If I could do a negative rating, I would. I called Auto Zone and spoke to someone about the issue with my car. He was very kind, told me to come in at my convenience and they would help me however they could. I went in a few days later, waited a few minutes, and then the guy at the counter asked me what I needed. I told him about the issue and what I thought was wrong with it, he rolled his eyes and told me I was wrong. I asked him how do I find out so that I could fix it, he asked me what year my car was, I told him 2015, he said it's not even under warranty, and then he said he was not even going to mess with it. He didn't go to the computer, he didn't do anything to help. I didn't expect him to go to my car, but he didn't even try to help, didn't even make an effort to pretend he was helping. I don't know who he was, just some older guy with red hair. I will never go to Auto Zone ever again. I left and went to O'REILLY'S and they looked on the computer and even went to my car, to look at the issue. We got it figured out, and it didn't even take very long. Auto Zone was a huge disappointment.

Travis helped replace 2 batteries on my ram 2500. It was dark weather was below freezing and miserable and he stuck it out like a champ to help me get back on the road. Really appreciate the help and customer service! 5 stars well deserved!

Great place with great parts and the staff, I do may say smart, intelligent and very knowledgeable is a for sure with such customer service, it's a real parts store to celebrate with there great team of helpful employees and managers. Thanks for your service

Not my favorite place to get parts! I ordered a hose showed them what I needed, what I got was a hose big enough to put 4 of the size I needed in it!! I went to junk yard an got it! Bit u can try them out then decide!!!!

My experience was great! I came in late and i got two batteries from Chance and Travis. Chance didn t hesitate one bit to jump up and help me replace them. Amazing customer service

Went to have a battery installed that I bought from them a few days earlier. Was told they could not install it because they had to remove some pieces to do so. I told them they installed the last battery. He said they should not have. I was loyal to AutoZone until today. Will only use them when I need to warranty parts I have bought in the past. Terrible service. Lazy staff.Update***. Was contacted about my experience but not offered a solution. Still waiting to hear on a solution. Hope to hear back from them soon.

Just went there to exchange my 91 year old mom s battery, which was under warranty. A gentleman named Bobby handled the transaction and then inserted the new battery in the vehicle in 106 degrees. He made sure the car started and was wonderful throughout the entire process.

I am genuinely excited about being able to leave this review! Having car trouble is never fun and can be stressful and overwhelming for many. The whole ordeal can leave you feeling hopeless and wondering how in the world you're going to get to the other side without selling your soul for some serious change NEEDED to buy ever-increasing auto parts that seem to have been made up in the third dimension to run these less than desirable plastic toys were driving these days. Fortunately for AutoZone in Marble falls Texas they have an employee by the name of Charles who has completely restored my faith in humanity and continually offered honest and genuine customer service. Being in the "service" industry myself I'm well aware of the head down, just going through the motion, autopilot that our society functions on these days. I've had the pleasure of encountering Charles multiple times during this round of auto repairs. The first time was when I was inquiring about stock parts and pricing and availability. Charles went above and beyond on the information that he relayed to me as well as his effort in locating and acquiring the necessary parts that were Best suited for my vehicle without passing off remanufactured or cheaply made substitutes. He sincerely cared and respected my situation, understood my available budget. He continued to show care and hospitality by offering a recommendation while continually respecting my budget as far as labor was concern yet still offering quality workmanship. Kudos to AutoZone for finding an accquiring a genuine, honest, & caring real person who brings value to your store and company! Offering the same general care and concern & giving quality service to every customer he engages. And I know this because I've walked around the store and have listened to him in a multitude of difficult customer engagements. Giving guests the same quality service wrapped up in the same care and concern for every single one that so willingly and effortlessly offered to me. So here's the biggest shout out to Charles!!! Honestly! Thank you for being you and Thank you for caring about me. You turned a situation that for most of us is a nightmare into a a experience that gave a little bit of Hope and reassurance that everything was going to be okay. Restored faith in humanity by leaps and bounds and genuinely made my day. AutoZone in Marble falls , you got you a gem there! If you will, a prize and if I were you I would treat him right because what he is doing is bringing repeat customers and spreading quality experiences with your location & brand by doing exactly what he should. He's what I wish the rest of humanity in the service industry would do. Just taking a moment to relate and empathize and actually care for the person standing in front of them. LISTEN HEAR CARE ASSIST & FOLLOW THROUGH. So thanks again Charles and as long as you're working at AutoZone I'll be coming in for all my automotive needs. Lastly to all the locals who are reading reviews and wondering who's on par in town.... Well Charles at AutoZone in Marble falls is a hole-in-one. GET YOU SOME! 5

I'd purchased the wrong headlight bulbs and didn't realize until after I'd opened the package. Fortunately, Bobby was able to get me straightened out and sold me the correct bulbs. Really appreciate your help, sir, and correcting my mistake. Beware the lamp smartphone app! - I miss the physical book.

2 employees, 1 Female and 1Male ,Needed a bulb for my car . She looked it up but still couldn t tell me exactly which bulb is the correct one , She just looked them and said we re out of the one you want, Not 1 time did she bother to go look at the bulb in my car .I also needed so washer fluidThe guy that rang me up needs some customer service. He wasn t rude by any meansJust very shy.

We were at the DMV for my daughter s driving test and were told she could not do it as we did not have our license place mounted to the front of our car. We zipped over to AutoZone to see if they could help us mount the plate in a pinch. The service rep was amazing! He suggested black zip ties that could be used to temporarily mount the plate in place. He even came outside to help us get it mounted. A + creativity and service! Thank you so much.

Alex O. was so very helpful on an extremely difficult and stressful day for me! I couldn't seem to get my new bike battery installed correctly. Alex O stood out in the heat with me and helped me install the battery and reassemble the seat, etc. Very helpful and definitely went far and beyond regular customer service. Thank you Alex O.

I went in this store recently after my battery died. The service was excellent. Within 20 min their employee, John, had found the right battery, removed my old battery, and replaced it with the new one. Amazing customer service and experience, especially when I started the day with a dead battery.

Good place to get your auto parts that you need most of the stuff that you need is mostly on hand if not the they'll order it for you the next day.Call ahead sometimes it helps to make sure you can find your part there

Went into store with the GM part numbers and durlast part numbers for the brake calipers on my Acadia. When I went to store the sales associate was very polite but not very experienced, something I've become use to with Auto Zone, that's why I always find the exact parts I need and verify they are correct before entering the store to order. When I was ordering the calipers the associate informed be those calipers were discontinued and no longer available. This was the same response for the next three calipers she pulled up. The last ones she pulled up she said they could get special order.When I picked up the parts I asked a different associate a couple general questions concerning core deposits and reimbursement to which her response was "I don't know, I really don't have a clue" to all my questions.The calipers I picked up were grossly oversized.Needless to say once I return the calipers I probably won't be ordering through Auto Xone again.Dissatisfied customer.

Absolutely unacceptable we live 30 minutes away from autozone in marble and had to go back 3 times because we were given the wrong rotars for brakes and the wrong brakes not only did we lose a lot of time and money we brought the part we needed in person and they still manage to give us the wrong item also their response was the mechanic should have checked the rotars before putting them on. Actually You mean you should have given me the correct part in the first place and we wouldn t have wasted all this time.They did nothing for the inconvenience. I hope the company does a knowledge check with their employees because I m certain it was a manager that caused this easy transaction into a 3 day back and forth trip meanwhile my vehicle is still sitting we all got work to do and business to run please be more understanding instead of blaming someone else for your mistake.

Mostly friendly employees, but not all are at all times! Great selection of parts and accessories for your autos. Prices are excellent! Several employees are very helpful with advice about parts and the type auto the parts fit. They suggest ways to make it easier to install the parts and get the best bang for your buck.

The wife and I are in Marble Falls on a motorcycle trip and she needed air in a tire but we do not have a compressor. Doug had one in his truck and he took the time to help us out. Something he didn't have to do but he did. Many thanks Doug!

These people will treat you according to the mood they are in. I have had good experiences and bad. I dont know how many tines I have told them that they have my name wrong in the system and they wont fix it. Seems pretty insulting to me but I guess it was easy fir them to add that name during check out

A big thanks to Chris and the entire staff at Auto Zone. My alternator went out the day before Thanksgiving and they had to get the part from Austin. The warehouse in Austin was unable to deliver the part to Marble Falls, so Chris the commercial Manager sent one of his drivers to pick my part up and deliver to the mechanic doing the installation. Very impressed with everyone in the store.
