I used Coach Specialists due to the reviews and there ability to start work on the repair sooner than later. I hit a stone mailbox with my motor home (accidents happen). Andy was my service advisor and he was very good in his communication about what needed to be done. They do great follow up and go out of their way to make you happy. If there are details that you're unhappy with, they try to make them right ! They work great with my Good Sam Insurance, I had no issues. Excellent work! Matthew and Jake make a great team. Matthew kept me up to speed on what was happening with our motorhome. The fix was better than factory. Jake has skills and knowledge to find the "WHY" it happened in the first place. We will not go anywhere else to have our motorhome maintained. This company is truly customer first and stand by their work! Job well done.

Coach Specialists of Texas went above and beyond on our claim. They were timely and communicated the whole time. We picked up our RV and everything was perfect. Andy was great to work with and Dusty even helped expedite our repair to have it done in time for festival season. I highly recommend their team and expertise. Can t say how much I appreciate the help of Andy Reichel. I had an accident with my RV and Andy was thorough, honest, and competent in handling the claim. The facilities here are beautiful and I would recommend anybody that is handling a stressful RV claim to leave it to Coach Specialists, to avoid not having things done right by an inferior repair shop or insurance adjuster.

Coach Specialists was outstanding as they repaired our motorhome after hail damage. Jeremy was awesome - providing us frequent updates, lots of information and guidance throughout the process. We have had to have hail damage repaired on our motorhome before, and the experience was nothing like this. Jeremy and Coach Specialists did the job right, cared about the quality of the work and were ready and willing to make it right if there were any issues (which there weren't), and they made it all as easy and painless as possible. They did a great job replacing my black tank and wheel well after 2 of my tires exploded on a trip. It took a long time for them to get parts, which seems normal for everyone these days. Jeremy was great and kept me updated. I will definitely use them again.

Need a professional Motor Coach repair shop? Look no further This company demonstrated true professionalism when they completed a major repair to our Motor coach from a front left blow out. What I thought to be unrepairable was absolutely nothing to these guys. The coach came out better than it ever was. They kept me updated and informed during the whole repair process. In addition, I ve used them for other services such as AC and Tire service This is truly a One Stop Shop for all you motorhome needs

On December 9, 2022 we took or 2015 Fleetwood Expedition here to get a new roof after storm damage happened in Austin. The reviews were good and the shop was big and handled this type of damage regularly.Long story short, it took 6 months (till June 21, 2023) mainly because of the insurance company and supply chain issues to get replacement parts. During this process, communication with us was not always handled efficiently.On pick up, our assigned service rep was out sick. The available employee appeared as though I was bothering him but eventually pulled together enough information to get my keys and settle the bill. He went out to move our vehicle up but came back and said the keys wouldn't work. He handed us the keys and said I am sure you can get it to work. He was headed to the wrong RV and I pointed to ours. He basically left us with the vehicle and left.We had extensive work done on the roof, AC, Leveling system, paint, and slide out. About $30,000 in repairs and they just hand you the keys. He didn't even offer to walk us through the repairs that were made.We made reservations at an rv park just 6 miles away so that we could look the vehicle over and get it ready for the road. We didn't make it 3 miles before it broke down. They were not even willing to ride over and provide any assistance to us. We were over 1000 miles from home and I thought they would have at least some relationships in the area that could have helped get us on the road.When we finally got to look at our vehicle it was discovered that several things were left uncomplete. Our leveling system wasn't working correct, the pad was not installed, the windshield wipers were laying in the generator bay and the slide was not properly locked. After getting the rv hooked up to services, we found water leaks and broken connectors. These were in the area where they did winterization services for us.I have rated 2 stars because management listened and did stand behind their work. They fixed the items after getting the RV back to them and gave a discount for the work they should have done better. The leaks were not found until later.

I have used Coach Specialists on several occasions and have been satisfied each time with the work and customer service. I have had my roof replaced, hail damage repaired, and body work done. I can highly recommend Coach Specialists.

Excellent service and one of the best service managers that I've ever dealt with in any business! Needed fiberglass repair that my original RV dealer couldn't provide but luckily they pointed me to Coach Specialists. Was able to drop it off at their Plano shop which transported it to Mansfield for the actual repair. David Matthews (not to be confused with Dave Matthews which someone my age immediately thinks of) stayed on top of the repair and provided some of the most informative and personal correspondence I've ever had from a repair service shop of any type. Will definitely be returning if/when I need more repairs on my fifth wheel!Service: Body & Trim

Our vehicle went here due to an accident caused by a reckless driver and we are so grateful to coach specialist of Texas in Mansfield Texas . They went over and beyond what we expected. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, hard working professionals and funny! Lol. I especially loved that they kept us updated with what they were doing with our vehicle and documentations . We couldn't be more happier with the results our vehicle. It was returned to us looking brand spanking new and not even able to tell that it was in an accident. Anytime we need any kind of work like this done in the future ( hopefully that won't happen again), this is where we will bring our vehicle. Andy Reichel was awesome, from being to end. Our fifth wheel needed bodywork done from an accident, and we knew it was gonna be in the shop for a extended period of time due to the material shortage, but Andy contact us every week to update us on the status. I always knew it was good news if I got that status update call on earlier in the week instead of our normal Friday call.If you re looking for a good place to have RV repairs done for The Coachman Specialist is your place and Andy is your guy. Coach Specialist repaired a severely damaged fiberglass front cap and bedroom closet on our full body painted 2019 Landmark fifth-wheel after it was backed into by a waste management truck. The repair colors, painted graphics, and all contours are perfect. They performed the work in a timely fashion and kept us informed of the status of the work. They were very professional and friendly. I hope we never have any more damage but we will use them again if it becomes necessary!Service: Body & Trim

Was extremely happy with the work that was performed on our fifth wheel trailer after it was hit. Andy did a great job keeping us informed every week, I never had to call to get an update. Would recommend for anyone looking to have paint and body damage repaired.

Got my vehicle repaired here after an auto incident, and couldn t be more pleased with the service I experienced. Jeremy was an excellent service advisor along with Joe, they kept me in the loop and checked in with me very frequently to keep me updated with the progress. 10 out of 10. It s never fun to have repair work done, but Matt did SUCH an awesome job at updating me every step of the way. The work is stellar, but the customer service is what REALLY wowed me! Will definitely recommend to my RV friends in the metroplex!

Shout out to Jeremy and his team for an outstanding job getting us up and running. We limped into their facility with a broken spring hanger. They accelerated the repairs due to our predicament. Our suspension system is solid now. They even let us stay in our trailer knowing we had our dogs with us. And can you believe the bill was less than the estimate!!! Thanks to everyone who helped us get on the road again!
