The manager treated me like "Family ". They do HONEST business, take time to explain everything before they make repairs and actually explain everything so you can make an Informed decision prior to any service done. This DDD team was great. They had a great price, found a couple of other critical issues and repaired them for much less than other shops. They even went above and beyond by driving our car back to our house while we were out of town. Any future transmission issues will go to DDD. Made an appointment several weeks ahead of time. Called on appointment date and he said there wasn't room on the lot and couldn't touch my truck for another week. What was the point of making an appointment? This was the only week I could drop off and they really messed up my schedule. Lucky for me Amanda at Lynn's Auto Repair had my transmission rebuilt in 3 days!

They rebuilt my transmission and i had to take it back 3 times because it wasn't shifting right and the guy blamed it on the motor and he wouldn't do anything because to him it was fine. 2 years later and less then 10,000 miles the transmission blew up again. Had another shop rebuild the trans his time and the truck has never ran better

The guys here at Triple D (Napoleon, Chris, and Pete) are all awesome!Have had three trucks rebuilt here, an '88, a '96, and a '97, all running strong to this day.Excellent work, excellent pricing, and really the only honest trans shop I know of!

Used this shop in past and was happy but this time was unexceptional. Dropped the transmission off and waited 2 weeks then was told he forgot about it and it would be ready 3rd week. 3rd week still nothing done and went down to shop on 4th week and still no rebuild. Was told sorry things happen. Took it to another shop and will be done in 3 days. Will not use tripple d again and advise you to check around.

Do not come to this place . It's the worst place ever . I took my car there for them to tell me it was not the transmission that it was electronic wire. I purchased the item witch was expensive and it did not fix the problem, finally I was told it's the transmission but they didn't have time to fix it

After visiting 2 other transmission shops that could not find the problem with my truck, I was lleased Triple D could. They were promot, courteous, efficient, and did great work.
