Owner pulled the Spanish card out when I told him he sold me an old tire. The date is on the tire. I told him I wanted another tire on the passenger side and was going to pay for it. I wasn't returning the tire. However, his demeanor changed and he began speaking spanish with the others around, but I understood the spanish. Now he says to me, "Its not my tire, it's your car, I don't have this tire size." I'm the owner, I know what I have here." He was rude and kept saying he's the owner as if he was entitled to do whatever he wants....Go ELSEWHERE...Poor Customer Service!!

I was there for my oil change and Kwame called my attention to my rear tires being almost worn out and even advised me to change them next door. In all, he was courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable about cars. I will definitely be coming back to his shop for all my car needs and even refer friends & families to him.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worse experience, been there 4times with appointment, couldn't get an oil change! Time waster. What they said is not what they done. Do and deed with no integrity. Even get dirty your car when he in and out yours with changing your multimedia setting unnecessary. Somehow the attitudeand service It is shaddy like the place. Do not recommended.

Such a rip off and unprofessional do not go. Stereotypical toxic male shop environment, mechanic, and dealer that is unhelpful, lying, and stealing from the customer. The shop owner lied to me multiple times and took cost for diagnosis of $65, when he still kept missing needed repairs both simple and crucial . It was because of my diligence, not his that they were caught before I left . He first said $260 then he said $336 for the same issues, and blamed it on my misunderstanding when I caught him in multiple lies. He proceeded to yell at me because I am a female and took advantage of my time, effort, and money because I was questioning his mistakes and willful negligence . He legit was yelling at me and I had to remind him who he was talking to . That I am a customer and he is providing me a service not a favor . I watched him lie multiple times and these are your stereotypical toxic male car shops. They aren t worth the visit. Peace.Service: Auto brake repair

We have taken our car to this shop for almost 2 years now. We use them for almost all of our repairs / routine maintenance and have never had any issues. Don't let these people rip you off when you're trying to get an inspection. I brought my car up there to get inspected and the guy told me my window tint is too dark. He said the legal limit is 25% but my tint is 22%. They don't even make tint at that percentage lol. He then said that I had the legal limit put on, but it got darker over the years. I told him he didn't know what he was talking about and I went right down the street and got my inspection done within 5 minutes. Don't let them lie to you and try to upcharge you.

Very professional shop. My son's car was barely running and would not pass inspection. They suggested a tune up, one of the coil packs was bad. They did the job quickly and now it runs better than ever. Passed inspection today. Great job.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

My Husband took his car here to get inspected yesterday and the individual working said that they didn t have parts needed to do inspection so to come back first thing today. He arrives today and they don t have the equipment needed to do inspection. Don t go here because it will be a waste of your time because they won t be able to do anything for you. How can your title be an inspection shop and you don t have the equipment. If I could put 0 stars I would.
