Where do I even begin....After bringing my car to this establishment, I am now driving around with a car that got additional damage to when I first brought the car in. When I noticed the damage I contacted them and they told me they would make it right. The only issue was that it is the end of month and their workload is fairly high. I understood because they already had my car for over a month and I just wanted everything to be fixed and never go back. From the date I am posting this, it is the middle of the month and I have yet to hear from them.. Hence this review.The encounter I have had with this collision center was nothing but short of a disaster. I brought in my car for what should have been a straightforward repair with minimal damage, and the entire process turned into an absurdly prolonged process.The frustration I have had with this collision center reached new heights when I had to take multiple days off work in order to come and collect my vehicle after a very long time, after changing my pick up time two times and getting told the day off pickup that it would not be ready. The timeframe for fixing such minimal damage was prolonged and extremally inconvenient. The person who was working with me (Thomas), he tried his best but his communication towards the end was not the best at all. The lack of consideration towards their my time and my vehicle is truly disheartening.In an era where customer service should be a priority, this Caliber Collision is not up to par. Don't get me wrong, other Caliber Collisions may be different and I am only speaking about this particular one. I would strongly encourage others to explore different locations. Its disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and commitment to my satisfaction in which should be a straightforward repair.

UPDATED REVIEW: My car was completed sooner than I thought. Great customer service from the service desk to the Check-in process. They were extremely professional and prompt! I would recommend them to anyone. I was so happy to receive daily updates about my car with status. They let me know every step of the way where they were at with my car. The whole process was so easy and painless.

My car was involved in a fender bender. Progressive insurance handled the claim and asked we go to Caliber Collision. They were great! They handled the claim, answered our questions about the process, and did a fantastic stress free repair of the car. I highly recommend them. ( We were there before for a high tech replacement of a windshield for my husband. They did a great job then , as well )

If you want perfect and top notch service with peace of mind. Caliber Collision is the place to go. My Mercedes was involved in an accident, I brought it in, and came back for it. It was completely new. The work was perfect, I mean, as if nothing haf happened to the car. What i love the most is the firefly, kindness and the professionalism of the customer care. Kori Sutton and team at Caliber Colision Mansfield TX, Chapeau!!! You guys know your stuff.

Truly a disappointing experience. On 7/30/2021 I was involved in a hit and run. The driver ran away and the officer decided not to write down the company owner of the 18-wheeler that hit me. It took until 9/2/2021 before my car was picked up and taken to the shop. I was advised Caliber Collision was one of the best. However, they sent me a message saying it will be ready on 10/5. The day before it was ready for pickup it was postponed. In the end it was postponed 8x prior to be ready for pickup.Since picking up my car, I found there was no oil in my engine. 2 months prior to the accident I had it changed. Now my check engine light is on. I know they had to recalibrate and touch the wiring so explain to me why the wiring is all exposed in my car? Shouldn't that have been put back together?They had more than ample amount of time to fix all this and more.The damage was mostly body and glass. But wiring had to be done as advised by their service/maintenance manager Brent (don't know his real title).Utterly disappointed and disgusted. Although the outside does look nice in comparison to what it was before. I wonder how much more internal things I will find that wasn't there before they messed with it.... sigh

I needed my truck door fix and Caliber did an excellent job on it. There was periodic updates and the customer service was also awesome

This repair shop has courteous staff and excellent repair techs to take you through the repair process of your vehicle . I hope to not have to use them again for car repairs but if I need repairs I would not hesitate to bring my car back again. Thank you Caliber Collision for first rate customer service and repair technician s for your help.

Don t go here. Poor customer service. Horrible repair work and damage to the car upon return that wasn t there when I dropped it off. Go somewhere else. And even after responded to their review/email I have had no response or help.

We dropped our car off for extensive hail damage repairs and got the car back in two weeks. To say we were surprised at how quickly we got it back looking sharp is an understatement. Great work and professional. Highly recommended

Don t take your vehicles here to be fixed. Took a long time to get our vehicle back. They didn t care for our property, our vehicle was carelessly hit again while being parked in the their parking lot. Then when my wife asked to be shown the damage Chris Hartwell the Service Advisor. Vaguely swirled his hand over in that area and wouldn t be honest with my wife. I started to inspect the vehicle at home and they have left the Panels not properly put back in. The rear of the vehicle both corners have the paint chipped off the corners. No care was taken for our vehicle and damaged further while there. I will never use Caliber Collision again.

This shop was amazing! Korey at the front desk was beyond helpful in answering all of my million questions. It was my first time working with insurance and a shop by myself and she broke all the information down for me and was so very kind while doing it! I cannot remember the name of the tech that worked on my car, but he was also amazing. My car was ready before the estimated time and it was clean! My new Jeep got hit & ran and he even gave me my first duck to match my pink accents! It sounds cheesy, but it shows he truly cared about his customer and I was so excited. The shop is located right next to an Enterprise which made it so easy to drop of the car by myself, since I didn t need a ride anywhere else! I absolutely recommend this shop!!

Scheduled insurance repairs through GEICO. The appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance. However, when I showed up for my appointment, I was not on the schedule and had to reschedule with another body shop. The problem doesn't appear to be on GEICO's end. I had a confirmation email and verified the appointment through GEICO a few days prior.

Caliber in Mansfield is the best! I ve been there twice (not great to be a frequent flyer at a repair place but that s okay) and Gerardo is so nice and does a great job. The check in process is easy and everyone who works there is so kind. They even have a little spot to make some coffee while you wait! Wonderful place with wonderful staff. Hopefully I won t need to go back anytime soon but if I do, I know my car is in good hands. -Deanna

Fantastic job by Chris and his teammates they had my car looking brand new after all the terrible damages it had received. It was certainly a relief seeing things done properly. I ve had body work done at this location twice. Both times the service and communication was extremely good. The work completed on my BMW was even better. Chris was absolutely amazing! Stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process, with updates, parts coming in etc . He even went the extra mile to go get parts directly from vendors just so I would have my car ready on time!
