I just got my vehicle serviced today at the Mansfield, Texas location. My vehicle is a 2017 Genesis G80 and I had wanted my brake pads replaced. I was quoted an astonishing $830! The employee told me it would cover the front brake pads, new rotors, and labor. I've known other locations like Christian Brothers Auto that does their brake pad and rotor replacement at less than $300 per axle! I've been a longstanding customer for Firestone for years and I even purchased the lifetime wheel alignment. I constantly get my oil changes, etc. I have yet to receive a itemized list of what cost me over $830. Other places would cost this much for both axles so if I only paid for one, shame on me for not asking more questions. I'm leaving 2 stars due to the professionalism of the front desk staff. Very courteous and respectful.

My husband and I no longer recommend Mansfield Firestone to anyone willing to pay for quality work and service. Our Toyota Tundra was brought in for repair of the catalytic converter which had been replaced by Firestone less than 1 year and 6 months prior. We were told it was the catalytic converter and that the warranty had expired. We paid 4000.00 for the repair and within 1day of driving the truck, we had to return because the truck was still not running properly. Jason the manager assured us that he would take care of the truck personally. He told us how we were good customers and that he valued our business. After 2 days of no communication, my husband called and was told it would be $600 additional dollars for something else they didn t find during the diagnostic. Jason became condescending and we will not return to Firestone in the future. As long-time customers, they do not stand by their work or products. We can no longer patronize a company that no longer has integrity or customer satisfaction.

Got a vehicle serviced here, and they did a great job. They have a very nice waiting area, and maybe someday they will get an outside seating area, so on a beautiful day, you could sit outside.. SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!!

I'm here from Florida had a nail in my tire they just wanted me to buy a new one. I took it to another shop they took the nail out that wasn't even all the way in my tire or losing air!!! With a appointment I waited over a hour for 2 minutes of work telling me there's nothing they can do. I also have a brand new suv so the tires were excellent! Also when I was there two other customers were complaining of the wait and poor service.

Very poor Customer Service. I was charged for an unnecessary oil change. I went in for a brake inspection and oil check (oil light on). When I asked if the oil change was needed? I was told my oil was a just little low. Why didn't anyone take the time to tell me this, so they can take advantage of a sale. I should have read their reviews first. I now see why they are a 3.5 rating. A new management is needed to restore trust.

I won t go here ever again & I highly suggest no one does. If I could give them no stars I would. Went to have a wheel bearing installed & got my car back in worse condition then when I it dropped off. It was installed completely wrong, the service is terrible & they have an attitude when you ask them to correct their errors. I ended up going somewhere else. Easily the worst car repair experience I ve ever had!!

We used them so much due to having multiple company vehicles but it s one thing after another. We took two cars for alignment but still feel and look the same. One of our vehicles was left without engine oil (how does that happen?). Many times they ve left our oil filters loose. Many, many things.

I took my daughter's car in to get a alignment because I purchased the 12 month warranty and wanted to get it checked before the warranty ran out.Also the tire light is on and asked them to check the TPMS sensors while it was in there.After about 2 hours I received a call telling me it needs a camber kit for $104 because the driver tire is right on the edge and cannot be adjusted any more. I said what about the TPMS sensors? I was told it needed all 4 replaced. 2 were bad and 2 had a dead battery and batteries are not replaceable. How much for them I said? $480 dollars. No thanks just do the alignment.Well I stopped at discount tire on my way home because they have a tested to check all 4 TPMS sensors. $68 a tire at discountOnly 1 out of 4 was bad the rest tested fine.What a joke Firestone, overcharging by more than $400Get a 2nd opinion unless you don't mind paying for parts you don't need.

I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait since it was after 4:30pm and I didn't make an appointment. Once I walked in I was taken care of immediately. And I kid you not, I might have waited a total of 20 min or less for the entire appointment.. From the time I checked in to the time I drove off, it was so fast! I greatly appreciated the care taken with my car as well as the efficiency of my unscheduled appointment. I have already recommended this location to my family.

I ve been getting my State inspection here for a couple of years now. Quick professional service. I appreciate that they respect their estimated timeline. Usually in and out in less than 45 minutes. Staff is also quite friendly and professional as well.

Brought my car in for oil repair leaks. They said it had lots of problems No one ever says that right . Anyway I spent lots of money on the car and do not offer savings after I asked for help thought maybe knocking off a certain amount spent on repairs. Less than 48 hours it s leaking oil that SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN mechanic made great money on the repairs. My guess is communication isn t very good bc the mechanic that did the work did not mention to the service desk that he stripped out a bolt on the valve cover going into the block that s where it leaks. Now I have to take my car back to them for the repair because it s under warranty. But doing that is always a problem because you re without a car for two or three days and it s very inconvenient..

Paul & the team have earned my trust, not only for tires, batteries, and oil changes, but also for alignment, replacing shocks and front end parts, as well as troubleshooting when the engine light comes on. All around great service.

I am very unhappy with this store they messed up and put the wrong antifreeze in my PT cruiser cost me $6000 to rebuild the engine. The chrysler dealer told me this.I had a bad experience a few months ago where they put two wheel locks on one wheel of my Wife s car and when I asked him to simply put one on each wheel they said I didn t have wheel locks on there. their mechanic lost the key to the wheel locks. The big African-American guy is the one who said I didn t have them .Very rude. I have been a member of firestonesince 1980 but I do not recommend this particular store in mansfield.

Let me simply say this i paid you 130.00 for a new tire and still had to take it across the freeway to discount tires to have the tires rotated , for free mind you, much better service . When i contacted your store to ask them why they didnt rotate the tires you had no ansewer other than you didnt have time . Very poor service . Wont return

DO NOT GO Here!!!! They will lie straight to your face and then charge you for a vault that they caused. Worst firestone i have ever been too! I will never use them for anything ever again nor will my family/ friends.

The service at the Mansfield location is awful. I have given them multiple chances and it is still a disappointment every time. The guy in the front is lazy, rude and sits in the same spot all day. The workers are rude, do not care to listen and are not willing to accommodate you in anyway. Do not waste your time coming to this location.

Made an appointment and took my vehicle in because my driver side window went down and would not come back up. They had it diagnosed within 20 min of being there and within two hours it was fixed. Every one was kind, professional and the shop was clean. I will definitely be going back for anymore automotive issues that I have in the future and would recommend this location specifically to anyone I know that needs repairs.Service: Electrical

First time we came for service, and we will never come back. They lied since day one. Told us to bring the car on Tuesday, because they were getting the part on Monday. It was going to take 2 days to be ready. Called on Thursday and they haven't even stated, no parts received yet. "Oh, there are cars ahead of yours". took them 9 days to fix it. Unacceptable. Don't bring your car here.

Got a lifetime alignment plan from them. First 2 alignment were great. They did it to the specs I asked for. Called today to see if I can do get me in for the same alignment. First person told me yes, I get there and speek with another gentleman. Pulled up my account and told me they couldn't do it due to safety reasons. Well if you didn't care for my safety the first two times, what's changed now. I knew i was going to get pushed away by the look he had in his eyes . Guess that's why he's in the front and not working on cars. And even then he was rude about it. Need to get that attitude and eyes checked because this is not what a paying customer should feel.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Where do I start?? Jason -who I believe is the store manager is RUDE, and quite matter of fact. I had my car towed there and he scared me half to death by telling me he didn t see it in the lot when I called to follow up. So I drive up there to see my car in the lot as AAA promised me. After I drive up there they tell me that they are not sure when they ll be able to get to my car. I immediately called the location on Cooper and Brian was very helpful and even begun the process of ordering the part on my car. I WILL NEVER go back to the Mansfield location AGAIN. Jason is always rude EVERY TIME I have had to bring my car to Firestone in Mansfield. Folks avoid this place. They are always trying to hustle you and rude.

I am definitely not satisfied with the customer service that I received. I was not informed after my battery was changed that my instrument panel was out. That should have been something that was thoroughly checked and information that is provided to the customer especially if you would like to keep me as a customer and a Firestone card holder. At this point I will be closing my account because I don't trust Firestone to fix my vehicle properly or inform me of any issues after any given service. I have a daughter that I transport daily in this vehicle and this was a huge issue that needed to be discussed prior to me leaving the location so that I could have made an informed decision. I moved to this area 3 years ago, I had been satisfied until this week. I took car in on Monday, I was told it would be read on Tuesday, today is Friday and they have not started on it. I was told they only have q person that's qualified to do what I needed done, he was off on Wednesday, I called Thursday I was assured it would be ready by Friday, I just called, and to my surprise, they still has not started working on it, so needless to say I'm going to go pick it up and fine another shop. So dissatisfied.

Like others have said, not sure why this Firestone takes so long to complete simple tasks. I drive a fleet vehicle so i thought maybe they were blowing me off personally, but like the reviews say, this happens to plenty of other people. It should not require an overnight stay for an oil change. This shop is super close to my home and I d really like it to be better but something needs to change here. The front office staff are also not super pleasant. They aren t rude or anything, just not super helpful.I will often go to the location on South cooper instead. They work circles around this location.

My appointment for an alignment was on a Saturday at 9am. By 1100am, they still had not touched my car. When I spoke with the manager, Paul Scott, about the poor customer service, he explained that the service they provide is not like 7-Eleven and used the words "he didn't care" about appointment times and receiving a poor review. You would think that his boss would care about poor reviews, but may they don't either. Too bad, as this Firestone used to have consistent quality service.Service: Wheel alignment

Every time I decide to give this Firestone a chance, something happens to make me never want to go back.The last time I had an oil change scheduled, Firestone had my car for over 4 hours and the oil hadn't been changed when I went to pick it up. I took it to Valvoline, and was in and out in about 15 minutes.I scheduled an alignment, the morning of the alignment, Firestone called me to reschedule because "their machine broke". Reluctantly, I reschedule for the following week. Again, the following week they called to reschedule. By that time I was Out of time, I needed the alignment done. They told me to call Mansfield Firestone. I did. The guy in Mansfield told me they shouldn't have scheduled an alignment for me in the first place because my Lexus should only be taken to the dealership for alignments because Firestone could mess up the cameras . I ended up taking it to Sewell Lexus Dallas on Lemmon Ave.

I made an appointment yesterday for 10 am today. Just called 4 hours later and she said they hope to get to it in the next hour just to assess what work needs to be done! This is a work vehicle that I need to make a living. What's the point of making an appointment I'd they aren't going to get to it until 5 hours later?? This place is terrible and it's not the first time I've had issues with them. I just go there out of convenience but I won't ever again!!

CUSTOMER FRUAD DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!Made an appointment today to have an oil change and a state inspection done on my truck. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told it was gonna take AN HOUR to have it done and was offered to leave and I would get a call when the truck was done. After an hour I received a phone call to and was told my vehicle would fail the inspection due my license plate light not working. they offered to replace the bulbs but i declined ( not gonna pay 20 plus dollars to replace a $5 bulb). i picked up my truck and went straight to Auto Zone to get replacements bulbs. the Auto Zone tech put in the new bulbs and the lights were still not working. we looked under the hood and the cover to my fuse box was opened ( which is not part of an inspection process). after making sure no fuse was missing or blown, the Auto Zone looked at the wiring harness and noticed the grounding wires had been disconnected. After grounding them out the original lights worked just fine. I immediately went back to firestone and asked to speak to the manager . Mr. PAUL SCOTT from the fort worth location who was the "Manager" immediately denied any wrong doing and said that there is no way the fuse box would be messed with and even denied the ground was disconnected!!! After he realized i know more that the average customer and he was caught in this fraud attempt he said he would have tech re attach the ground and he would re-work my inspection paperwork and pass the vehicle. all while some of the technicians were laughing and stating "WELL WE DIDNT FOOL THIS ONE" AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!
