Mr. Bill at Mr. Mechanic is a God send. I ve used his services since 2019 and every time he has a fair price for the repair. My first experience was when I lived in Denver and was visiting my family here in DFW and he got us in on the day after Christmas! Once I moved to DFW in 2022, my wife and I have hired him for an array of issues - one of which he couldn t help fix because of issues beyond his control but he still took the time to give advice on how to get the warranty to cover the failed engine. This man is a diamond in the ruff!!

After struggling to find someone who was willing to work on my OBS classic Ford, I finally found Mr. Bill. Not only was he willing to work on it, but he s knowledgeable on what causes problems instead of relying solely on a code reader like a lot of new mechanics. He spotted and solved my A/C vacuum leak issue in a matter of minutes and is going to continue helping me getting my truck back to normal working order. Probably a small win for him today but brought me much needed peace of mind knowing I have found someone who knows their craft and won t try to get one over on me. It's hard as ever to find a good independent mechanic who does good work.Bill is a solid good mechanic. He got my truck repaired on the same day.If you need a mechanic, use Mr. Mechanic.

Went in to get my lower ball joint replaced. He gave me a great price then he saw the damage on the control arm from a previous mechanic shop and told me I need to get that changed as well. He also provided me pictures of the damage. Gave me a good deal on it. Would recommend 100%. Will be going back.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I was in al bind and really needed to have something fixed on my car before the next day. Everyone else I called either didn't want to touch it because it was some kind of a touchy special fix or they couldn't see me for two weeks or more. Bill got me in even though he was already pretty busy and within an hour he had it taken care of and for a good price! I will be using him from now on and I highly recommend him! (Another plus is he turned out to be an animal lover )

This man is a RARE Diamond in the dirt! He is an honest, upfront man that will tell you exactly what all needs to be done and has the BEST price. Quality, A-1 service and communication. He was able to take our primary family vehicle in on short notice and had it ready same day! We will definitely be using him again!

Bill was so helpful! I had a random accident happen to me (wheel bearing and other stuff break) at around 11am.. I got my truck towed to bill s shop (Mr.Mechanic) and he worked effortlessly to get it finished and back to me same day! There were multiple problems that he uncovered as he was diagnosing the damage, but he still got it all done that same day! I am overly impressed with the work and effort Bill showed. He went and picked up parts for my truck and got it all finished up for me by 11pm on this fine Saturday! He worked past close to get me back up and running. Not to mention all the money he saved me! He saved me hundreds of dollars along the process and all I can say is GO TO HIM! He is great! I RECOMMEND doing business with him for all your auto repair needs! Bill came highly recommended by my brother-in-law and we couldn t have been happier with the job he did. I had to get new rotors for my rear brakes on a Saturday. Mr Bill did a great job of explaining what exactly I needed and how much it would cost. I could also tell that he was very backed up but he still got to my vehicle the same day. He even worked two hours past his normal business hours to make sure he got to my vehicle. I will definitely use him again in the future and recomend him to anyone.

I took my 2005 f150 I had just bought cash because it was throwing 8 codes. William was very communicative on what was wrong, very detailed and open about what was needed to be done and was very effective and efficient completing the repairs needed to my truck. He got it done in a timely manner and my truck runs amazing now! I will definitely be visiting here again anytime my truck needs any maintenance or repairs! William was awesome!

Mr. Bill it s Quita had to come by and give you a review. If anyone is looking for a honest Friendly and trustworthy mechanic your getting all that and some with Mr. Bill. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle told me what needs to be fixed and what he recommends. With everything going on right now the price was by far the cheapest then any other place I called around town. Quality service is what you will get I found my number one mechanic thanks again!

Mr. Bill is an experienced technician to work with. I had my 2003 Honda Odyssey repaired from him. He replaced the timing belt, water pump and break pads for me. He provided upfront estimates and on-time delivery. His service is very reliable and I will certainly recommend Mr. Bill for his services.

Bill is a great guy and an honest mechanic . He will accurately diagnose your car And save you time and money going off the codes from O Reillys or AutoZone He has been a great mechanic to our company vehicles which has been around for over 20 years. Well worth the drive.

I took my 550i in for service and the work was reasonably priced . Very honest gentleman and would feel comfortable sending my own daughters to him to get work done . Very honest and the work by far was the cleanest and most swift at getting done. Thank you Mr Mecahnic. I'll definitely be back for my needs done on our vehicles

Mr. Mechanic is a great mechanic. I've been taking my car to him for basic maintenance for about 14 years. He's very fair and never pushes or tries to upsell stuff you don't truly need. His prices are more than reasonable and fair.

Took my GMC ACADIA to him for an overheating problem. Was unsure how extensive the repair would be. However Bill explained what needed to be replaced and how it would correct the problem. He even tried to find the most cost effective way. Would 100% recommend him to friends and family.

DO NOT COME HERE. I DO NOT know why there's so many stars. We had to constantly call, thankfully he answered, but never had anything resolved for about 2 months.He was working on other cars that were not there before, nor were we told we'd have to wait for till we called.The only update was the same issue we came in with?! We left with a broken car, waited too long for nothing, and paid more than we had been quoted.When we came to pick it up nothing was put back like he promised and was missing screws.
