For the past week, my car has been giving me issues. Today, i came into the store to check out what could be wrong.. No check engine light, so Joel checked out the battery charge.. and Bingo my core was bad.I just wanted to thank Mr Joel so much! This sweet man just got done helping me get and switch out my battery in a '20 Malibu . And conversed with me, answering all questions I had when working on my car. This single mama is forever grateful!Thank you again, Mr Joel. Stay blessed!

The asm was very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we left with the right part! Which was a big deal since we are out of towners. Again very helpful, very polite, and very respectful. Would definitely stop here again if needed.

Bought a battery from them about a year or year and a half ago. The battery came with a 3 year warranty. It started leaking and going bad. Wasn't starting well, and confirmed it was going bad when I did my 100k maintenance service on my car at an auto center. OREILLYS, and specifically, I think her name was Lisa, made it about as painless and fast as you could ask to get a replacement battery. Would definitely go back for needed car parts/issues.

I'm visiting my daughter here in Manor after driving 9 hours in my 2016 Lincoln Town Car. I had an engine light start flashing after being on the road about an hour. When I arrived in Manor, I troubleshot the issue to a #8 cylinder misfire. I contacted a couple parts stores to see if they had the ignition coils. One part store couldn't figure out what I needed unless I brought the car there so they could use the VIN to find the part! Seriously. Joseph, at O'Reilly Auto Parts here in Manor knew exactly what I was talking about, plus he suggested it might just be the spark plug. He loaned me a tool I needed, sold me a spark plug, and sure as shineola that was the problem. Joseph knows what the hell he's doing. Guaranteed.

Had a great experience here yesterday, Lisa helped me find a battery for my car and even put it in for me! She was extremely knowledgeable as well and gave me some pointers on how to address some issues with my car! It's so refreshing to get great customer service! Thank you Lisa!!

Out of the other parts stores in Manor, this is the only one that I can find tools and parts for my car at quickly and efficiently. I have an E90 335i, so some of the things I need are quirky and oddly specific. Though, some of my purchases have not been that unique? They were the only place that had a fuel pressure gage out of the 3 stores, which is relatively common for a DIYer? It's the only one I could get a fuel filter from, relays from, and various other components. And for the minority that this matters to: I never have felt put down for being a woman there. They always seem positive and interested in what I'm working on, rather than the judgemental silence I get from most autoparts stores. Definitely feeling welcome is the cherry on top for me.

Thank you Sarina and Henry for helping us get home safe! You made a stressful situation so much easier. We were moving our daughters home from Austin to Houston on a Saturday and my daughters car overheated 20 minutes out. We were so blessed it happened right in front of oreillys! They were so helpful diagnosing the car and tried putting fluids in but recommended we have it towed to a nearby mechanic. They called mechanics they recommended and found a mechanic nearby to help us! Sarina and Henry were so helpful and kind ! Thank you so much!

If you can be cautious when using this location, I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. This review is based on my most recent experience. I went in to this location to find a purge valve for my wife's vehicle. I'm searching for the part at a few stores but this store staff members convinced me to place the order with them because " based on the location of the hub, we can get it next day". Trusting their competence, I ordered and prepaid when the gentleman said that was a mere option but not required. Next day I call. No part... so I call a few more locations with advance auto parts and I find it in stock at another location. So I purchase the part and go to oreillys to cancel the order and get a refund. All of the sudden, they say based on the location it was not going to be there on time regardless. So when I request my refund the guy Oscar says he cant and that it sucks but its company policy to wait for the product to be in the store to which I respond," so you mean to tell me you can willingly take my money before you have a part in stock but cant cancel or refund my money when you fail to deliver?" Needless to say I had to go back tonight after verifying earlier they had the part to do the refund and even then I still had to wait 20 minutes in the empty store for their safe to open up. The problem isn't the fact that I needed the part sooner. The problem is the staff lied to get my business and wasted my time. Had I known they couldn't deliver on their deal, I would have purchased it elsewhere same day. Instead, you cost me a days work and frustration due to incompetence

Turned out to be a good visit, I needed a rotor turned and trued the young man that initially helped left we with very little confidence of returning to this store, he just didn't project a lot of confidence and seemed not want to help me at all. We engaged in a conversation that led me to a better understanding which in turn I appreciated his brutal honesty. This young man suggested I wait until another employee returned from lunch to have the rotor turned which wouldn't happen for another 45min or so, and I was pressed for time and daylight. I started thinking (WTF) then wanted to ask his name but reframed. Eventually the other gentleman returned the service I needed was performed and it didn't take as long as I was told bottom line 2 rotors turned a set of rear brakes that were priced matched which was another part of me be annoyed...thinking I had to price shop.. But these guys helped me out tremendously.. I was able to finish this much needed project to complete satisfaction at the cost around $120 which was around $50-60 less than I dreaded to spend.Thank You'll Very Much Clarence.. My car battery was not holding charge no more. I decided to go to oriley and get my battery checked and if bad then replace it. Jacob was very friendly and helpful. He checked my battery to see if it was good with no hesitation. We determined battery was bad after all and purchased a new one. Its freezing outside and Jacob wasted no time in helping me installing it. Thank you for your help Jacob and excellent customer service.

Their courteous but some of those people that work in any of them never smile. I dunno if they like their job or not. Maybe the pay stinks, I don't know. But nevertheless they manage to be courteous.

Steve went above and beyond helping me out with my car. I came to Austin to see my family and little did I know my car started giving me a lot problems and was not sure I was going to make it back to Lubbock. But Steve helped us figure out what it was and helped us out by putting the part on even though it was difficult to get to and required a lot of effort. He is a very committed person and gave excellent customer service! There are not many people like him and I really appreciate the help with my car.

These guys are amazingly helpful. I had a battery that I suspected was dying. I went in and Juan grabbed the tester and checked it. Sure enough, bad battery. He found the right one, and then went through the painstaking process of installing it! My 2018 Kia Soul has a bolt at the bottom of the battery that clamps it in and is very hard to get to. Juan found the right tools for the job and had the old one out and the new one in in a matter of minutes.This store and its workers are the perfect example of why people should still frequent their hometown businesses. This is how business should be done. Five stars all day long!

Hard to honor battery warranty but the guy did his magic for now. Next time I don't know if it will show up in the system.System faults not staff.That's why I prefer their competition across the street.

Poor customer service. Stood there for 20 minutes, watched 3 people walk in and out. Understaffed. No acknowledgement of me even standing waiting patiently. I gave up. There is plenty of parts shops with better service
