Never had problems when I go! I don t feel like I m being scammed just because I m a girl and have no clue what I m doing when it comes to my car! Always super helpful and explain everything to me as it s being done. Logan is always super helpful for me!

This is now my go to shop for all my automobile needs! Everyone there was very courteous and considerate of my needs. My Technician seemed highly knowledgeable of the needs of my car and explained all of the options available for the service. I must say this is the most perfect location for nearly all of your cars service needs. Way to go Jiffy Lube :)

Service was interrupted at first because an employee had just quit. But the crew quickly got back to business. I appreciated that Alexander recommended to rotate my tires and replace my filters. Thank you for the St. Patrick s Day coupon!

Ohmylanta this place, THIS Jiffy Lube, the manager JOHN .. WOW, an unbelievably compassionate man who actually ENJOYS keeping his customers satisfied and HAPPY. The team here all go above and beyond for their customers and I highly recommend THIS Jiffy Lube ..Just WOW!!!

This was the best experience I have had at an auto shop in a long time. Jeff was quick to help, very kind, and obviously knowledgeable/experienced. Most shop managers can be petty and rude when you profess to be a fellow mechanic, but Jeff and I shared car photos of upcoming projects and made good conversation. There are very few repairs I do not do in my own garage, but for any that come up for me, I will be coming back here.

Went in for an oil change. They told me it was $100, and offered me a $30 discount. Go to pay and my bill is $140. They did not bother to quote the additional oil my vehicle needed, an additional $50. They also added $6 for an oil filter upcharge and $4 in shop supplies. I would have figured the shop supplies would be covered in the cost of the oil change, and I didn't ask for a special filter. If I ask for a quote on the work and you give a price, then that's the price. Don't quote me a low number to get me in the door, then add cost amd use the excuse that what was quoted was the base price. If there are extras, quote the extras. Typical scheme for oil change places.

I never in my life thought I would use a quick oil change place for other work on my Hyundai Santa Fe but Jeff, Phillip and others have given great service over and over again. I called around for quotes and they were better prices and got me in right away.

If i could give it less than 1 star i would!! Do not go here for an inspection! We refused to buy new windshield wiper blades (ours were good, almost new) so he failed the vehicle. Lied about how much coolant was in the vehicle so I would buy coolant. After failing the vehicle he pulled the car around and left the keys in it. The car passed at another place the next day. Without replacing the wipers. Which were 40 a piece.

Came in for a transmission fluid exchange, and the first guy I got with was real courteous and helped confirm the issues I was having quickly, while also providing other insights on how the issue happened in the first place. He also offered an estimate on how much it'd be to fix the issue before I left. All in all, great people working there and reasonably timed service. Highly recommend, and I know I'll be going back.
