2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation!? The manager guy wasn't very friendly. He didn't even go over the multi point inspection. Definitely not worth $150!- Update: I got a call back from Henry, who was interested in my original 1 star review. He did a good job explaining that a 1.5-2 hour wait is typical. He also shared the details of the inspection.In the future, I hope that they will give customers a clear expectation of how long their service will take when the vehicle is dropped off, and give some kind of feedback on inspections, even if everything is in good working order. As for the guy who took my payment, please polish your customer service skills.

Great job by Jake and Chris. They spent the time to resolve my TPMS issue for my Suzuki Grand Vitara after Walmart who installed them and Discount Tires couldn t. Go see the guys on US287. Their customer service alone makes it worth the trip.

These guys should get negative stars. Not the employees but the upper leadership. Destroyed my carbon fiber front lip, denied any wrong doing and Regional Manager Billy Scoville told me to go pound sand. Its a 2007 M6 with only 56K miles on it as I plan on handing it down to my son. Well cared for and I would know if I had damage to it as its pampered and rarely ever spent a night outside.Don't go here unless you want more out of pocket expenses to fix what they destroy

I was able to get my tire fixed on short notice over the weekend. The employees and manager are respectful, professional, and committed to fixing car issues you have. After my tire was repaired, I was informed of other maintenance issues that needed attention without the pressure of getting them repaired the same day. This location and its staff proved to provide effortless quality services in a timely manner with honest communication.

Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable. Set me up with a Wheel Alignment to help keep my new tires wearing evenly & safely. Crew got me in & out quickly on a Saturday morning so I could enjoy the weekend with my family! Thanks NTB Mansfield

Great customer service.I came here to get a new battery for my SUV and they had the battery In stock. They also gave me a 30 month warranty which is great just in case I need it.Thanks again NTB!!!

I stopped by here for an oil change.I bought 4 tires here a while back and wanted to do tire rotation.I stopped by here on purpose... because the rotation is free...I clearly asked for an oil change and tire rotation.but he liedI'm 100 percent sure it's a lie because I watched the entire process through a glass window.The price is expensive and unfriendly compared to other places...If other people tell me they go here, I'll tell them not to go.

NTB Tires in Mansfield, TX has been my go-to place not just for tires, but for maintenance in general. Their service is great and their work is always solid. During my recent visit, Joshua did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and got my vehicle in great shape.

I was having issues with other shops balancing my after market rims and tires, but the Manager assured me that I had arrived at my last stop. He was very professional. The shop was very clean, along with all of the staff. That is a rare find now days when it comes to auto-shops. I was very reluctant to stop by the shop because a bad experience, some years ago with that particular shop. I must admit, the new leadership and staff are awesome. I would definitely recommend this shop for work on your vehicle/s.

Josh is absolutely fantastic and a man of his word. I had a bolt loose and instead of checking just the one, he checked them all. He s absolutely knowledgeable, and his problem solving skills are sharp! A great man to lead the faculty and facility!

I Came today and was assisted by Henry. He was very nice, personable , and to the point. I was in and out in less than a hour. You don t get that kind of service and that fast anywhere. Especially for alignments and oil changes. Prices are reasonable as well.

Joshua Hooten provide excellent customer service. He assisted me in getting my vehicle to his shop at no additional charge. They were able to locate my problem and direct me to right shop to have it fixed. I will always come back to this location

Joshua the store manager helped me get my truck in and out with an alingnment and oil change at a good price and quality work. The mechanics are trustworthy and proffesional. I will definitely be back. Great local tire & service shop

Pulled up immediately greeted!!! Jake was very professional and honest about all my questions and opinions!! Two doors down is Discount tires but I wouldn t dare! I like the fact of not waiting a hr or more for a tire change. Come see Jake and the boys at NTB!!! Got me in and out!! Even compared prices so I wouldn t go to to the bad guys! (Discount tires ) Thank you NTB!!!!!

Joshua was quick to get me some help with getting a new tire for a wheel I brought in. The service was a lot quicker than initially anticipated and the cost was cheaper than they originally quoted!I will definitely be coming back for all of my tire and auto service needs.

Henry is awesome! While driving to work I had tire issues, Henry was great at getting me in and on my way in 30 min. He listened and explained to me what was wrong and what I needed to get back on the road again. I recommend stopping by and these guys will take great care of you! Thanks again

Came in Saturday morning to get 2 tires changed, was able to find the size and get them changed same day. Josh explained to me what my vehicle needed to be replaced. Highly recommend!

I came to buy tyres and align my wheels . Joshua took care of me. He is the kind of employee that NTB should be proud of. His goal is to please the costumer and represent his company. I am proud of him. I warmly recommend him.

Jake was great to work with on my last visit. Even when he told me that my lug nuts were swollen and corroded...which I had never heard of. I accused him of nickeling and diming me like an insurance agent. He quipped what you expect from a Jake... Highly recommend these guys.

I would have left a 1 star if they had not been so nice and professional, however a L is a L, I bought brand new tires from them and the Hazardous road warranty($2000+), long story short they try charging me $400 to replace a tire with a nail in it, that was perfectly repaired for free! Never again will ever waste my money at this business!

Manager was incredible. All the problems I had he took care of them and took extra special care of my car because of the type of rims I have. I will only take my car to NTB on hw 287 in Mansfield!!!

I had the pleasure to meet and greet Bret on Friday 11/30 who assisted me in the purchase of four tires for my car. This young man I observed multiple sales while sitting waiting. Know that he is an asset to this company.On 11/29 I called and spoke with I think his name was Chris who set up appointments for my grandson and I working with available time to fit our needs. I ask about 2 tires for my grandson s car, and four for mine. Appointments for both were set up. My first appointment was on a Saturday, but I got a call letting me know they were available Friday, and I could be free to relax on Saturday. It is Saturday and I am writing the book to let everyone know that my experience with N T B was indeed an awesome one. The 6 tires were very affordable, my grandson wants 2 more to match the two he purchased. We will see you soon Bret! NTB be nice to all the associates here. They keep customers coming back!Thanks N T B

I walked in at 8am. I neeeded my brake fluids flushed and brake light checked. Two weeks ago I had my brake light replaced at a different company and was told the new light would not come on. I was told it s probably a wiring issue. Well, Brett at NTB checked it and told me nothing was wrong with the new bulb. He said the previous person plugged the wiring back in incorrectly. I really appreciated Brett s honesty and professionalism as well as his great customer service skills. Plus I was in and out in one hour.
