I recently visited Keating Toyota to purchase a new car, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson who took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the different options available. The dealership had a wide selection of vehicles, and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about each one. They helped me find the perfect car that suited my budget and requirements. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Once I had chosen a car, the financing team worked with me to find a payment plan that fit my budget. EDIT: Ended up going back after deciding I was going to keep my Ford Focus because I needed an extra vehicle for my mom and family. Omar and Nathan helped me out so much and were so patient with my mom and I explaining each process. Very grateful for them!Great service from the sales team, especially Nathan and Omar. Very friendly and attentive. Knowledgeable duo here when they assisted me. Still working out some kinks with my current vehicle and current loan, but i m sure once I get my upside down loan figured out, that they ll be able to get me into something new soon. Overall, I have great trust that Nathan and Omar can get me into something soon. Thanks yall.

Great dealer. Definitely go ask for Arturo. Took my mom there to buy a car for her and Arturo didn't pressure her or try to up sell. He was very attentive and respectful of her budget. I felt like he was treating her like a high end client even though she bought a corolla.I'm only buying from Keating Toyota and Arturo is the salesman of choice

We had a great experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out and drove away in our new vehicle. Manuel did a wonderful job showing us the cars we wanted to see, and was knowledgeable about the products. The GSM, Mike, also opened our eyes to options that ended up being more economical in the long run. Cody in finance was personable and knowledgeable and got us through that phase of the purchase in a timely manner. Caleb did a wonderful job helping us get signed in to our Toyota app, hooked up to the Bluetooth and Apple Car play, and on our way. The people made our experience 5-star, but the facilities are also worth mentioning. It s clean and there s a lovely cafe and waiting room. Whether you re there for sales or service, it s just a nice place to spend the afternoon. We drove all the way across town to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. Highly recommend!

Our vehicle purchase at this dealership was exceptional. Saul, the sales representative in the photo, was kind and patient as we test drove five cars, assisting us until we found the perfect one. He guided us through the negotiation process, and we left the dealership with our new vehicle pictured at a fantastic price. I'm pleasantly giving them a 5-star!Better Call Saul!

Best place in Texas to buy a car new or used, Great people lots of cars and trucks to choose from. But the person who made it a pleasure was my salesperson, Mr. Fred Webb! He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable!! Well done!! Look him up, and tell him I sent you! Recently bought a car here and my salesman Will was amazing. He was patient and helped with great recommendations and pointed me towards perfect fit for me.if it wasnt for him i probably would have bought the wrong car. Seriously! Super laid-back guy not pushy 100% would recommend him.Best salesman I ve ever had. Al the finance guy was the same way. Explained everything multiple times for me to make sure i understood. Worked everything in a way that worked for my budget and got me a better rate than my bank. Super good vibes between the two of them made the whole stress of buying a car super easy. I drove from humble an hour away for a car (didn t end up buying that car) but then came back just to work with those guys because of great service.

Omar M., Arturo, and Brian were wonderful! I really appreciated their no B.S. approach. Everyone was very transparent about the situation and I cannot tell you how much easier this makes the car buying experience. I would recommend this team to any friend or family member. Eric made us drive all the way from richmond just to waste time. I was very explicit over the phone with Jasmin their online sales manager that the deal I am getting from another dealer but they highly encouraged that they are the largest and can beat the deal without any issues. Long story short they were not even a mile close to it. At least $100-150 difference on a lease in a monthly payment.Total disappointment. You can t do any better don t even talk about beating!!!

Had a hard time getting though phone to schedule a service I really needed. Showed un in person in the last hours before closing and they took care of my needs. Shout out to Roy my advisor. All around a great guy . definitely recommend

I just bought a 2018 Toyota Camry. Very clean car, inside and outside. I did not have an appointment but just walked in to look around. I was greeted immediately by my salesman, Rico. Rico was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. He was very helpful in getting me to where I needed to be in order to purchase this vehicle. I appreciated his professionalism and his attentiveness. Rico hung in there with me and we even connected on some similarities of things we experienced in our own lives. I appreciated the personal attention he gave in our interactions. Rico got me to the financing department. I met Al. Al was very professional too and went thru the financing process with me. Everything was done with ease. All in all, it was a great experience and I left with a quality vehicle that I will enjoy for years to come. If you are looking for professionalism, quality vehicles and a smooth sales transaction, then Keating Toyota is the place for you.

It was great doing business with Keating Toyota. Zack, our sales person is extremely nice, customer oriented, and honest. No sales gimmick ( a rare quality at car dealership!!) from him or his manager. Waiting for arrival of my car. Hoping this process will be just as pleasant as negotiating the price. Definitely highly recommend this car dealer ship and there sales/ manager team.

Had a great shopping experience w/ Rico! He helped my husband and I with our Tundra that we love. Also Brenda helped us choose the model we liked and was very nice. Al helped us close the deal and was very nice and knowledgeable.

Never coming back. I went in for a routine oil change, don t believe anything they tell you, they make you believe you need services when you really don t. They said I needed a four wheel adjustment without even looking at the car. at first I declined the service but then they said you should really get the adjustment it ll help your tires and other car parts after hearing that I was Convinced When looking at the paperwork, I only had one value out of alignment and it was only out by 0.05 of an angle. When they saw that they should have never gone through with the adjustment and come talk to me to see if I still wanted the service. Furthermore, they tried to tell me that I need new windshield wipers and it would cost me $75 which I Declined. However, My final bill was $410. When I tried to call the service manager, she basically said well sorry And hung up the phone. no sense of customer service whatsoever.It s so sad and frustrating to deal with especially since we ve always gone to Keating Toyota for all our vehicles. Go to a different Toyota, that actually cares and values your opinion and doesn t scam you out of money

My service tech Samuel gave me The Best customer service. My first time getting my car serviced here, Samuel took his time to give me a tour and made sure I was ok at the end. He kept me update on the service needed on my car and pointed out the most important work. He made me feel so warm and welcoming. I recommend this dealership to anyone. If you ever need service, Please stop by Keating Toyota and ask for Samuel. Trust me you won t be disappointed.

Nathan was great!! He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted! If it wasn't for his excellent service, we were about to go elsewhere. Nathan saved the day! Sean the finance manager was very rude and belittling. We were about to leave because of Sean , but Nathan stepped up and found a different manager. Will definitely go back and also send friends and family to go see Nathan! Thank you Nathan!!

Came from out of town to purchase a truck from their used car lot. Travel because we figured we were getting a decent deal. When I got there I made sure to ask the sales person what process do they use to evaluate their trade-ins, and they said they go through an extremely thorough process to make sure that everything is working properly and there's nothing that needs to be fixed. I should've known better and checked everything a little closer myself. I'm giving them one star because partly my fault. Everything seem to be working when we left, but found out once we got back to town that the radio would not pick up any stations. Check the antenna and it looks like there was damage to the antenna and the shark fin was just haphazardly glued back on to cover the damage. Don't know if it was done by the previous owner or the dealership, but probably should have been addressed if they really did a thorough inspection like they said. Again partly my fault for not being more thorough, it was late and we were tired from traveling. We were told that the process would be very quick but we waited for two hours at the dealership for things to get started. Was hoping the dealership would step up, told him the situation, but no one has reached back out. Lesson learned. I would think twice about buying a used car from the dealership

Brought my Lexus Rx350 into the service department due to my electric steering system malfunctioning. As I arrived Jeremy Petty quickly greeted me and was very attentive to my concerns I had with my Lexus. My car was quickly looked over and Jeremy went over a few additional concerns that the technician had seen. Jeremy also sent me a video of my car and what the technician saw. I will say my experience with the service department was amazing! Keep up the good work!

Daniel in the service department knows it all! He helped me with my extended warranty in making sure my service was completely covered. On top of that he also made sure they extended the period of time I had a rental through them and also making sure my warranty paid more for rental coverage. He truly knows his stuff. Next time I m in Houston and have an issue I will def go to this location! Everyone was super helpful as well!

This place has exceptional customer service! We left happy, satisfied and elated! We were able to get the numbers just right and we drove home in our dream car! Americo and Abraham helped us out and they were very patient when I had all sorts of questions about the buttons on the car. Truly a great experience! Al helped us with the financial side of things and answered all of those questions patiently as well. The manager Daniel was also helpful and understanding. We will always be recommending this dealership! Couldn't be happier!
