We have used Magnolia Auto Specialist several times over the past probably 15 years. We ve always been pleased with their work & they have always had great customer service. They have always gotten my vehicle back to me in the time they say it ll take for the repairs. Their pricing is reasonable & they stand by their parts & labor warranty. I d recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.Thank you Magnolia Auto Specialist!

My husband and I took my car in about 2 weeks ago due to brakes overheating. He asked them to check that as well as doing the front brakes/rotors (parts were in the trunk). They stated they couldn t provide that service because they couldn t put a warranty on the work due to them being O reillys parts, so ok no problem. They call a couple hours later saying the front breaks/rotors are put in and the car is ready to go. Turns out they did the job they said they couldn t do and didn t check the actual problem. They are then told to check and couple hours later they call again saying they didn t find anything wrong. Well we drove the car around for a couple days and the brakes kept overheating, we take it to another workshop and they tell us immediately that the calipers are bad and need replacing! Car is driving perfect now! this was an awful experience for such a high recommended place, please beware and pay attention, also the guy in the front desk seems to not listen to what you tell him and just babbles on. Miscommunication and there s no telling if they actually checked for the issue.

I recently went to get my windows worked on. At first there was a miscommunication. I spoke to Brian and he was very understanding and treated me like a person even though I was upset and was maybe a little rude. Love this place. A small piece of plastic by my window was chipped and they even replaced it at no charge. These people are very sweet but also good at what they do and have good customer service. 10/10

Good auto technicians. I went with my mini and they did a decent job for 1/3 rd of vendor fees! Though there weren t able to hide my service notification on dashboard!

So glad that I came across this place. Super reasonable in price, very friendly & knowledgable. The owners and employees treat you as if you are family. They are very thorough in their investigation of the car issue(s.) There explanation of what repairs are needed is excellent. Prices seem reasonable....but the attention to detail is awesome. After 10 years as a client, we continue to come back and refer others.

Took my Honda Odyssey for repair over here. They are liars. Keep my car 44 dand didn't call me back.I drove into the shop to ask what's up and the owner said I'm calling you by the end of the day. Nothing happened came after 3 days. And they say oh we cannot repair your car what's the problem with the car all kinds of balloon is I don't understand they don't even have a paperwork for me.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

This is my go-to auto shop in the Magnolia area. They're honest, priced fairly, and are super communicative (perhaps overly so, which isn't a bad thing!) about what's going on with your car. My biggest complaint is they're so well known and loved that at times it's difficult to get your car in, but it's worth the way every time. I know when I take my car here that it's in good hands and will be taken care of.

Update: No changes - they are truly the best shop experience I've had, and I recommend them to anyone that asks.I have taken my cars here for years, and will continue to do so. They are courteous, honest, fairly priced, and timely. I trust their recommendations, pricing, and work quality.

Very nice staff. I saw the sign $18.99 AC repair. I showed up at 7am and they were finished by 7:30. With the freon, my bill was about $40. Update 9/15/23. If i could rate this place a 10, I would. They staff here are so kind and thoughtful. I bought a new buick encore and was driving home from Willis and on my way to a funeral but the a/c wasn't working. It was just blowing hot air so I called and explained my situation. The man on the phone said they were very busy but it was probably just a button that needed to be pushed. He said to bring it by and when I got there a young man was waiting outside for me. He fixed it in 5 minutes and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. On a day when I needed kindness, I got it from these wonderful people. We needed more businesses like this.

These guys are fantastic! It s very difficult to find a family owned and operated independent shop these days that s truly competent and these guys are the real deal. I take my fleet and personal vehicles here and I m so impressed with the service the accuracy and the quality not to mention the very reasonable prices. We are a frequent here and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. The crew is very upfront and honest, all the while giving you every option available to accommodate your needs and budget. It's very hard to find trustworthy reliable mechanics whose motive isn't to simply suck you dry but to actually take care of you, these guys defy the odds.

Jeremy and the staff are honest, hard-working, and awesome people. They won t give you the run-around and bust their butts to take care of you to the best of their ability. Great family-owned and local mechanic. I was going down the road to Christian Brothers, but MAS far exceeds any other service. It s obvious by just how packed the parking lot always is. They ve built quite the following and they have definitely earned my life-long business. 10/10 recommend!

My go-to auto shop. They do great work and are fairly priced. Have done business with them for years. I have taken my Honda Accord to Magnolia Auto Specialist 2-3 times or so. My parents have also brought their vehicles to them. Every visit has been great; everyone is genuinely nice and helpful, and we've been able to get our cars returned to us within the 24-hour period of dropping them off. Furthermore, their prices for service are unbeatable and realistic, and they never swindle people, unlike most auto repair shops on 1488 or anywhere else for that matter. They're genuinely honest and tell you exactly what service your car needs. Not only this, but they have performed fixes on my car alongside the service I asked for without charge and without me asking them to do so. I had a huge dent in my bumper from an unavoidable object on the toll road, and they popped it back into place, making it look as if it never happened, as well as fixed my door lock security system when it had issues with locking me out of my car. Jeremy and the other gentleman who are usually up front are both great guys!You undoubtedly cannot go wrong visiting here. They are my go-to auto repair shop. :)

These guys are honest and has definitely EARNED a lifetime customer! We went to another business down the street and was quoted to replace all the parts in our AC. Magnolia auto specialists are honest, they told us what we needed to replace, and they have great pricing. I sincerely invite everyone to consider taking their vehicles here! We love you guys! Two years ago, friends who had used Magnolia Auto Repair for over 10 years, Highly recommended them. We have taken our 2 vehicles to them several times since then and they always do a great job for a reasonable amount. There is 3 year warranty on virtually everything they do. I'm 76 and have used Many auto repair shops. Magnolia Auto is by far the best I've ever used. The service writers, Bryan and Jeremy, never use scare tactics. They simple tell us what they recommend and let us decide. Zero pressure! I dropped my car off to have my steering column checked. It was making noise while I turned. I also asked them to check my brakes because one side would make noise randomly even though my whole brake system was new. Magnolia Auto Specialists took the car around 10am and had it finished the same day even with a completely full lot of cars they were working on. I'll definitely be coming back if I have my issues with my car!
