Carl takes care of all my vehicles. He's honest and dependable and has a great crew. Hard to find good mechanics with those qualities. They can fix anything on your vehicle. I recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! My family and I live off our small business we own. We get by. Our car broke down and this place charged us over $1500 for services and our vehicle still doesn t work right. Every time they had my car they would not answer my calls or ever call me like they said they would. They do not care about you yet only their wallet. After complaining my car didn t work after the major repair they just ordered me a special cap and charged me $50 and that was it. Still doesn t work right. Now we are out $1500 and a vehicle that wasn t worked on and repaired correctly. Also this place could care less about it. The lady up front missing teeth never calls you back or answer messages she needs to learn that people have families, businesses, and lives! TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO AVOID GETTING SCREWED OVER

My mom was having issues with her battery and alternator - we were sent over here by O'Reilly's. They diagnosed it as needing a new alternator, got it fixed that day! They gave my mom a senior citizen discount too. You have earned a new customer, she'll be back for oil changes. Thank you everyone for being so kind, quick, and very fairly priced!

I've been a customer for years. Great place to get an oil change and they have repaired our older Toyotas many times. Jesse is the Toyota expert and everyone there is nice. Ladies get a 10% discount on Wednesdays.

Took my wife s car here a few months ago because the ABS system had an issue. They replaced a sensor and everything was okay for two months. But then it started doing the same thing. Took it back because the work supposed to be covered under warranty. They needed to order the part and said it would be in after two days. Brought it back when they said it would be here and they said they forgot to order it. Another two days before they actually got it. Then, when I brought it back, they tried to blame us saying we must have hit something with that wheel causing the exact same sensor to go bad. Really? But after a tiny bit of pushback on my part, they did say they d cover it under warranty. Cool. Except when they put the new sensor in, it didn t fix anything. So then they said it was the ABS module and it would be another $633 to fix. Not great news, but it is what it is. So I asked them to go ahead and order the part. Took it back when they told me it would be here. Guess what someone forgot to order the part again. This time they said it was the dealership. Okay. Order it again. Several days later, called to verify the part was there. Finally it was. Took it back in for them to replace the $633 ABS module and after they did it, the exact same codes came right back up. Now they re saying it s the wheel hub but I still have to pay the $633 for the ABS module they unnecessarily replaced because there was something wrong with that too but they can t remember what exactly. They d have to call the ABS programmer back to find out. But it s okay because when they do the third repair (who knows if that s actually the issue or not), they ll knock off the 30 minutes of labor it will take. Are you serious? I am now $800 in and have a car that s doing the exact same thing it was when I brought it in the first time because they misdiagnosed it and made unnecessary repairs and they can knock of 30 minutes of labor costs?? You ve got to be kidding me. The sad part is, they burned me once before about a year and a half ago on something else but I stupidly gave them another try. Don t make my mistake. Find someone else that will do the RIGHT repair correctly the first time so you don t waste $800 like me. Avoid this place at all costs.

I stopped by 5 times to arrange for them to do a simple engine job. I was workable on date and time. They have a front shop and back shop so they had plenty of room to work on a small motorhome. Simple engine that has no electronic bs like the new trucks.Easy peasy right? You would think that But no call back just run around BS.Wasted my time stopping there.Shame I was referred to them.They are just looking for a quick $$$$ and that s it.Bad 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th first impressionThis is the absolute truth.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes

I've been going to MWL&Asince Jessie (Dirty) Sanchez has been working there.He's been my personal mechanic for over 13 years so it's been good getting to meet Bobby (The manager) and Carl (The owner).They all good folks and do their best to do the job and get you back on the road. Thanks Guys.

The good: Answered the phone when it was 2 minutes before closing time then as a courtesy, sent a technician to see if he could help me on his way home which he did and he got me up and running with a tug on my loose battery cable. I am grateful for that assistance.The bad: I needed a coolant flush as I had old coolant with rust in it. Initially the junior tech said that they don't do true coolant flushes, only drain and refill service. Then the other guy sort of gave him a look and started to talk as if that weren't really the case, but they actually do perform an actual flush but it was going to cost more. That, in hindsight, should have been a red flag for me but, as trusting as I try to be, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. So they had my car for a day and charged me $300 roughly. Two weeks later I went to another shop to get an intake manifold replaced and when they drained the coolant, they discovered that my coolant was so saturated with rust and debris that it would not even flow out of the drain plug. So it appears that either Magnolia West decided to charge me $300 for doing nothing, or they have no idea how to perform a coolant flush. Either scenario is very unfortunate because I just got this car and now have to take it out of town to get it serviced by a shop which is honest and competent.

2021 update, great work on my Highlander with over 250,000 miles on it, they really take care of it.Took our Highlander in for service, work was done really well! Highly recommend this auto service, Bobby took care of everything!!

Since 5 stars is a high as I can rate, I ll have to stop there. We had a problem that kept giving the wrong indication for repair, they stayed on it until they found the real problem, fixed it and explained to me, not acting like I was a dumb girl. My car is running great and the billing was fair also.

Best oil change in town, provides discounts to veterans. Wife has had service work and repairs done at different times, both instances were fair priced and without any complaints.

Awesome place with a great staff and wonderful mechanics. Wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles. Work is always done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced.

Worst shop ive been to in magnolia. I was told my car would be done in about 3 hours from 9 to 12. I picked up my car @ 330pm halfway done because they were nowhere near finished. Had a quote of 320 and Matt wanted to charge me 400 because he was shorthanded and it took him longer and he didnt even finish hahaha this shop is ridiculous save your money and go into Houston.
