really nice for us they said.We went to pick the truck up Friday and it was not detailed and after driving off & getting back to our camp, they called us and told us they had noticed oil in the same spot it was parked at the dealership. We had to turn around, take the truck back, and after looking underneath the vehicle, noticed it was dripping oil extremely bad. When we first saw the vehicle, I noticed oil splatters on the tailgate and pointed that out to them but they blew it off and made light of it. Unfortunately, because it was such a new truck and extremely low mileage, we did not check underneath the vehicle. After we had to return it and saw how bad it was leaking oil, I told them to cancel the deal and just give us our old truck back. They said they could not do that because it had already been funded. Remember, this was Friday. We were scheduled to leave the next day to go home.They had also promised us a $500 check to pay for a small section of peeling paint we had pointed out to them on the vehicle.After returning the truck to the dealership, they assured us they would get the oil leak fixed & they thought it was something very simple. They said they would deliver it to our house the following week after it was fixed AND detailed, according to our sales person, Dakota!Early Monday morning, I called the bank where the truck was financed through and they told me it had NOT been funded and in fact, could take up to 10 days to fund! The two "managers" at Benny Boyd's had lied to me!!! I would have gotten my old truck back had I known it had not really funded!The truck was delivered and the oil leak had been fixed, but we have yet to see the $500 check they promised us, it was NOT detailed as promised, nor do we have an extra key to the vehicle as of yet! That also was supposed to be sent to us!I feel like this is one of the most dishonest vehicle dealerships I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with!!! I do not tolerate people who lie and I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them!!! BBB even rates them with a D-. Unfortunately, I did not see that until today!

Great place. Good people. Nice vehicles. Took my old trade in and went the extra mile. Service was great and Guy was a great help and a good friend. I didn't think there was any way I could get the price I was shooting for but they really worked hard to help me find what I was looking for.
