I wanted to take a minute to review my experience working with Riata Ford on the purchase of my 2023 F150 Lightning Lariat ER truck.I started this process with an internet inquiry, and was quickly contacted by Edgar Cruz who became my salesman. I explained exactly what I was looking for and he stated he had that in stock. I made an appointment a couple of days later and met with him at the dealership. After a short test drive I was sold on the truck. Edgar was great with answering my truck related questions. I was trading in two vehicles and the trade values were the make it or break it aspect of this deal for me. Enter Mr. Mike Jones the sales manager. Mike was not your typical showroom sales manager. He was very personable and went to work on my deal. Mike offered me exactly what I needed for my trades and although I came to the dealership with great financing in hand. He personally contacted Ford Credit by phone and was able to secure a better financing rate for me than I came in with.There did end up being a small glitch in my paperwork that was discovered a couple weeks after purchasing the deal and again Mike Jones went above and beyond my expectations in making the situation right to ensure my overall satisfaction as his customer. This overall purchase experience, time at the dealership attention to my satisfaction was the best I have ever had. From test drive to drive away was about 2.5 hours.Do yourself a favor and visit these folks at Riata Ford in Manor Texas for your next vehicle purchase and you won t be disappointed. On April 1st, I had the opportunity to purchase a used, 2020 Ford Explorer from Riata Ford in Manor TX. The experiance was outstanding. No pressure at all in the purchase or on delivery of the vehicle. I received what I feel was a reasonable amount for my trade in vehicle, again with no pressure. I have to credit my salesperson "Kay" She was great. Personable and knowledgeable on her product. I also need to commend the rest of the staff I dealt with. Too many names to remember but all were very professional, and did I say no pressure? So, kudos to Riata Ford and Kay. I will definitely purchase from them again and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle.

We loved this dealership because you won't even walk in without someone meeting to greet you! How nice of them! We visited several Ford dealerships in the area; they are hands down the friendliest and most personable. We felt right at home and purchased a Ford here. Finance is usually the car buying part I dislike the most due to their tendency to fear-monger and push useless add-ons, which is their job, but they weren't so bad here either. I would recommend Riata Ford.

As I always do before venturing off to spend my hard earn money, I read reviews. I read through the reviews of this service department before I took my truck in for service. Being new to the area I had a hard time finding a good place to take my truck. As I called around checking on availability I was shocked with what I found. Riata was not my first pick due to some of the reviews I read. But after my experience with Aaron, I am so happy I found Riata. When I pulled up I was greeted promptly by a bearded gentleman who I think was the manager, he greeted me with a smile and didn t ask me if I had an appointment(like everyone else does), he simply welcomed me asked how he could assist me. Once I went through my concerns he took me straight in to Aaron where he took all of my information. He was very attentive to all of my concerns and gave me some timeframes of my repairs. Aaron communicated throughout the process and kept me in the loop the whole time. He gave me a quote on my repairs and within the timeframes he had initially quoted me. The repairs were completed correctly and at a fair price as I called around after my quote to check prices since I m new to the area. Thank you to the service team for taking care of my truck!

Riata Ford Manor is by far the best dealership I have ever been to and I had the best car buying experience EVER!!! I walked into the dealership after being highly disappointed by another dealership. General Manager Gary Brophy invited me into his office and started to work with me within my budget. He was amazing!!!! We talked about family and he understood how important purchasing this vehicle for my daughter would be. He had me work with Gianni and Jeff Ledesma to finalize the deal. I walked out an hour later with my daughter's first car. I will be forever grateful for these three gentlemen and their professionalism. No hidden fees, no high pressure sales tactics, just making sure they worked with me in a positive manner. A+ dealership.

Riata Ford was pretty fantastic. I worked with Brianna T. I had inquired about a couple of vehicles and they had them ready when I showed up. They were friendly, but not pushy. They were transparent and honest. They did not waste my time. It was a pleasant experience. When in finance, Jeff L. was great. After chatting, I found out he attended the university in my home town so we reminisced about restaurants and people we knew. It was a fantastic experience. I ended up with a red Ford Edge and she is beautiful! Thank you. I highly recommend Riata Ford.

626 days, 1 year, 8 months, 19 daysMy New 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid was delivered yesterday; it is truly an impressive small truck (see pics) Lux and BAP package on Carbonized Gray is a great contrast color combination. Has Ford rollup hard Tonneau cover, Copilot 360 and Assist, Splashguards, Moonroof, SIBL with rubber bed Mat. Definitely worth the wait, but I hopefully never go through that order and waiting process again.The dealer experience was very good, Riata Ford in Manor Texas (Austin suburb). I went through a couple sales consultants, but Joshua Esparza, Amanda VanZandt and the Finance Manager; Tony Nguyen went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery. No pressure, no Market adjustments and no dealer add-ons or unjustified fees. MSRP with Ford Private Offer for 22MY transition order was applied. I would definitely purchase another Ford from Riata Ford in Manor, Texas.

I m leaving this review on behalf of my husband Jimmie Robertson, we went to a local CAR LOT and had the worst experience ever!!!! We traded in a vehicle and never received a working vehicle! It was so bad we had to get our money back because they SOLD our vehicle! Well, we met Michael, told him our story and he guided us on what to do the entire step. I got all my money back after they tried to give me 1k less. Michael found us another car, beautiful with low miles might I add! I ve already referred him to 2 other people. The process was quick and easy. I WILL ALWAYS GO TO A DEALERSHIP, AND TO RIATA FORD! Thank you Michael, the other people were true nightmares.

Me and the wife needed to purchase a used vehicle that was more fuel efficient than our current vehicle. We found a 2021 Altima SV for a killer deal. The ENTIRE staff was very friendly and inviting! Our sales person Brianna was amazing. Super cool and easy to talk to. The finance manager on duty was top notch! He helped us not only fit the vehicle into our budget but also got us a 4 year / 48k mile warranty included into that budget! I couldn t have asked for a better team to have helped serve my vehicle needs. Thanks Riata Ford!

At the writing of this review I must say I am at the moment giving Riata the opportunity to correct my issue. One week ago I went specifically to Riata to look at a car my financial institution approved me for. I test drove the car and was pleased. This was Saturday Feb. 3. On Monday February 5 I got a text saying someone else was interested. I gladly choose to say if someone else bought it, ok. Later that day I got a text saying their financing fell through and was I still interested. Yes. I filled out the dealer application so they could shop better rates. As a part of that application I was told the car would be held for me. I spent the week on the phone with my lender and insurance getting all the paperwork on my end finalized. I made an appointment for Friday but arrived too late to sign on Friday. Made a new appointment on Saturday. I arrived and was glad handed and made to believe it was going to be a great day. Before I wanted to sign I asked to see the vehicle. About 20 minutes later I am told they sold my car yesterday. My salesperson said later that my chances were slim without having signed anything. I responded with I believed that car was being held while the paperwork was arranged. Whatever the case maybe I have to say be very cautious about walking away believing they are looking out for you. They are looking out for whoever will give money first. I work in HVAC and don t have but one weekend day to sit down and spend hours somewhere. I did what I thought I needed to from home and paid the price for it with disappointment and letdown.

Nick Avila at Riata Ford makes the car buying process a breeze! As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Nick made sure to answer all of them thoroughly. He was super informative, patient, and kind throughout the whole process, and I ended up buying a great car that I really love. I took my car because the transmission light came on so I took my car in to get it looked at. I was told they would have to keep it for 3 days before they could look at it to determine what was wrong since the light went back off. 3 days turned into 5-6 days which was no problem for them because I made the mistake of renting a car from the dealership too. On day 4, I believe they called to say they could not get a reading from the machine due to internet issues. They themselves said they drove the car and the light didn t come back on. The advisor called me back and said they could not find anything thing and asked if he could drive it home to test it and he also said it drives fine and that the light did not come on. However my vehicle health report showed that the light did come back on when they had it. I asked that they go ahead and do the mileage maintenance. The advisor said that he would not charge for hooking the vehicle up to the machine but proceeded to charge me separately for each thing they did instead of charging as a bundle under the works packages. So I was left with a large rental bill and no explanation for why the light came on. I asked for the manager to call me back and no one did. However the ladies at the front desk repriced my services under the package price and gave me $60 off. Then the service ignored me the whole time and did not bother to acknowledge me while I was there. I will think twice before taking my car there to be serviced for anything other than an oil change. I left paying about $500 between the rental, filter change and oil change with no answers.

I drove 8 hours one way to Riata Ford to pick up a Jeep for my bride. I normally do my automotive business with a local dealership's fleet sales, but Riata had a good deal on a JKU Rubicon with a 6 speed, which are fairly rare beasts. Plus, Riata gave a fair price for my trade. I worked with Joshua, and he was a pleasure to do business with, in addition to being able to drive a 6 speed. In fact, all the people I met at Riata were fantastic. Well worth the trip.
