Just wanted to give a shout-out and a big thank You to to Mark and Scott over at Scooten Cycles! Mark technician went above and beyond to help me and service a 45 yr old bike restoration! ! Didn t have the rite parts, Mark got them , had wiring issues Mark handled it ! My bike had additional issues, Mark diagnosed it got the parts and completed all and additional work in a timely fashion and at a fair price! Words can t express how happy I am with the work he s done! This is a first quality shop that practices quality craftsmanship, but most of all , they are Quality First Class People! Always great service here. We ve been bringing several bikes here for the last couple years. Most recently we brought in a BMW R1200RS with a cracked front rim and a damaged tire (yeah that wasn t good at 60 mph) and they got us fixed and back on the road in record time. Thanks folks.

Been coming here for a while I highly recommend this place.I thought my clutch was slipping and needed a new one I brought it into them. They took it for a test drive. Pulled out 2 wrenches adjusted my cable Told me to get out of there free of charge.Something some other places would have took advantage of and tried to get a whole lot of money out of me. Highly recommend this shop, great people and atmosphere.

Excellent customer service Mark and Scott, very helpful and the shop was clean with a lot of cool toys. The guys are really knowledgeable with repairs, had some work done to my trike and couldn't be more happy with the work and professionalism and shop performance.Listen before you buy your next motorcycle, stop by and talk to these guys first. Maybe they can let you know what a big boy would ride vs crouch rocket. The guys are cool and might have something there you haven't seen for sale because you never know where you'll find your next "gem!" Thanks Guys!

Scott & Mark did a awesome job, they installed chrome front forks, 21in wheel, brakes, fender , and standard other maintenance. Work was done quick and a professional job. Thank you for a great job

Scott at Scootin Cycles is the best. I had an issue with my front brakes on a 2001 Heritage. I rebuilt master cylinder and couldn t get it bled. Scott was great at explaining how to get it bled out. Brakes still an issue so I called and asked Scott how much to rebuild front brake caliper. I explained my issue to Scott and he told me it s the master cylinder. Return port inside was probably blocked and not the caliper. I checked and that s exactly what it was. Cleared the port and I have brakes. Every shop I called just told me bring it in. If there is any work I need done on my Heritage in the future I will take it to Scootin Cycles. He truly cares about people and will help them when he can.

I would not have them do anything for me. Droped bike off over 3 months ago. I went by several times too find out what's going on with my bike. Never a good excuse always something. Then they called me and said its in for paint 3 weeks ago. Went by 2 weeks later and its still sitting there never touched. I asked what's going you guys called and said its in for paint. Here is what they said they got another bike that needs to go to the Rally in Galveston so they put it in front of mine. I wanted to go to the rally. They just don't tell the truth. Picked up bike today to take to someone else. Terrible service.

We paid $1600 in repairs for our ATV. They failed to repair after the first attempt and again after a second attempt. The problem was an oil leak. I wouldn t take a bicycle there.

Mr. Scott and his Techs are top notch. Very respectful , felt like I was part of the family. They took the time to explain repairs and the cause of the repairs. Fair pricing and not salesmen. They tell you what you need and get it done. I will support these guys. Very helpful, same day service. Took me in and was out couple hrs later even after I missed appointment. They did very good job going over my bike and even cost less then first quote. I will be using scooter cycles every time I need service no matter what it is. Thanks guys!

I've used this place 2 times so far and both experiences have been absolutely amazing. Their staff is so kind and very knowledgeable and was able to fix my bike since it's been out of commission for over 6 months=) I thought it was a fuel line issue but it turned out to be the Power Commander wasn't working properly and was causing my bike to run poorly. They removed the Power Commander and put a Tune on my bike and I couldn't be happier with the results.Thank you Scooten Cycles for everything you have done to my bike. These guys are amazing. Scott is engaging and wants everything to be perfect. I have had multiple bikes in the shop and all the techs have taken an interest. I have been impressed each time I bring my bikes in. Any negative reviews of Scott and his team is a personal agenda and not reflective of the teams commitment. Scott is a perfectionist so plan accordingly, he is swamped, yeah, he is that good!

I visited Scooten Cycles for the 1st time for a headlight issue. The owner took time to disassemble and diagnose the problem immediately and told me what part was needed. I feel the service there was fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this establishment.

I took my bike to them for the first time a few weeks ago. It took about three weeks to repair (tune-up & minor replacements). The work was completed quickly & very well. The parts being shipped took the majority of the time. Really nice guys at the shop. Don't be discouraged if they are short with you on the phone, they are working to get things done in a timely manner. Great in person. Bike rides like a cloud now. This shop has become my go-to.

I had a issue with a bike of mine that I could not figure out, I m pretty technologically inclined but could not figure it out, so I called scooten cycles and they told me to bring it on down. When they finally got down to working on the bike and I mean worked on it Scott called me several times about this and that and kept up with me on everything. Finally got the bike fixed the day before my first race of the Season and qualified 4th place. The bike is running strong and super super happy with the work.

This place is great. I had a fuel controller that I couldn't get dialed in right and these guys did it perfectly. My bike runs great now. I have already recommended them to other riders. I will definitely use them again for anything. Best customer care you could ask for. Thanks.

I've been doing business with Scott for several years now. It was mostly small stuff; oil & filters, new tires, that sort of thing for my `06 Road King Big Bore (95ci).Then about 2 years ago the oil pump failed, or so I thought. The bike started banging and clattering like I'd never heard before. So I trailered the bike back to the house and started Googling around for oil pump replacement. The videos indicated that all it took was removing the nose cone, remove the bolts from the cam support plate, then slide the support plate/oil pump assembly off the crankshaft. It wouldn't budge.So I brought the bike up to Scooten Cycles. It took both Scott and myself to wrestle that thing off. The first thing we saw were needle bearings lying in the crankcase. The inner bearing on the rear cam had come apart slinging needle bearings everywhere. Damn. One needle got sucked up into the oil pump and seized it onto the crankshaft. A bottom up rebuild was needed at <50,000 miles.Scott and Mark rebuilt the motor. We added just a few extras during the build; pop-up pistons, S&S 517 cams, close tolerance Fueling lifters, a Fueling high volume oil pump, port/polish and flow the heads, Cobra true dual headers with my V&H oval slipons, an oil cooler with a fan, and a Tech Research Race Tuner.My bike was fast before the build. Now it screams. At 95ci I can leave a 103ci sucking fumes. And the torque is impressive. When I crank the throttle hard it's all I can do to keep my butt in the seat.I highly recommend Scooten Cycles for anything you need. Whether it's an HD, a metric cruiser, dirt bike, or even an ATV. They can do it all in a reasonable time frame and a fair price.

In 2006 I started a custom bobber project... at least 5 shops in two states have tried to sort out the electrical side of this bike and a host of other problems, like the seat bracket breaking three times. To be honest, I'd about given up on it after 10 years. I took one last chance and had Scott from Scooting pick up the bike. Trying to get the taillight to work and get the thing to turn over consistently. It took some time and there were a few other major problems. But I will testify that finally after 10 years I have my bike! It turns over first, time, the wiring is clean and simple. Scott showed be how to Old Skool the seat bracket and I am now consistently riding!Scott Thanks, for the quality and care you and your staff took with my bike!

Took my bike up here to get new tires and change all 3 oils on a very short notice due to me and my wife had planned a spur of the moment ride to three twisted sisters in the hill county for our frist time. Scout came thur and got it done for us right on time and it rode like a champ all weekend. Very impressive work will be coming back for sure. Thanks guys! high recommend them

Marc and Scott are, hands down, some of the most honest techs I've come across. Marc was very helpful, spending extra time explaining things to me and helping me to decide my next move. I managed to mangle up a bolt pretty bad while installing saddlebags on my wife's new bike. Emailed Scott in a panic and he responded back that night after hours asking me to bring it in the next day. They were able to fix the issue, get me out of the doghouse, and save my marriage. What else can I say......customer for life.

Ive had my nightster to scooten cycles a few times. Scott The owner does good work and hes cheaper than harley. He did me a solid with my last repair and ill for sure go back
