Great Motors did a FANTASTIC job on my Mercedes C300. This company is legit when it comes to auto repair! I had a massive dent repaired and painted, and paint corrections all around the vehicle. Paint was blended perfectly and you couldn t tell where damage was. Even years later with weather exposure the work is holding up. They have a legitimate paint booth and mechanical repair shop. Any kind of vehicle you have; luxury, commuter, classic, work vehicle, trust that your vehicle will be in good hands!

I would like to say I'm a person that takes care of my vehicle, well I know the basics. However I seen my car started to overheat and I had never experienced that before! I went on Facebook and was actually looking for a mobile mechanic to come to my home. I ran across Great Motors Ad so I called, and I'm extremely happy that I did! Josh was the greatest! He set a date and time for me to come out and make sure to get me back up and running. That's exactly what he did, even though I ended up going to the location instead. Communication was superb, I was informed on everything that was going on with my car. Also they seen that my brakes also needed to be done. I appreciate there level of expertise, excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. Josh even called me a couple of days later to make certain that everything was running good. I will never forget this experience and I'm thankful. You have a loyal client forever!Renee

My first time was getting a cash car from Josh. It was an 03 Honda accord, he help me fix on the car. I decided to finance a car through him this year. He got me approved for an 2017 car. The process was very easy. It wasn t like no regular big major car lot process to where you have to sit up there all day. Josh is really good people, He s a helpful person. He sell cars and fix up cars with his crew. I ll highly recommend this person business.

Does great work very reasonable.Got breaks done on 2 different cars. Came to my home and took care of my cars.Also got a tune done on a different car took to the location and did a great job. All was done in a timely manner.

Good folks to do business with. Came to my house and replaced power steering pump and then replaced rack and pinion steering assembly. Fair pricing and David the mechanic, did not stop until it was 100 %. Highly recommend.

Went to a bunch of places for estimates and Great Motors was by far the best price. They even installed my custom ordered bumper after fixing my quarter panel. Before and after photos included. After a bump, my insurance sent my car here. The customer service is excellent; they are very friendly, quick to fix my car, and make sure it's back to its original condition. Even though I live far away from the garage, I would definitely return if I had any more issues. Strongly recommended

My car was being towed and the driver mentioned Great Motors as a place to go for an honest and thorough job, at a fair price. He was absolutely correct, my vehicle fixed at a fair price. I recommend them if these are what you want when needing your auto repaired.

Great Motors provided an exceptional service. When our BMW X5 had a suspension issue, they quickly diagnosed and resolved it at a reasonable cost, a refreshing alternative to dealership prices. We'll definitely be returning.

Exemplary service and experience. Every interaction I had was pleasant and helpful. The owner is a really nice who is honest, transparent and solution-oriented.I took my Polestar 2 here after having a terrible experience elsewhere. I originally took the car to a different body shop , which sent it to its exclusive body work partner . I was told the repair would take 6-8 weeks and didn t even get an estimate for over a month, which came back dramatically overpriced and caused a stalemate with the claims adjuster.Great Motors charged nearly half of the hourly labor rate and had my Polestar 2 done is just a few weeks. The work was perfect and is guaranteed, which is pretty remarkable considering the owner was upfront about the fact that it would be the shop s first Polestar (there aren t any Polestar Certified Collision Centers yet).So I was comfortable working with them and they absolutely exceeded expectations.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

Excellent work, but more importantly Excellent Customer Service. They kept me in the loop throughout the process. I have an older diesel truck. It was difficult to find someone to work on it. They handled everything. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I contacted these guys to have my rear brake pads and rotors replaced and they came to my office the next day and did it in a timely manner. Alex was very professional and kind. It cost me a lot less than I had been quoted at Midas and other businesses and the convenience of not having to take off work to have it done was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I have nothing but great things to say about Great Motors! Great customer service and great work. I work for one of the largest local Auto Auctions and I choose to have my car needs done at this location. I also recommend them to my family members. The owner (Josh I believe his name is) personally drives the vehicles after the work is done to make sure it s 100%. Great Experience!

The level of unprofessionalism from the owner is ASTONISHING. I brought my car to Great Motors in February for diagnostic. He told me what needed to be repaired and I paid for it to get fixed. For some reason, when I got my car back the check engine light was on it wasn t on when I first bought the car to him. From Feb. on, I started noticing issues with my car that weren t there before I got work done. I bought my car back in August and was told, upon his recommendation, that it was time to replace the engine and that s why the check engine light was on. When I dropped my car off for that repair, I was lied to several times about the day he would actually start the repair and he ended up keeping my car for over 18 days when the initial timeline was 7-10 days. After the engine replacement (and spending almost $6,000), I picked my car up and guess what came on as soon as I drove off the lot? The check engine light I let him know the check engine light came back on and he said I d have to bring it back at a later time and he would check the code. When he finally checked the code, it was for the exact same part he supposedly replaced in February He charged me almost $1,000 for a repair he never did and rather than actually diagnosing the problem when I brought the car back, he pushed me into replacing my engine for absolutely no reason. The worst part is that the problem I had before the engine replacement is STILL happening. Also I was told I would be getting a new engine put into my car just for him to tack on an additional $47 without consent and let me know AFTER THE FACT that the engine indeed had over 40,000 miles I now have to spend even more time and money taking my car to an actual LEGIT shop to get my car diagnosed and additional repairs. Please for the love of god DO NOT bring your car to this shop. They will leave your car worse than it was when you dropped it off and constantly lie and gaslight you about repairs needed and how long those repairs will take. I will NEVER come to this shop again and will also make sure none of my friends/ family do either. Please stay away from this unprofessional scam of a shop.

This shop is amazing and the work that they do is just as amazing! I had issues with my insurance company making the payment and Josh stayed on top of it and help me get the payment processed quickly so that I can have my vehicle repaired!

We took my Kia to Vanguard Kia, and had the worst experience we have ever had in all of our years. Great Motors not only diagnosed and fixed what Vanguard had messed up, He gave us the greatest customer service we have ever received. Not only was his prices reasonable, he made sure he contacted us throughout the process of completing the repair, and was straight forward and honest with us. His service was a Balm after what we had experienced. He even called the day after I picked up my car to ask me how it was running, and to see if there were any issues. Josh and his wife are Awesome! Josh is an excellent person to deal with he understands the problems with insurance Co. And will take good care of your claim make sure you get what you need I'm sorry I don't have pictures of my truck before but I've got one now he did a fantastic job on mine I hope this help your decision on who to take your vehicle to

I would definitely recommend this place because when my husband s car need an engine swap we went to them I told them what was going on and they told me the price after getting towed to the shop it did take a little bit but we were being very patient with them I m glad to say we go the car back with a new engine and motor mounts as well and it runs smoothly like there was never any problems with it.
