I would give 5 if they had more experience with trailer wiring and wire locations and they did get it fixed, eventually. but exceptional service, Alex is AWESOME! I will comeback if needed.

I would give them a 0 star if I could. My cousin from out of town truck broke down here while delivering a load. I found this place on line and didn t look at the reviews. He had it towed to their shop on a Saturday and they said they would look at it by Tuesday. Didn t look at it for 3 weeks. They could not tell him what was wrong with the truck. They said they put it on the machine to see what codes came up but when he asked for copies they said they couldn t give him copies of the print out. They made him pay for a part and had it sent to their shop. They put the part on and told him the truck was ready. 3,hours later they called back and said they test drove it and the part they put on blew out. He had to call and have that part re sent. The company that sold the part said that the part is delicate and if not put on correctly it want work. They put it on and told him to come get his truck after almost $9,000 spent and 6 weeks later. That s not the worst part of this story. Before he made it 240 miles home the truck broke down. He called and they said, we told you it would break down, even though we was supposed to fix the problem it s breaking down for.

I agree with everyone who say this place is a rip off I dropped my truck the said It was fixed and I told them I don t need a forced regen they did it anyway charged me 700 after paying 800 to have towed there. Then soon as I get back to my room I call said it s doing the same thing was told to drop it back off. Dropped it same day Friday. They closed weekends I called Monday thru Friday didn t touch it was told everyday I m next in line Friday come around I catch lift truck still in same place I dropped it off Friday before. Charged me for nothing my business been scrambling to catch up every since took it to international they fix the EGR valve why they couldn t fix it instead of charging me for nothing the guys crooks

I called this Shop and was quoted One amount and they ended up charging an extremely different amount. I was told by the supervisor that everybody knows what port to port means. I tried to explain to him that not everybody does but he disagreed with me. I called at 1130 I was told it would be an hour and a 1/2 before technician got to me. Then when I called back at 1 I was told it would be another hour and a 1/2. He finally showed up at 5:30.Didn't take him long, he was quick. FastAnd efficient the technician was great at his job. The people behind the curtain. They are very questionable.So if you don't wanna get quoted different amounts I suggest you find somewhere else.

I've used a lot of different shops over the years. The ppl at Hawkeye have far exceeded my expectations. Their services feel personal and tailored to my vehicle. I have referred several people and will continue to send your way. Thanks guys for going above and beyond.

What a rip off this place came out to try to figure out what was going on with my husband s truck literally did not fix anything nothing no repairs made just to come out and not even send a quote $567. These people should be ashamed of themselves, they did not even confirm the price with us about their computer fee before they hook their computer up. I don t know how they sleep at night.

I called this HAWKEYE DIESEL REPAIR, and ask for assistances on a bucket truck, and they send a Mechanic not problem. the only bad thing it was that after the mechanic show up, he told right away that that he will not be able to fix the problem, not even look at the truck. after we talk about $149 per hour 2 hour minimum on the phone, he send me the bill for $677 dollars for doing nothing, this is unacceptable, NO HAPPY WITH THAT! SO THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME WERE USING THIS GUYS. IT'S NOT JUST TOO EXPENSIVE IS RIDICULOSE EXPENSIVE... $677 FOR COME OVER AND SAY !I CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOUUU!THE COMPANY THEY SEND ME IS (J'S ROAD SERVICE)THAT ONLY FIX TIRES AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS A BOOM TRUCK WITH HYDRALIC PROBLEMS..

2200$ for a starterThey are over pricedWe told them that it s a starter before dispatch us . And they come without one just to charge us 2 more hours . Also starter price it s 300$ at the dealer they charge as almost 900$Stay away from this guys they will rip you off ! Very bad shop

Let me start by saying thank you to Kyle and his team they saved our family.. we broke down and they were excellent with having my truck back on the road the next day to continue our journey.. I thought we would be stranded somewhere for good and they made me and my family feel safe and at home

If i can 100 stars this i would!! - they had there guys send a tech to do a diagnostics on my truck, & Pete had me back on the road in no time! Loved the service especially because i had my kids with me!
