All I was looking for was a new set of windshield wipers for my VW Atlas, and they were able to get them quickly and they actually had them ready to go

Their customer service went there and beyond. They didn't have my battery in stock due to a mistake which they apologized for very professionally they found me a better battery with a better warranty and installed it for me I paid less money still!!! I'm extremely pleased and happy I took my car here for my needs. Will be coming back for everything there.

Picked up an online order. One guy ahead of me but was still in and out in less than 2 minutes. My order was waiting at the counter. Staff was courteous. Will definitely purchase other parts here.

5 yr old alternator burned up (smoke &all). Napa replaced it free of charge. Instantly. Absolutely 5+ stars. They've always been great with us. Polite & helpful staff, usually well stocked.

Went to NAPA in (original Magnolia), I try to keep it local. Gregg was very helpful and he was wearing a mask but the other guys working there were not. Nor were half of the customers who came into the store while I was there. Mandatory mask means just that! Where's the enforcement? C'mon people!

Refused to replace a faulty shock because I didn't have my receipt after 5 months. I've never had this issue with Autozone or O'Rielly's. Most businesses jump at the opportunity to correct an issue, especially when there is a manufacturer's warranty. I won't be back.

Don t bother going to this store if you are going to make it 15min before closing. They lock their doors early! What s the use in posting hours if your going to make up your own!

Staff knows parts, treats customers right. The only reason for four stars instead of five is cause I don't like having to work on my truck.

Bought a car battery and it was the wrong one...took it back and Greg exchanged it out for the correct one and even changed it out for the bad one in my car. Very polite friendly service!!!! Thank you Greg!

They have the stupidest people working here and they have no customer service skills. It uses to be that if you went to NAPA, you found knowledgeable people, well AutoZone across the street has more knowledgeable personnel.

When all other auto parts store fail this is a last resort employees are friendly though if you can find them

They order a product for me that I can't get anywhere else and I'm pretty certain no one else buys because they always get it from the back when I come in. But it's always there. That's service!
