Always a great experience at Big Star Ford! This past week, I had some general maintenance performed on my F250. Oh, I did purchase the truck here two years ago! Renee Troncoso was very hospitable and very helpful! I listened to her with other customers and she treated everyone the same, with a smile and helpful recommendations! They didn't great job fixing the main issue my vehicle was having. They explained things clearly and were friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because I also marked to have a tire rotation and it was missed. They did say I can make another appointment and they would fix that issue with no cost to me, due to their oversight.

I didn't end up buying a car. Just test drove. But John was very helpful and informative.

Wasn't too happy on last visit...the tech who serviced my vehicle didn't replace the oil cap after doing oil change....big mess big problem.....smh...
