I came in today to change a terminal on my vehicle. Gabe helped me find exactly what I needed I took my tools and got to work right there in the parking lot. I had a nut being really stubborn and not coming lose it became evident I needed a helping hand John was able to help me get it broke lose and I was able to get it fixed. I go putting my tools away and all of a sudden my tools are everywhere. I didn't secure them properly and now I'm embarrassed and have a massive mess to clean. And the real MVP came through. Juan came outside and started helping me pick up every socket . And sat there with me while we put every single tool back in their place. That's real customer service I can't thank him enough

As a commercial business located in downtown Mansfield who has been serving the community and purchasing from O'Reilly's since 2017, avoid this store!Long story short, we were forced to switch to this store from the Matlock location. The Matlock location had us set up on a weekly payment system, and they would have a driver bring the statement to us weekly once the payment was made, and honestly we had no issues with them. We did not want to switch to Debbie Lane because we had nothing but issues with them when we first opened, and they always acted like they were doing us the favor. We insisted that if O'Reilly were the ones forcing us to switch, they needed to make sure everything was set up the same way at the Debbie Lane location. We were reassured this would happen, so we let it go.Apparently, this was not done and they have supposedly been trying to collect a debt from us since August that they opted to just send to collections and the only email we recieved was from the collections company. Now the balance owed is affecting our credit, when they entire time we were thinking they were running our payment weekly. We found out the manager Christina was calling the outdated number on file, so apparently google doesn't exist if you work for O'Reilly. They also claim they have been sending us emails that I conviently cannot find in our inbox, all mail, spam, or trash. We also never have any issues recieving emails or phone call from Autozone right across the street, and they had absolutely no issues collecting our payments on our account during the same time period that O'Reilly has supposedly been having so much trouble doing the exact same thing. In fact, O'Reilly is the only distributor we have purchased from that we have this issue with.Autozone will print weekly statements and send them with the driver just to go above and beyond and ensure their commercial clients are on track and taken care of. Their district and regional manager will reach out if their is any past due balance, etc. The previous O'Reilly location was also great about this, but not Debbie Lane. I also don't know how its possible to owe a balance and yet even when their drivers are bringing more parts to us, management doesn't send a statement or make us aware of the balance or even ask to have us call the store. Shoot, we are less than 5 minutes from this location, which would have been a very easy visit to collect payment, but I guess that is just too much work for Christina and her team.As much a they may want to argue that it's our responsibilty to stay on top of this, the reality is we tried to avoid this in the first place but O"reilly forced us to switch stores. So again we tried to eliminate issues by asking them to set us up on the same weekly payment schedule as the prior store. There is only so much we can do on our end to avoid issues arising if the other party has no intention of operating in the same manner. As a master mechanic, business owner, and community member, if you are a consumer avoid O'Reilly and shop Autozone. They will provide you with better pricing, service, communication, and customer service than O'Reilly ever could, and they may even help to save your credit also.**Got to love typical O'Reilly's service, their form of help is for you to contact them from a link to a page that can't be found. We tried having the manager Christina call us back before posting this review, but she has not returned our message. **

Please tell the staff that was there today not to treat people with disrespect. I just needed an air pressure gauge and have never had such a disrespectful person serve me. I was raised to say sir and please and thank you. This is missing from your staff.

Horrible customer service experience. Guy was very rude to me at register because I asked to see the different prices on filters. When asked if his Co worker was the manager I was met with the same energy. I'll be taking my business to autozone. Date 09-30-23 time: 530 pm for the upper managers that want to review this issue.

We've always done business with the store. So far, it has been downgraded. Last Saturday, we wanted to get a new battery, and we always used the same phone number that we used on the account to get the warrant. Zak said it wasn't in the system. These guys will not help you. Zak had a lazy attitude. He didn't even want to even try to help. We asked for a managers help. But this other guy has long blond and white male like in his 20s. Had a childish behavior. He kept making excuses and walked away to gossip with his buddies. He yells at the customers, too. Other O'reilly stores, you have a better chance of getting some decent customer service. But not this one. People I recommend taking your business somewhere else, especially when it comes to warrant. Where they honor a warranty. EXAMPLE : Advance auto parts down in debbie, honor their warranty. Always advise to take a picture of your receipt of purchase in case they can't find it. But these guys in this O'reilly will take your money without giving you any advice. Do better, O'reilly.

Came in and asked for a quick diagnosis for my car. I stood in line and patiently waited my turn. When I got to the register the guy told me he wouldn't help me because there were only 2 people working. I waited 5 minutes and there were no other customers in the store. There was absolutely no reason why he could not help. I went right around to the corner to Auto Zone where I was helped immediately. I ended up spending over $300 for the parts needed Auto Zone. Shout out to Auto Zone

Issues with warranty fulfillment We were originally told that the item we were exchanging was not in the computer system so they would not be able to fulfill the warranty so we were forces to purchase the item again. Luckily, after going back to the office I able to research and LOCATE the original receipt. Surprisingly, when we went back to the store to get a refund the gentleman informed us that the purchase WAS showing on our business account . Interesting. No one was able to explain why we were told there was no history of that particular item in our sales history and left to pay for a $189 auto part that should have been a warranty exchange I ve lost ALL respect for O Reily.

Worst O'Reilly's experience never using this company. Christine is the lady manager who has no knowledge on automotive and yet she's in charge sold me wrong item and would not exchange for the correct one let's show this business who's boss. Shop at AutoZone, home Depot instead y'all.Ps. Home Depot has way better prices on oil, filters just about anything automotive.

I love this place the people know my face and always make me feel welcome and informed they are mostly young adults under thirty but they know there way around the computers for parts and it is clean also they even help install things for you and don't ask for anything in return they are very respectful I've spent four grand in parts in the past five months and everytime I've entered the store I've never heard a curse word argument or negative attitude awesome place

Great staff. Quick. Clean and tidy. Easy to fund what you need. Staff has a computer to quickly find the right part for your vehicle. Well stocked. They even will let you borrow a tool you need, if you are going to fix the problem right then. Good prices, as well. Never had a problem in any O'Reilly auto parts store. They are all great places to stop in real quick to get a part yoy need for your vehicle.

Hey these guys were great I pulled up the truck was hot. I had no money. And it took him 8 trips with a gallon jug of water to fill my radiator. I'm the cold no less. And I made it home with no damage to my vehicle. They went above and beyond. Thanks guys.

These guys have always been so helpful. Each time I go there, they do not hesitate to find me the best deal, explain my options or install my windshield wipers for me (twice). They are my first choice.

So we came from out of town due to our vehicle being worked on nearby. The girl that was there tonight (had glasses) helped us out the best she could. We gave her a belt that we asked to match or go a little smaller for us and she did exactly that. NOW the only disappointment is they didn't have any belts so we had another disappointing drive. I wanna say thanks to her because she didn't make us feel stupid like AutoZone did.

Nor that impressed. Just needed some windshield wipers. Tried to use their kiosk machine, and the screen was messed up so that didn't work. Frustrating

They never have real parts for cars. Just decorative stuff for imports. It's the same results everytime I go there. So it's my fault for expecting different results.
