Overall great experience from beginning to end! Great folks, great service and quality repair work. I stopped by for an estimate and was able to get my vehicle in a few days later. Paul, the owner, is very knowledgeable and gave me a fair and easy to understand quote and answered all my questions.Upon picking up my vehicle, I discovered he had buffed out some scratches and fixed my hood visor(which I had rigged together). And my vehicle had been washed! Like I said, great folks and great service!I highly recommend this shop for your auto repair needs. Before visiting the shop I read all the reviews and now I understand why the rating is 5.0. Well deserved! Thank you Paul and Paul Jr. for the great work you guys did on my vehicle.

Great experience! They were able to see me right away for an estimate, which was very fair and broken down easily. Very quick turn around and excellent work! Front bumper and grill were replaced after a rear ending accident. He also went around and buffed out any other dings and scratches around the car too.Highly recommend! Local privately own shop and does a great job. The owner, Paul, does everything he can to help and sees to it that everything is done.

Precision is definitely your go to! I love to promote and give my business to smaller business owners and this shop is amazing. My 18 year old had a few accidents not long after getting her new car. We seen he was new to Mansfield and decided to give him a call and I am so glad that we did. He worked out an awesome deal with my daughter knowing she s young and trying to get her car fixed. He replaced her side passenger fender, completely replaced her front bumper, replaced her windshield and painted. He kept me in the loop on everything and even surprised us with replacing her windshield that was not expected so soon. Paul Alvarez did an amazing job on my vehicle. They went far and beyond what I expected. They were very detailed and professional and made sure everything was done to my expectations. Dropped off vehicle that had a broken tail light, uneven paint, scrapes, fender bends, and hole damages on Tuesday, and got it finished Wednesday afternoon. I m truly amazed of their expertise, quickness, and communication. Definitely the best repair shop I ve been to.100% recommend to everyone.

Absolutely love this place, the work they do, and the staff. Paul has been nothing but the absolute best when helping me with my car he completely fixed up my front end and also fixed little chips around my car for free. THANK GOD FOR GUIDING ME TO PRECISION COLLISION IN MANSFIELD TX PAUL ALVEREZ AND HIS FRIENDLY STAFF WAS THE BEST. I WENT TO OTHER COLLISION PLACES IN MANSFIELD FRONT END STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. SHELLY THE RECEPTIONIST AT PRECISION MADE ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY..PAUL ALVAREZ WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL , HE TOOK CARE OF ALL MY LEG WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND ALL MY NEEDS.. Paul and his team are amazing. I had some seriously nasty scratches on my car, and some minor dents, too. Paul did such a beautiful job my car looks brand new again. He is communicative and friendly, and gave me a great deal. Paul's office staff is also superb. I would do business with Paul again and highly recommend.

My project was quite complicated! My vehicle was painted by a previous shop that spun into a nightmare of unfinished areas and poor craftsmanship. Precision Collision was up to the challenge. I can't say enough about the service and attention to detail that Paul and Jr put into my Nova. I highly recommend your resto-mod, late model, and exotic car collision needs in the hands of Paul and his team! Fantastic job guys!

I had gotten several estimates from places in Arlington and closer to home and Precision not only gave me an amazing estimate for the paint work I needed but they were easy to talk to, sent me pictures of the car as it got painted and left my car looking like new when done. My only regret is that I didn't choose to just paint the whole car! These guys are small, local business and will definitely get my business again in the future.

I am very impressed with Paul and his team ! They did a magnificent job on my car and took very good care of me and my vehicle! In a matter of time, Highly recommend Precision!! If I could give 6 stars I would. I'm in a wheelchair and my wife and I went to get our handicap van looked at for damage to our sliding door panels . The gentleman put rivets in the panels to keep them falling down. He charged us nothing for the repair. The is a special place and he deserves all the business he can get. Service like this is uncommon and should be appreciated. Go get your auto body work done here.

Over the past month, I have had the pleasure of using this shop for repairs on two separate occasions, and I couldn't be happier with the results. First, they flawlessly fixed a dent on my own car's back, leaving it looking as if it had never been damaged in the first place. Then, just two weeks ago, I entrusted them with my daughter's car, which had been broken into. Paul, his son, and his crew skillfully replaced the shattered windshield and meticulously restored the heavily scratched dashboard to its original condition. They not only ensured a perfect fit for the new windshield but also went the extra mile to calibrate all the sensors on it. Furthermore, they diligently removed every last shard of glass from the vents, seats, and entire car. Throughout the entire process, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction shone through.
