*Beware* They spray dogs in the face with propane!!! I called this company for a refill and they came out 2 days later. I was not given a date or time they would be coming. It just so happened that I was down the street when the guy came and my 2 big dogs were outside. The guy could have called me from his truck to let me know he was at my house and I could have put my dogs inside. As I pulled up, I saw the guy spray propane all over my dogs for 3-4 seconds standing only a few feet away. I saw a huge white cloud and smelled it as soon as I got out of my car. The guy lied and said he tripped on a stump and that s why he sprayed my dogs which was not the case. He was scared of my dogs which again could have been prevented with a simple phone call. I called the receptionist the next day and she stated the manager/owner would get back with me but it has been 11 days and I have yet to get a call back.

They came and picked up our propane Tank over a year ago to rebuild it they never brought it back. We went there several times to find out where it was they would tell us that the man we needed to talk to was off!!!

Sadly I have tried to do business with this company but they must be overwhelmed with business. Last winter and the winter before I called and called and called and called, finally got lies and forgot about and lied to again and finally got delivery. Just called 10 times Monday, called the emergency number. No answer left number,no call back. Sent text finally got a reply, he said he would get with the driver to schedule delivery. Here it is Wednesday no call back. I didn't know in June there was so much propane business going on. Guess they haven't got time for me.

Make sure you get a WRITTEN quote. This was a very unpleasant experience. Price quoted was no where near what was charged. Phone calls went unanswered and it took months to resolve issue. On top of all that, the tank was buried too low. Another company had to fix the problem.

Worst customer service ever!! They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do you get nothing but lies. Waited two and a half months gave them every opportunity and got nothing but lies and excuses. Time to go to a real company. Too bad the father doesn't still run things.

Don't think about going here for propane. They are closed and don't know when they will open back up

Waited patiently for 2 people ahead of me and a guy comes in for an above ground tank behind me ended up leaving only 1 person working
