We are loyalty members here. We called ahead for state inspection. Super friendly to my baby and I. They had a great kids room right by service waiting room. Waiting room had snacks like nice nut bars, soft drinks, water and water refill station. Always very nice staff here and nice to wait and have snacks for kids

These guys are outstanding. Mr.Stephen Garcia the Drive Manager is pretty knowledgeable. If you ask, or inquire about something he'll provide an answer, i.e., alignment, recalls. That showed there is pride in the work they do. Ricardo Estrada was the service advisor, he was professional, courteous, and punctual in the maintenance of our Jeep.

1. Our purchase of a 2012 Cadillac CTS premium from this dealership was made in cash, but unfortunately, within two weeks, the check engine light came on. As we already owned two other vehicles, we parked it in the driveway until we could take it to the Cadillac dealership for diagnosis. After paying $600 in diagnostic charges, we were informed that the motor was bad and that the oil and coolant fluids were completely depleted. It appears that the dealership knowingly sold us a faulty vehicle, as the diagnostic codes were numerous. We are now pursuing legal action against this deceptive trade practice.

I have purchased and serviced my Jeep with Southfork. Great customer service and communication. I personally haven t waited long but when if I do, I take my laptop and work in their awesome waiting area. There are other tables around the place to sit and get work done while using their guest Wi-Fi.I d also like note I have moved away from Houston and to another state. However, my brother lives there and I have gone down once to visit him since I moved and took my jeep in to have a routine check and oil change because I would prefer they handle my jeep than any other dealership. Not to mention, there s a few more steps you have to take if you go to a new dealership and your car isn t quite paid off due to the warranties which I m sure most of you know.

These services director was open, honest, personable. He did what he said and said what he did. He communicated with with me along the way. The best experience was being able to visit with the mechanic who serviced my vehicle.Although I am not a mechanic for a living, I know my way around a vehicle. Appointment was made in advance for 12:15. Oil change and tire rotation were the only services needed. After a two hour wait I was informed of not having parts to service my vehicle that I purchased at Southfork. One hour later I was told parts will arrive in twenty minutes. I didn t leave Southfork until 4:30, 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but the service advisor gave me a $10 discount because of my wait. I will be going to another dealer for routine maintenance from now onService: Oil change

Service was excellent, wait time was excellent. Staff is always super nice. Best dealership ever. The young lady that assisted me made sure I was satisfied with the service. The issues we brought the vehicle in for were still an issue after we picked it up. When we picked it up it acted just fine, however the slide shifting the transmission was doing before was still happening. The motor was making a knocking noise which was the lifters not working right. Once the motor was diagnosed, all the lifters were replaced since there were 2 on the passenger side and 1 on the driver side that were messed up. The second time the vehicle was driven more than 30 miles the knocking noise occurred.This is going to be addressed at the dealership again.Also, calling the dealership was extremely difficult. I would not be able to connect to the service department after being transferred. I had trouble with the phone ringing and no sound once the phone picked up. I was calling to get updates on the vehicle and I could not get anyone on the phone. This was very irritating.The dealership did such an amazing job when we bought the vehicle. Regular oil changes and maintenance to the vehicle has also been great each time it is brought in.Services: Engine repair, Transmission repair

Always a positive experience with service at Southfork. 4 stars because I noticed when I arrived home that the tire rotation was charged but not performed. I called and spoke to the service manager who was very helpful and offered to make it right. I'm assuming this was just an unintended oversight and will still continue to use this dealership exclusively.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Chose this place because of their ratings. Was not disappointed at all. Brought my charger in for an oil change and transmission service. While there, the Service Advisor discussed other things my car needed and we got it taken care of. I don t trust my vehicles to just anyone- too many idiots out there. These guys were extremely professional and let me know the pricing up front- which was fair and not wallet-rapey like a lot of other places. Since my days of doing all my own work on my vehicles are over, I will be bringing them back here for all future service needs.While there waiting for my charger to be finished (we didn t schedule an appointment, so there was a bit of a wait- but not bad), I wandered around the lot looking at new and used vehicles. Several sales associates asked if I needed help and were very friendly- even after I said I was just killing time while waiting for service. One sales associate in particular, Chris Hudson, ended up helping us with the deal of a lifetime when I fell in love with a Challenger ScatPack they had. Between him and the finance team, we were able to strike a deal and we ended up leaving with not only my Charger freshly serviced and ready to hit the road, but with a Challenger ScatPack too. My only complaint is now I need a bigger garage.It takes a lot to impress me enough to take time to leave a review, and even more for me to trust my vehicle to anyone else to work on. Feedback: You can improve by genuinely caring about your customers and their vehicles. I took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xE (4400 miles) that I just purchased Pre-owned certified to get the steering wheel checked as it shakes while driving over uneven pavement. I was informed that an alignment was the cause and it was covered and would be taken care of within the first 4ths. I live almost an hour away to arrive back to pick up my Jeep with nothing being done aside from the recall. In addition, I supplied a video footage of my concern when driving. The techs looked at me like a joke and sent me away. I have since been placed in a loaner to test drive and this steering wheel is firm and does not shake. I was informed by James Marion that 3 different technicians drove the vehicle separately. Fortunately, I have Elo GPS and can see that was a lie. I thought attorneys were liars but guys even managers will lie to let the heat off of them and to essentially push their customers away. Let s see what other lies come about. Frankly, I am not happy with this dealership, at least you guys are making profit off your lies. Continue the exceptional work in luring customers in with your fraudulent claims. Southfork you can do better. And don t contact me to try to make things right .Service: Steering & suspension replacement
