I love coming here! They have great customer service and they will wow you with the service you will receive. They offered to restore my headlights in which I had been wanting to do for a while now and when they were finished my car looked brand new and the cost is very reasonable!!! I am so happy and will always come to this location! They are also not pushy with sells or upselling like most other places will do to you when you are a woman. I recommend 10/10!!!

Been here twice. Both times have received GREAT service. The boys are knowledgeable and actually take time to teach you about your car. Spoke to a nice gentleman who gave me some tips and went out of his way to help me find a mechanic who could work on my tires and offered awesome advice. The boys took really good care of my car and were respectful with my time. Well managed place all around.

Tech Zane W, gave great customer service form beginning to end. Was very detailed about everything that was going on with my car. Customer service was everything. Facility and garage was clean. I don't live in the area, but I would drive miles to get the great service I received. Thanks up the exceptional job!

Customer service was excellent. They provided options in terms of what I needed to get my car running the best possible way. The waiting area was very clean. Water was available and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. Most importantly, they listen and were definitely not pushy in terms of trying to sell upgrades, which I appreciated. This place will definitely be my one-stop shop for my oil changes going forward.

I m had a horrible experience here. I dropped off my car on 12/15/2023 for a thermostat replacement a 3 hour job then later that day I got a call letting me know they messed up something while trying to do the job. My car stayed in the shop through the weekend. Monday came and they told me they couldn t even change the thermostat. My car stayed there all weekend and in the end they only messed up my car and couldn t even do the job. Once I picked up my car that Monday on my way home my car started to heat up I had to keep pulling over about three times to let my car cool down once I arrived home I noticed smoke coming from my hood once opened the hood I noticed the part that they messed up completely broke off there was coolant spilled everywhere they have cause many damages to my car I had to get it towed because the car could not be driven. It is now 12/21/2023 almost a whole week without my car due to damages they have caused.

The place is always clean. The manager is awesome. On my last visit, the service took me 2 1/2 hours I got in my car. It was running. I left the facility. Drove 7 miles to Costco went to turn my car off. There was no key. I could not find the key I get out of the car to call Jiffy Lube and notice the key remarkably still sitting on my windshield, held by my windshield wiper totally could ve been a total different disaster $90 for oil change 2 1/2 hour wait will not be going backService: Oil change

Great service and staff. I appreciated that the employee that helped me gave me a good discount since I m in the military. My only complaint is that they didn t ask which oil type I wanted and just went with full synthetic. Aside from that I loved that they also vacuumed my matts in my car. This is my fourth time going and I recommend getting oil changed here.

I came here for the first time. Zane was amazing actually took the time out to teach me things about my car that I had no idea . Even thou I didn t get certain things he suggested he didn t just stop telling me about why it was important and did not pressure me. I will definitely always come here for service forMy car .

Robert, Thomas, Matt & Terrell, did an incredible job. They went above and beyond answering all my questions. This location is phenomenal so clean, fast, & efficient service! This is the only jiffy lube I will go to in Texas from here on out

Longest oil change in my life ! Spent 1.5 hours and they have very little customer service. I had to flag down someone to pay. The guy in the garage yeah go inside someone is there. Desk completely empty.

This Jiffy Lube was a life saver more specifically, Robert L.I bought a battery from Costco, which someone told me would be cheaper; however, Costco did not install my battery. I called around and drove around to see who would install my new battery for me. Jiffy Lube was the only one that said they offered that service.I arrive 30 mins before close but they said it was fine and shouldn t take long. Little did I know Costco sold me the wrong type of battery. Here s where Robert came in he offered to take me to Costco since it was down the street and the old battery was already removed. I was a little skeptical because of the circumstances. I assessed my risk. He told his boss and other people at the shop knew where he was going. Also Costco is literally down the street. Robert went above and beyond. He even went inside to talk to Costco to ensure I received the right battery this time.Robert is a kind, considerate, and generous human being. He did not want to leave me high and dry. Thank you so much for all you did!I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for your tires and battery needs. They def take care of their customers.

The majority of guys that work here are very lazy, to be blunt. I brought my car back because of lack luster service and received the same level of service. Both times, the bare minimum was performed within the Signature Service option offered. As a former jiffy lube employee, I definitely recognize that the standard of quality is a bit lower than usual at this location. Accountability and a sense of pride in one s work needs to be implemented/instilled.This is an account of my personal experience with this branch.

Great service! After not the best experience with Jiffy Lube, I decided to give this newly opened location a chance and wasn't disappointed. Someone came to ask us how they could help as soon as we arrived and then walked us inside and pointed out the bathroom and beverage station. The seats were also comfortable and you could see them work on your car from inside. When checking out, the lady that helped us explained all the costs and overall all the employees were friendly and helpful. Also make sure to check out the coupons on their page for a smaller bill

Thank you, Robert! Your customer service is awesome! I traveled home for Thanksgiving and the rental car I got at the airport tire pressure was reading low minutes after I left the airport. In a rush to get to my appointment I didn't have time to turn back. After my appointment I stopped by Jiffy Lube. Robert met me at the counter and told me to pull around back. To my surprise Robert was already in the back waiting to check the tire. Robert checked the pressure in all my tires and got me back on the road in no time. The service is free but you would have thought I was a paying customer. I was so thankful for Robert and all his help!

I'm a big fan of the team here at Jiffy Lube. I got my vehicle inspection here and I've been in several times for other services. The team has always been polite and very knowledgeable. Also their prices are very reasonable.

I do not appreciate not having a choice in oil for my car. The person skipped the oil page without giving me a chance to look, told me what oil because it is what my car takes. I was shocked to find out that a national company carry so few choices in oil. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. I will not return to this or any Jiffy Lube.

Quick and easy. Staff does a great job getting you in and out for an oil change. These usually have coupons on their website you can apply as well for a decent discount.

Great customer service! The employees were efficient and friendly. I had a great experience with my oil change here on a Monday morning. They noticed that my previous servicer (the dealership) had neglected to place my air filter back in, and so I have been driving around for months without one. Glad for the crew at Jiffy Lube for their great customer care!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

THESE GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!They will destroy your engine. I got my oil changed a month ago and I saw an oil leak after the service. A day later, I went back and they fixed the leak and checked the oil. They said oil was adequate. I have been hearing some noises from the engine ever since they changed the oil.I took it to other shops and now found that I only have 1 quart of oil.They are truly idiots and will owe me, if my new mechanic find any damage!
