Good customer service! This guy Dave helped me out changed my battery with no cost at all coz battery still under warranty. No time consuming as long as your next they served you right away thanks to Ms Ty as well.

I was thoroughly impressed by the young man Donovan who helped me check and change my battery. He was very professional, respectful and resourceful. I had a challenging situation and he found other avenues to resolve my problem and consequently saved me a lot of money.

Went to see why my check engine light was on and then found out my battery cables were loose. Donovan was very helpful and explained why this would happen. We did a quick battery check and I was good to go!

Dave at AutoZone was amazingly helpful and so knowledgeable about everything. He helped me with my battery check and diagnosis. He also helped me purchase a corrosion kit to remove some of the corrosion on the car battery terminal! He is VERY knowledgeable and had great customer service.

The store manager is awesome ! He went above and beyond assisting me with my light bulb search . Since it was not in stock he looked for a location I can purchase the bulb . He even checked the right turn signal that was out and explained to me how it can be replaced but originally that was the plan he was going to replace it for me . But since auto zone does not carry that light bulb the store manager offered me to install the light bulb if I found it . Next day I drop by the store and he installed the light bulb for me . He s an awesome leader and professional . Moving forward I will purchase everything at this location and refer business their way . Very thankful for the awesome customer service experienced I had.

Excellent customer service! Tashawn patiently endured the long story behind my purchase, helped me research the item to ensure its usefulness and even gave me pointers for a successful execution of my project. Batbayar also assisted with some confirmatory research to 'second' my decision. Thanks guys; this store will definitely be my first stop for my auto needs going forward!!

Worst experience I have ever had at an Autozone. Had a check engine light on, Lady ran the code then just jumped straight to the most expensive part involved from the code. I asked her if we could take a look at what other parts are involved and she told me to do whatever I want to and straight up just walked off. Ridiculous that there was absolutely no inclination to help, only goal was to sell the most expensive thing she could. GO TO ANY OTHER AUTOZONE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE!!!

I came in today, 25 Oct 2023, to replace my high beam bulb in my 2013 Camry SE. I believe the gentleman s name who helped me was David, small guy with glasses and black hair. He was so nice and professional too. We exchanged stories about our past, me being retired Navy and his past experience in law enforcement. David is the type of guy I would want representing my brand. He is a people person and truly is kind to everyone. I observed him interacting with his coworkers and other customers in the store. He even came out to help me change the bulb without me asking. Job well done!!! We need more polite and helpful people like him in this world. Thank you once again David. I think a raise should be in his near future. We have to retain great help.Very Respectfully,Willie Smith IV

I'm only rating 3 stars but want to convey kudos to an employee at this store by name Jerry . I came in today with a battery that sounded like dying. I know the battery was under warranty because it was 1.5 years old. There was a lady employee who came out to diagnose the battery and could not get it connected well because there is a plastic lid cover over the battery. At this time she went back into the store to check if someone else could help and never came back out. When I went back into the store she and another employee started saying they cannot diagnose the battery because they should not open that cover. This conversation went on back and forth and me trying to tell them I have replaced my battery all the time at Autozone with some one opening that cover. That's when Jerry came over to find out the situation and upon knowing walked out with tools without saying a word. Jerry then diagnosed the battery as bad, took it inside, made a transaction for warranty replacement and replaced the new battery. So when the other employees did not want to look at my battery Jerry did it all with out any concerns. He is a true customer service professional.

So your employee David called our business. Asking for a part number. We are a geotextile manufacturer. I told him we did not deal in auto parts. He says hatefully I KNOW...we were told here to call this number for part numbers. He then slams the phone down. I called back and he would not take my call. Very unprofessional, he needs a tune up. Honestly it was funny to see how he was not smart enough to dial a phone and then wanted to blame someone else.I know this will probably fall on deaf ears but I felt that for some reason you may want to know.Thanks!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mom went in yesterday to return some items and she had forgot her receipt. My mom understood they would ask for extra verification which she provided and the guy that was helping her with the return said that s why you can t lose your shi* . Very unprofessional and rude.

Big shout out to Sales Manager Kirk who installed my new battery this evening! He was so kind and professional. He opened the door for me each trip in and out of the store. He ensured my battery was installed properly and securely, even replacing a bolt that had been messed up by the prior installer. Would definitely recommend this store and will return for future needs. All staff members I saw interacting with customers seemed so friendly. Great job team!
