So I would like to really take the time, to let everyone who has gone through a very difficult situation with any repair shop. Hands down is this not the best repair shop ever I have come across. Reid was outstanding and always very attentive to communication that we expressed. Reid always let me know what was going on with our vehicle, photos pictures were being sent and estimates were going through to our insurance so quickly and professionally. When we got our car back, the body work was stunning, I swear it looked like a brand new car. If anyone is having trouble not knowing what steps to take with a repair shop, or maybe you have a damage claim, whatever the case might be, Reid will take care of it. Like a good neighbor REID is THERE!!!!! Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

Reid and his expert dent-fixing team kindly and with impressive skill made disappear about 50 hail damage divots on my Fiat 500X caused by the historic September 2023 hail storm in Round Rock.A few of the hail damage divots on my car were at difficult-to-fix geometries in the metal. Reid's master dent fixers had no problem taking care of these, because clearly they have seen and fixed it all when it comes to hail damage.Following a fortuitous meeting of Reid at a gas station with him having noticed my hail-damaged car right as I was about to drive away, he invited me to tour the shop in Manor and get the hail repair process started. Step 1 in the process was to waive my $1500 comprehensive deductible, which was indeed waived.I visited the shop a few days later and found the shop and the vibes of everyone who works there to be confidence-inspiring. Cameras everywhere, high-tech lighting to detect every last dent, and welcoming friendliness from Reid and the team.I then worked with Reid to file a claim on the ESurance app while at the shop. After a three-way call with the ESurance representative to confirm everything was in order, Reid kindly arranged for a rental car from Enterprise in Pflugerville to be picked up that day.Throughout the repair process, Reid provided frequent text message updates with pictures showing how the car was proceeding, which was much appreciated.The car is looking great now, which puts a bit of a spring in my step as I approach the car. Before, with the 50 hail damage divots, the car was a touch more challenging to appreciate.Should hail storm history repeat itself in the future in the Austin/Round Rock area, which seems likely, I know who I will be calling. Reid took good care of me and my car! I didn't have car rental coverage but Reid offered me a complimentary rental for the duration of my repair and no deductible as well! Great service! Really nice guys who pay attention to detail!No out of pocket cost to me. I highly recommend this team!

First I have to say their customer service should be rated 6 stars. Reid walked me through the process, very transparent about what they do and how they do it. My car had a lot of hail damage, it looked like a black golf ball; he was up front and honest about the timing, saying it would take 2-3 weeks. But it had taken a beating and I know they had a huge surge of cars after the hail storm in late October. Reid helped me with the insurance claim (of course they waived the deductible) provided a very nice rental car, delivered it to my home (at no cost to me) and kept me updated about the repair process. In return for my patience I got my car returned looking brand new, they even went through and touched up some rock chips and some other minor paint damage. I am please to have my car back looking beautiful. These guys are top notch, they went way above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I will be glad to use them again.

I had no plans on getting the hail damage fixed. But I decided to go ahead with the repairs. And after a few days they returned my truck to me with ALL of the dents removed. Glad I took a chance and went with Paintless Dent Repair. Very professional when dealing with the insurance company. Even when they kept making mistakes. Great Job fellas!Service: Body & Trim

Reid and Ignacio are spectacular. It was a relief to find such honest, kind, hardworking people to make my car look like new again. I barely even had to talk to my own insurance because they took care of everything. Reid explained everything to me and even came to my home to view my car and walk me through the process, which made my first hail claim a breeze. He also also kept me informed via text. So glad I found this gem, 10/10.

PDR+ did a phenomenal job fixing hail damage to our Honda CR-V. From the first interaction they were very professional and answered many questions before I even had a chance to inquire. They even answered important questions that I didn t think to ask! Reid was prompt to communicate progress photos throughout the repair process and the final results look wonderful. I d recommend PDR+ and would use their services again in the future.

I live in Seguin, Tx. We recently had a major storm and had terrible damage to our vehicles. Paintless Dent Repair Plus and owner Reid were amazing. Our vehicles were repaired & they looked great!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone was nice and courteous. Great experience ! Definitely 10

PDR+ did an amazing job taking all the dents out on my F-250 ! And a big shoutout to Ignacio Lara for taking care of me and fixing and replacing everything as promised ! Both our vehicles were damaged in the last hail storm! Reed Knocked on our door! He noticed the damage and gave us a card! Paintless dent repair did both our 2019 Ram And 2016 van. They were friendly and professional and caring. They repaired our vehicles so outstanding . The damage doesn't show. We are VERY satisfied with the quality of work and friendly employees. I had my doubts that they could actually repair them to before storm damage.. they even drove one of our vehicles back to us.Friendly people. I would recommend them highly!! These guys are incredible! I just happened to meet one of them out in the community one day. He told me what services they provide and how they could help with the damage on my car. I'm new to the area and took a big chance to go with them, but oh my goodness, I'm so glad I did! They went way above and beyond - - updating me every step of the way with photos and text messages, honoring their word, remaining professional and kind at every turn, offering valet service to/from my home, and doing even more than I asked or expected of them. I was solicited at home for hail damage repair. I decided to give them a shot even though they were approximately 50 miles away. They brought me a rental to the house which is great customer service obviously (my policy doesn't cover rental). On return of my vehicle it was repaired beautifully and was clean just as when they took it. They said it CAN take up to 2 weeks though typical turn around is 4-5 days and we got it back in just over 2 weeks but insurance back and forth caused a slight delay so I can't fault them there. Very happy with the service provided it looks brand new again, I should definitely recommend their service.

Had a great experience with getting the dents repaired on my car here. They drove all the way out to pick up my car and left me with a rental car for free! They did pretty good keeping me updated. They also tinted my windows with my permission and it turned out great! Will be using them again in the future for any dent or windshield repairs!

Took a chance and now i m happily satisfied, nice and friendly people. Very generous and took care of everything which made it so less stressful. The vehicle looks amazing on top of it all and I will definitely contact again if i need the repairs. Thanks again! :)

I had the best experience with this company. Someone recommended it to me and I called them to see if they could help me after my vehicle got over 1000 dents from hail damage and I got hit by another vehicle. They came literally the next day. Helped me with my insurance claim, rental and deductible. They kept me Updated throughout the whole process and returned my car in perfect condition. 10/10 recommend!!

The representative for this place named Luke, came to the house and explained from top to bottom. This place has 5 star ratings with the BBB also. Left me a rental, no deductible from my policy needed. 250.00 for the family for son being in the military. Save save save

I was approached by one of the employees who offered to repair hail damage for me. I was skeptical at first but the entire team turned out to be legitimate, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I felt like they wanted what was best and most convenient for me and put my needs first. They also took great care of my car. I highly recommend!Service: Auto maintenance

This is our second time using PDR and the outcome was again perfect. On top of that, customer service and communication were flawless and Damien truly goes above and beyond in all ways. He ensured that the work was of the highest quality and kept everyone on the same page at all times. The pride this shop takes in its work comes across and everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. Damien deserves an extra shout out for being a true star throughout the process.
