Awesome place to come if you don't want to wait forever too get one tire fixed. They are also friendly and very attentive to customers needs. Had my appointment at 8am. When I had pulled up it was 7:50. Employee was outside and he actually took the time to walk up to my truck and ask what I was here for. I showed him and the employee got right to it took all my information down. They got my truck in right away. Now that's great customer service.

Found I had a flat while at Home Depot in The Woodlands, TX. NTB was next door so I took my Subaru Outback in and they started checking it out within 15 mins.Dez, Shelby, & M.J. were friendly, fast, and efficient.M.J. came out & explained I had a nail that caused the flat, but they also discovered the cabin air fliter was very bad & needed changed (showed it to me), and that the rear brakes were metal-to-metal.They were able to do the work within an hour & 20 mins.The waiting area had comfy chairs, coffee, & TV. Plus there are restaurants & shopping right there if you have to wait.

Had a great experience with getting 2 front tires for my Mercedes E350 Sport Sedan. I purchased 2 Michelin tires and with the help of the Manager Jeff and who greeted me and helped me through the whole process. Great Manager! Troy, called me and when my car was ready and he too was very professional. Thank you, Jeff and Troy! This store needed a change and my previous experience hadn t been that great there. Jeff had told me he had left this store as a manager and is now back again managing this store again. . Welcome back Jeff! Thank you, for all your help!

The manager, Jeff, was so helpful and very friendly! I came in for a tire rotation and balance and then had to come back a few days later for a nail in my tire. He greeted me outside before I could walk in and remembered who I was. He ordered me a new tire and got it sent to the store quickly. I recommend coming to this location!

Had a fantastic experience today getting two new tires, alignment and tire rotation. Troy was professional throughout my stay making sure I was updated on the progress. I was in and out within an hour. Thank you for making this an excellent experience.

I needed a headlight bulb replaced on 02/24/2024. Mike the Service Writer was very accommodating and gave me great service. Sorry I don t know the nam of the mechanic that installed the light bulb. I have been using this shop since 2004. Robert the Mechanic has always done a great job for me with all my cars. Jeff the newer Manager is a great guy and is very professional.

I called about some concerns with my alignment and tire condition. Due to a hectic work schedule I was short for time and they got me in at the perfect moment and were eager to assist and showed great attention to detail in both the vehicle and my personal needs. Shelby answered the phone and accepted me and my vehicle upon arrival; friendly and polite! 10/10 recommend coming to this location for many your basic and also necessary vehicle needs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! A simple alignment and they hit me up for over 2K in repairs on a 2022 truck with 29 thousand miles on it. Valve cover repair, brakes, shocks and air compressor. I took it back to the dealer and everything they said I everything was just fine. Find another place!!Don t bother calling the consumer number they give you either. No one takes accountability for what happened. Sounds like they read from a script. I stand by the review GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!

Excellent customer service from Mike, simple and easy. Came in at 4:10 and left at 4:55 and Robert did a fantastic job on my alignment. Overall 5 stars would definitely come again.

Mr. Troy, the assistant manager, is SO helpful every time I visit the Magnolia location. He has great customer service skills, provides thorough explanations of costs, and gets everything taken care of! For any of your car needs, go see Troy!!

I had a flat this morning and took my car to NTB! There were a lot of customers in front of me but they were still able to help me FAST! I talked to Mike and Butch first and they were very informative and helpful! Randy worked on my tire and was quick and kinda cute! Ive been in this area for many years and i definitely recommend NTB over the other tire shops/ service centers!!

The guys have always been helpful when I have an issue. Today I needed a new battery, and Troy also found a large screw in one of my tires. He told me it was in a repairable area. They checked it and was told it didn t puncture. I appreciate honesty, makes me keep coming back.

NTB on FM-1488 in Magnolia did a great job on replacing the All Terrain tires on my Jeep. They had the exact tires I was looking for in stock, and gave me an honest and accurate cost and time estimate to complete the job, They were friendly and explained everything completely. They did not try to upsale or provide extra services I did not request. I would definitely recommend them for your tire needs.

I ve heard the lovely woman named Sierra talk with customers. She is very welcoming and informative while also confirming with me that it is the customers decision what they do. They don t pressure you into buying something that you don t want and always make sure that customers understand when there may be a mechanical issue that would need to be looked into. I will stand with NTB, 10/10 customer service.

I came to NTB on Sunday to get tires for my work vehicle because I can't come during the week. I walked into the store and Troy got me taken care of. They had my tires in stock. I received fast and great service.

Had a flat tire. They charged $60 to open the locking nut to change the tire. Total bill was $195. I got another tire changed through Walmart. And they opened the locking nut with no extra charge.

Referred to NTB by a former NTB employee Who worked at a local competitor. The local competitor was unable to lift my vehicle due to the size and weight. I was referred to Thomas and Corbin. They were prompt to get me in and were able to clearly explain everything. In the past, I purchased a battery here and again had a great experience and was treated fairly. I would recommend this business to anyone in the area. Keep up the great work guys!

Awesome customer service. Troy and Dez were very knowledgeable when I asked questions regarding the issues I was having with my vehicle. By the time I left the establishment I was confident the issues were taken care of. I would recommend NTB on FM 1488 if you're looking for excellent customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. Give them a try.

I have had a couple great experiences with tires at this location. The Manager runs a really clean and detailed store. The team is very friendly and accommodating, waiting room is nice. They are very clear about wait times and honest when they make recommendations on service. They did a very thorough inspection and told me my Brakes were in great shape and let me know my battery was weak and I should consider changing it in the near future to avoid a no start condition. The Managers name is Butch and he runs an honest customer focused repair facility check them out.

Wanted to share about the wonderful service I experienced recently with this NTB. My daughter came home around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon, with one of her tires losing air. I went out in search of service and several of my usual go-to's were already closed, but I called NTB and spoke with Mike... they were closing in about 10 minutes but come on in. I arrived about 5 minutes before closing but Dez and Mike took me in anyway - they found the nail in the tire, had it patched up and had me back on my way in about 30 minutes, free of charge.I hadn't even realized we had an NTB location so conveniently located to our house, but now after this great experience, we'll definitely be coming back next time we need tires!
