I came in a week ago to meet with Carlos and Tommy to inquire about trading in my vehicle and leaving the lot with a more reliable vehicle. These two gentlemen were VERY helpful as they were patient, kind, and determined to assist me with getting into a newer vehicle on such short notice. They were with me every step of the way and made sure I got the best deal possible within the parameters of my budget. I came with a 2014 Mazda 6 and left with a 2022 Kia K5 and I couldn t be happier!!! I will be referring anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to them and their dealership. Thanks again guys!!!

I scheduled an appointment for one of three free oil changes. While I can t recall her name the lady I worked with, she kind and very helpful. She could see that I was new to this and helped me by informing me of each step. I was able to get my oil changed and my tires rotated quickly. They even washed and vacuumed my baby for me. Top tier service in my opinion.

Worked out beautifully. From start to finish, whole process was rather easy. I told Mr Brett what I was there for, where my income & credit were, and what my budget was. We found the vehicle, test drove, appraised my trade, and played the bank & approval games until time to go sign paperwork. This is my third vehicle purchase from Southfork- and I ll be back when it s time to do it again.Absolutely awesome team to work with.

Second time buyer at Southfork! I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday and it was the smoothest buyer experience I have ever had! If you are looking for a vehicle high tail it out to Pearland to see Daymon!!!! He is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and an excellent salesman. Daymon confidently and courteously walked me through all the high tech bells and whistles in my vehicle. Purchased a 2020 Ram Rebel March 2020. Truck is barely driven with only 25,925 miles on it. Within 6 months of ownership the ram boxes tore up. I have brought it to the service department 6 times, to date, to keep fixing the same problem: see attached photos. The entire service department, managers included, play dumb every time I go in to have the issue fixed. Worst 65k dollar purchase I have ever made! Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING ELSE from ANYWHERES ELSE!!!!!!And to the person from Southfork dodge that is going to reply to this with fake sympathy to try and save face on google. You have all of my contact information already, feel free to reach out to me at anytime to make this right!!!

Given the stressful situation that brought me to the sales side of Southfork in the first place, these guys were understanding and worked diligently to get my family back on the road again. And in not, 1 but 2 brand new vehicles!This has been my best car buying experience in the last 15 years, including when my own dad sold me a car. Everyone was patient and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I appreciate honesty and straightforward conversations, and everyone was direct. It was refreshing.Thank you again to Adriana, the entire finance team and even the service team for their commitment to getting it done.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, discovered a few things that needed to be replaced. Ricardo was extremely helpful in finding ways to save me some money and even threw in the oil change/rotation for free due to needing to wait a bit longer. Very impressed with their honesty how I've seen them put the customer first thus far, will definitely be back for future needs.

This is part 2 of this 2 part, 0 star review The manager lets me know that they have to contact state farm again as they were never paid out on the bumper. I let him know that yes, in fact, they had been paid out on 8/9. The service department calls State Farm and files an additional claim on a second brand new bumper, and on 9/13 they were paid out a second time for the same exact amount... insurance fraud now, right?? Smh. Okay, so now I am dealing with the body shop. Instead of the dealership handling business, I am having to go back-and-forth and fit myself into their schedule. As I was toldby the dealership that they set me an appointment several times. Funny the body shop was unaware of my "set appointment" on multiple occasions. The second set appointment, mid October, I decided to call the body shop just to confirm, as I already had a rental out of pocket scheduled to be picking me up from the body shop. Thank God I did that because again the body shop was unaware of my alleged appointment. Seems to be the same story from multiple people about this dealership. On 10/31 I was finally able to drop my vehicle off directly at the body shop. The dealership ends up sending them 3 bad bumpers, even telling the Body Shop to just install one of the bumpers even though they knew it was the wrong bumper as mine had censors on it. Body shop refused to do that and kept ordering the bumper until they got it right. On 11/9 I got my car from the body shop. So the outcome... 5 months later, over $2000 in out-of-pocket rental expenses, plus $1,119.96 state farm paid enterprise, and my car is still not fully repaired. State Farm paid the dealership $4,803.69 and because of all this, they threatened to drop me and my insurance went from $172.17 to $481.88.I have had 7 Chrysler 300s throughout my life. But never again will I buy another Chrysler because of this dealership. Not to mention the $10,000 I've wasted on warranties that I will never use because I do not trust anything of mine with this dealership.

This has been by far the worst car buying experience of my life! I purchased a car that supposedly only needed to go through inspection to be ready. Fast forward two weeks later and the car was still not ready. I would call to follow up since no one ever picked up the phone to call me. Several times I was told "it is in detail and should be ready." So I drove to the dealership which is a 30 minute drive only to sit in the lobby for two hours to be told they were still working on it. Finally I was able to pick up the car only to find out it needed 4k in repairs. I took it back for the same repair that prevented me from taking it home in the first place, and as soon as I drove off the check engine light turned on. I took it to another mechanic and again it was the same issue that was "repaired" at South Fork. Marshall the sales man and Manny the sales "Manager" were of not help whatsoever. A manager from a totally different department stepped up and was more helpful. Marshall's tone and "customer service" did a total 360 after he got the sale, and supposedly he is one of their "Best", I'd really hate to see how the rest are if he is the "best." I would recommend to do your research before deciding to purchase at this dealership!

The purchase was quick and painless. I usually despise the car buying process due to all the haggling. However I ve made 2 purchases in the last two years from SFCDJR. I give both experiences an A+. Ramsi was excellent keep up the great service.

I highly recommend Tommy Haynes, my salesperson. He listened to us and addressed any and all questions we had. He was patient and also provided a level of professionalism that is often rare in the car-buying world because everyone just wants a quick sale - not so with Tommy. If you want a dealership that truly treats the customer to the highest standard, I recommend Southfork and Tommy.

Real good car dealership. They weren't very pushy here, I worked with Daymon. He was cool and friendly. They had the exact ride I wanted and they had it priced well and he was able to get me the online Internet price as shown. It was a quick easy process, buying a car is you know usually about a half day thing. I split it up in a couple chunks as I went home to get a trade in truck but total time in the dealership was like 2.5 hours or so with test drive and everything. If they keep offering good deals on good vehicles and I'll probably come back next time I buy a car.

Bought a 21 TRX used from these guys about two weeks ago just as a beater. Andrew did a good job, dude was born to be a car sales guy and im pretty sure he knows it haha. 23 years old and definitely was an entertaining first time car buying experience,Marcello (definitely not spelled right, sorry man) and Crystal helped me out getting some work done on it as well and did a great job. Will definitely go back there in the future.Can definitely seeing myself come back here in the future, especially if theyll give me a demon 170 with no mark up lol. (Please Andrew if you see this ill buy cash right now i beg)

It's been a great experience everytime I go. I made a reservation online for an oil change. When I showed up I was seen immediately and everything went smoothly after that. They have a great waiting room with lots of snacks, coffee, and other drinks.

This is part 1 of this 2 part, 0 star review....I bought a brand new Chrysler 300S with 6 miles on it and paid an additional $10,000 in extra warranties from this dealership. I was so proud because I was able to finally put this payment, a brand new car, my favorite car, on auto pay. First off when we got there, the paperwork was wrong. My dad was going to co-sign for me. He had recently had a heart attack and was on bed rest, but they said he had to appear in person or we were going to lose the car. He met me at the dealership with a full understanding that all the paperwork was prepared and ready. However, the paperwork was prepared with my mom being primary and my dad cosigning. Frustrated about the whole situation, I just let it ride like that because they said it would've been hours for them to re-do and he was in pain.Fast forward, June 2023, I hit something in the middle of the road which popped my tire and I drove home a few miles because it was late. However, the tire had whipped the inside of my wheel well and caused damage to the wiring of the driver tail light. 6/19 I brought it to the service department thinking it was going to be covered under warranty. I picked up a rental from enterprise via state farm. On 6/27 im told that it wasn't covered under warranty and it was going to be $2,500 to fix. 6/27 I went ahead and filed an insurance claim so I could just pay a $500 deductible. I picked up their renal provided by State Farm and continued this ongoing waiting game and terrible communication with the service department. I was later told by dealership that the estimator never arrived for an appointment on 7/3. By this time i'm going back and forth with state farm and the dealership. Since I was already filing the claim, I told him that my bumper had a small tear in it also that was not initially discussed and to fix that as well as it was part of the damage. State farm tells me that they have a second appointment on 7/10 for the estimate. On 7/13 I needed to extend my rental because nothing had been done but was told that that would not be able to happen because the initial appointment on 7/3 was canceled due to unresponsiveness from the dealership. 7/14 dealership asking me if they are able to speak to the adjuster. I was very surprised because they allegedly been speaking with the adjuster the entire time. Clearly that was a lie. 7/15 was the last covered day for the rental by State Farm. However, I am a single mom and I have to go to work so I kept the renal and opted to pay out-of-pocket thinking my car was going to be ready in the next day or so. Staying in constant contact day for day and always being told "one more day, one more day" I was finally told that on 7/24 I could come pick up my car. When I arrived thinking it was completely done, I saw that nothing had been done to the bumper. It still had the tear in it. I asked the advisor why was this not repaired as I was under the impression that everything was done and he said they would have to send it to The Body Shop and I needed my car. At no time, was this in our conversation that it was not fully repaired. He simply brushed it off as it was no big deal and gave me the number to contact the body shop. At this time, they had my car for over a month. Any additional work I would have to pay out of pocket for a rental. 7/31 I send a message letting him know that I contacted The Body Shop. The Body Shop was confused when I called because they said usually the dealership drops the vehicle off. State farm sent final payment on 8/9. All it needed was the new bumper. They wanted me to drop my vehicle off. At the dealership again, but I told the service advisor absolutely not because the first time I dropped off my car they kept it for 8 days without looking at it and over a month just to fix the wiring. At this time I started communicating with the service department manager and as I was getting the run around from the service advisor.

This was such a simple and enjoyable experience. Stefany was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was stuck between a few colors and she showed me all of them and helped me weigh my options. 10 out of 10 experience. I will always buy from here!

I do not recommend this dealership for used vehicles. I wasn t even trying to negotiate the price, I was willing to pay their list price for a used car but when they sent me the out the door cost there was $4,000 worth of add-ons. $400 for nitrogen fill tires? Seriously? Really shady sales tactics you re just pushing away customers by not being honest.

As a business owner nothing makes my job easier then speedy delivery and getting the right parts I need for my customers. Southfork parts department does that, every time! Ask for luis or Eugene they will take care of you, these are the experts.and don t worry if these parts will get to you on time, because if Don is the driver they will be at your facility earlier then expected. Do not ever lease a car from here unless it is used worst experience ever still dealing with issues we got the car in dec and it has been a nightmare up until today the service and sales dept (Ricardo, from service and Andrew moody from sales) have been no help blame each other put me in hold ignore me don t communicate with me my car is still having electrical issues and mechanical I had to pay for car rental gas to drive from San Antonio to Houston several times just to make them talk to me cause I was ignored . Avoid this place unless it s a new car

My Advisor (Shane) was very knowledgeable about all my questions and concerns with a great attitude. The waiting area was clean with complimentary snacks. Overall it was a great visit. I didn't give 5 stars because the mechanic scrapped my old oil change labels off my windshield but didn't clean up the mess after that's all nothing major.

Gotta give a big shout out to SOUTHFORK Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram and Chris Godwin for getting the TRX fixed for me. The biggest thing about customer service is actually listening to the customer instead of blowing them off. His team .. TEAM came out to greet me soon as I pulled up after making a call the night before. They all listened to what I actually had to say, found the problem within a hour and made all repairs the same exact day. This is the level the bar should be set at for all customer service everywhere. They even hand washed it for me before I picked it up

Southfork was very helpful and willing to work with us. I was blown away how great they are to work the deal out. I will definitely recommend them to anybody, no matter what the situation is. There service takes forever they charge WAY to much. Wanted 850$ to replace my light bulb in my jeep Cherokee, went to Brake Check they did it for the cost of the bulb, $300!! And I had Brake check do my brakes not the dealership. They also forgot to reset my oilchange light was still on Brake Check fixed that, oh and they forgot to add wiper fluid at my oilchange Brake Check filled it for free. Let's just say my cars will no longer be serviced at Southfork. They lost a customer, and I WILL worn people. The service person told me, we charge a lot but we do it right HA no every time I've taken it in the forget or just don't do something. Brake check fixed my brakes and DID IT RIGHT! No more southfork for me!

First time I ever had to take my Jeep to the dealership to get fixed and Ricardo my advisor was great. He was able to get the part and get it on my Jeep in less than a day. All parts are under warranty for 2 years unlimited miles which is nice to have that peace of mind. 5 star rating

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! I had called ahead to let them know I was interested in a Tacoma they had on their lot. When I arrived, the vehicle was already pulled to the front and waiting for me. Ben greeted me and instantly began working on my trade in quote. Kevin took over and was so kind and helpful with walking me through the Tacoma s features, test driving, and making sure that I was comfortable with the numbers. He even called me 2 days later to tell me that he had told his manager that the front mats were missing and they would be ordering them from Toyota for me. I mean how amazing is he! Other dealerships would have said as is (I did sign a paper saying that) and left it. It truly made me feel valued. Last but certainly not least, is my finance partner Bobby. Usually the finance part is the worst, boring and tedious. Bobby took the time to continue walking through the features of my truck while working his magic. He really knows what he is doing and is excellent at his job, more importantly, he loves what he does and you can see it. I received such amazing service from this amazing team and I highly recommend this dealership. You will truly feel what it means to be appreciated as a customer.

My recent experience purchasing a car from this dealership had been a massive hardship. I visited the dealership looking for a car; I found one I liked, negotiated the price, then sealed the deal. A few weeks later, I received a phone call from the finance manager, stating that I had to go back to resign the loan application because there was a mistake made by the employee who worked on the application, and to finalize the deal and fund the transaction. I went back to sign and was told the payoff check should be mailed to the loan holder for the traded-in car in a week. Three weeks passed, and the loan holder of the traded-in car still had not received the payoff check. I had to pay the monthly payment for the old car since the loan is still active and under my name. I kept calling the dealership for an update, but I was unsuccessful in speaking to anyone; either I got a full voice mailbox, or no one picked up the phone after the recipient transferred the call. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership to speak with someone; after waiting over there, I was able to talk with the finance manager, and he told me that they forgot to include the loan lender information on the contract after my second visit. They corrected the paperwork and sent it again. It took them over 70 days to send the check to the lender, and four and a half months to refund the payment I had to make for the old car.As I was working my way through this mess, and to make things a bit more interesting, I received two toll invoices for the old car. These invoices showed the old car was driven by someone from the dealership, with the license plates registered to me after I sold the car. The invoices were for multiple toll transactions over four days. Again, I had to speak with someone from the used cars team, who was helpful and responsive, to have these invoices paid by them. What was alarming and concerning to me was that they did not remove the license plates of the old car before using it.However, I appreciate the salesperson, Jarred; he was helpful during this fiasco.
