Went to Big Dragon for a Texas state inspection and got into the inspection bay fairly quickly. Inspection completed and changed fuel filter. Really love Denny and his crew for the work they do. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is good with your vehicle!

I bought a diesel truck from a company down the road from Big Dragon. I'm out of state so I called Big Dragon to see if they would look it over for me to make sure I wasn't getting a bad deal. Denny was super easy to work with and took great care of me. If I didn't live 1000 miles away I would be using them for all my mechanical needs. These guys are outstanding! There is a reason they have such a high rating here on Google.

Good evening I went to Big Dragon for an oil change and got much much more, it was well worth it. They do excellent work Danny is a very nice man I will never take my Commercial Truck anywhere else. This is the only one stop shop for me.

Top notch service. I have used them for regular preventive maintenance and for repairs requiring diagnostics (plug in the computer) for the past 3 years. Kevin and Roy are superb mechanics and never cutting corners when it comes to safety. Kevin is always spot on the diagnostics. Roy s inspections and work is always above and beyond. If they hear an air leak they will let you know and fix it on the spot. I just had a level 1 inspection out in Mo focusing on the break system of truck and trailer. After an hour I passed. Thank you for the hard work.

Had some minor welding repairs done ,While I was cashing out ,they noticed my 5th wheel needed some grease and took care of it . Super nice people !!! Thank y'allVery much .Great customer service and excellent work.

The owner of Big dragon is a cool, legit, down to earth individual. They work fast and are friendly.I overheard him talking and also I had a chance to speak with him also.His shop is well kept, clean, organized, and busy. (F.Y.I. the company I work for was getting my big rig truck repaired here)I would recommend this shop to anyone.

The customer service was excellent at this location. I was greeted by the owner and was given a great deal on some used tires. They also replaced an airbag. Then filled my washer fluid for free. I prefer to do business where I get to meet the owner, and the owner works as hard as everyone else. This will be my tire spot in Texas from this day forward.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Thank you Big Dragon! You saved my day and probably my job! :-) I had actually called 3 other repair shops and their main concern was closing down their offices at the end of a busy day ( and I'm not blaming them ). 1st you helped me over the phone to get to your location and then got me back on the road and running as if I hadn't even missed a beat. I was able to still pick up my load and will still make delivery on time. Cant say thank you enough. Thank you thank you thank you!! Hail to the Redskins... but you Cowboy fans earned my respect and gratitude today." God, you showed me again today we still have good people here. Very friendly and absolutely professional service . The owner Denny will bend over backwards to make sure he takes care of his customers in all ways possible. I have had numerous of our trucks repaired and maintenance done at Big Dragon as well as my personal vehicles. Dennys and his team of techs are very professional, have an eye for detail and a passion for fixing trucks! 3 axle Hunter alignments that are done right. They shoot straight and do a great job while respecting your time.If you are in the Dallas, Ft. Worth, or Mansfield Texas area give this shop a visit for commercial truck alignments. They are fair and honest!

Excellent shop. Easy to get in and out. Roy diagnosed the problem with my trailer, replaced the parts and had me rolling within an hour. I highly recommend Denny to every owner operator, small carrier in DFW that is tired of the hurry up and wait at Utility and Great Dane. Definitely earned a repeat customer.

My back door cable came off track and I needed it fixed immediately. I called several places that were closed or couldn't fix it until Monday. They were the only ones that were willing to come out and fix it. The service tech that came out was very informative and just a very good and honest guy ( funny too ). And the owner was very nice over the phone as well. I'm a Pastor and I will definitely be doing business with these guys for the long haul !!!!!!

The truck derated on the driver at 08:30 10 miles away. By 10:30 they had a forced re-gen done so the driver could come home. Outstanding service and very reasonable rates. We are in the area a lot and if we are having issues this shop will be our first call.
