Just received my final inspection report and am totally impressed. Very comprehensive, included individual pictures of the potential problem areas along with recommended corrective action. I spoke with Rick several times by phone and he was easy to communicate with, very personable, and super helpful (this is my first travel trailer purchase - a T@B Tear Drop). I would highly recommend this company for your RV inspections! Thank you, Rick!

We highly recommend Rick Barkdull and Pioneer RV Inspections. Rick worked very hard to inspect a used Diesel Pusher we are working to buy and brought forth issues I overlooked as a many year experienced RV'er. Rick, at Pioneer RV Inspection, was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job identifying issues on my RV that I would never have thought to look for.If you're buying an RV, new or especially used, don't skimp out on the inspection, and give Rick a call. He did what he said he would do at the time he said he would do it and I couldn't recommend him enough.I'm dating myself here, but in regards to whether or not to get the inspection, there was a commercial by AAA Transmission when I was much younger. The catch phrase was: You can pay me now, or pay me later.I would call Rick and let him make sure you're getting your RV the way you want it when you pick it up.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

We found Pioneer RV Inspection through NRVIA to facilitate an inspection of a new 2022 unit we are purchasing. Rick was communicative, professional, extremely knowledgeable, timely, thorough and meticulous.He spent a full day examining the 44 ft RV and spent some time reviewing his findings with me. He also discussed one of the more serious repairs with the shop manager while I was present. He provided a detailed interior and exterior report with photos and a to do list for the dealership.Had we not hired Rick we would have had issues almost right away that could have caused a number of long term problems if not corrected. Thanks to his inspection and deficiencies he found, we were able to work with the dealer to make the repairs prior to closing and before we took possession of the unit.The cost was fair, is protecting our investment and providing us peace of mind. We would not hesitate to recommend Rick and use his services again.

Rick was selected by a potential buyer of our coach. He was very courteous and professional in setting up a time to perform his inspection. He thoroughly went over every inch and every system on the coach. The inspection took about 8 hours. If we were to buy or get ready to sell another coach in the future, we would absolutely contact Rick at Pioneer RV Inspection.

Rick did a great job of inspection on our motorhome after it received damage. He was timely and very thorough in his work and gave us his inspection report right away. This guy Rick was wonderful. He was so thorough and very helpful and took 8 hours (!) to inspect the new RV I was buying. He gave me peace of mind. I would definitely use him again. He did his homework and was prepared and followed up later. Highly recommend.

Rick was great to work with. Very professional and detail oriented. He completed a thorough inspection on a quick timeline and reviewed it in detail with us. After we negotiated repairs with the seller, Rick followed up with us several times to see if we had additional concerns or questions he could guide us through. As newbies to RV ownership, he was very knowledgable and helpful. We would definitely recommend him as an NRVIA inspector when purchasing a rig.

Rick was amazing. Not only did he steer me clear of a dumpster fire RV, but he did the inspection on the Rv I ended up purchasing and left no stone unturned. Had a perfect checklist of items to fix from his report but he also has helped me after the inspection with some tips and tricks as a first time Rv owner. Only Rv inspector I d recommend!

As RV "sellers" of a Class A Motorcoach we were a little apprehensive when our prospective buyers ordered an inspection of our coach prior to agreeing to purchase it, not because we were not confident about the quality of our coach, but we had no idea regarding the inspectors' qualifications or process. We were more than pleased to find our inspector Rick Barkdull to be not only professional, but to be highly qualified, comprehensive, and easy to work with. In the future should we be in the position of buying another RV, we would not hesitate to call Rick and schedule an inspection!

You should always get an inspection before you buy a house, and the same is very true of an RV or trailer!These structures have lots of individual parts that are all worth having an experienced professional look into before you make a major financial commitment. Knowing conditions upfront could save you thousands of dollars and more importantly time.I dealt with this service from a selling of a RV perspective and I liked the openness and transparency it provided between myself and the buyers. We sold a great unit and I was very happy to know that the buyers knew this going into the deal.

Rick is AMAZING! We live in NY and wanted to purchase a used 2018 Tiffin 40IH that we found on line in Texas. How in the world would we feel comfortable flying there to purchase it without seeing it firsthand or having it inspected right? So.... never having done this before... I started searching the internet for an inspector. I found a few different options and the prices were very different. After researching why, I discovered that Rick's inspection would be much more thorough. For example, he doesn't just do a visual inspection of the roof....he goes right up there and checks EVERYTHING!! Then, much to my surprise I learned he does inspections with a business partner so we would have 2 professionals evaluating every aspect of the Motorhome we wanted to purchase. Rick kindly and thoroughly answered every question we had AND provided a VERY DETAILED report of the Motorhome, inside and outside. His inspection provided us the confidence to book our flights and purchase our dream Tiffin! When we arrived in TX, it was even more beautiful than we could have imagined and we were so grateful we hired Rick to inspect it for us.A few days into our trip back North we had a challenge with one of the slides. Since Rick said to call him anytime..... we picked up the phone and did just that! He provided suggestions and guided us to a successful fix. We feel like Rick is a VERY VALUABLE tool in our tool box! He is so kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We would never purchase a motorhome without having it inspected first and are so blessed to have hired Rick & Pioneer RV Inspections. His inspections are worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!! Rick, the owner and RV inspector of Pioneer RV inspections, was a blessing in our lives. He graciously assisted my wife and I on many occasions when investigating pop up RVs.There was two separate times where we would have been taken (scammed) but with his guidance, and insight he saved us from a financial nightmare.Rick was patient, answered all our questions and most importantly he did all this without actually getting the opportunity to inspect the RVs, therefore not getting paid. He was fast in responding to our text messages. Crucial in a time when RV are selling within days.Our experiences:Each time when we told the private sellers we had inspector, one would not provide the VIN and the other didn't even have the title to sell the RV. Ending the progression of the inspection thereby throwing a red flag on suspicious seller.Back Story:I promised my wife an RV after she completed her chemotherapy and fight the battle of Breast Cancer during height. She's still fighting. We weren't able to find what we she wanted and when we did, it was questionable sellers...yet he recommended us to look into one of the best and long track record of years lasting RV, the Casita trailer.My wife and I looked into it, and we were sold on the idea. Within weeks we ordered our Casita trailer from the factory. I got to fulfill my promise to my beautiful wife and see a smile and excitement that I hadn't seen in while.Rick truly is a blessing. I highly recommend this compassionate RV man.

Rick was outstanding! He took the time to inspect our 5th wheel and then come back for the walk though to make sure everything was fixed that he found. He also took the time to meet us at the camp ground when we took delivery to help us set up for the first time to ensure we did everything correctly!

Very through inspection was done. It was not cheap, but saved me in the long run.. i was from out of town and Rick quickly found several issues that needed to be addressed before it could even be moved. Overall the inspection was very through, over 150 pages with lots of pictures of various ptoblem areas.

Very nice gentleman and was very thorough with inspection. He was more than happy to explain things to me in detail and I really appreciated his patience. If I purchase another RV, he will be the inspector I call.

This was an AWSOME experience working with Rick Barkdull He cared about your experience as you were going into uncharted territory of owning a new Big Rig He went above and beyond his duty of showing up not once but twice to inspect the rig and the dealership did not have it ready He was the man he persevered thru it and made it happen Could not have had a better experience with him Donald and Freida Wyatt.
