Had a great experience getting my windshield replaced today. They have very friendly office staff, great customer service, "at home" style waiting area that is family friendly and quick service.They do offer mobile services as well, a business I will definitely recommend in the future!

We have used this location twice now and are lifetime customers at this point, at least as long as we re close by, haha. One of the coziest waiting rooms we ve ever been in, with retro gaming and cozy seating. Feels like you re just chilling in a family member s house while you wait. Both services we ve had done have been done quickly and with quality. Each staff member we interacted with treated us like family, even shared a bite of their lunch with me. Pricing was fair and the windshields are great quality. Plus they have a cute cat! Service: Auto windshield replacement

The very best interaction that I've ever had with any auto window glass company. No sneaky fees or super long wait times like some of the other companies I've dealt with. They called me right back within 2min of leaving a message, had the glass delivered that evening, setup the appt for the very next day and had my car done in about an hour and a half. My wife and I were driving on Research Forest Drive last week and from nowhere a rock hits the windshield. The most unlikely road you would expect this to happen on. The star was larger than any I have ever had so I was not sure if it was repairable. I looked online and found that Eagle Auto Glass was very close to where we lived. They had 5 star reviews so I stopped by the next day for them to look at it and Blake said he thought he could repair it. Unfortunately the star spread as soon as he tried to apply his mirror to the inside of the glass. Rachel then worked up a price for a replacement windshield and even deducted the failed repair amount from the total. The replacement was exactly the same brand as the factory glass which was awesome and the price quoted I felt was very good. I did not shop the price since I liked how everything was handled and trusted them. We made an appointment a couple of days later and when I arrived Blake was ready to get right on it and was done in around 30 minutes or so.All I can say is they have my business for life and I am recommending that you do yourself a favor and check them out. I am recommending them to all my family members and neighbors. Thank you Blake and Rachel for the awesome experience.Service: Glass installation

I took my Jeep up there this week to get the windshield replaced, and I can say I definitely will be returning in the future if I have any type of windshield, or glass issues. Not only was it the best estimate/price we got but also the service made it 100x better. Blake did a great job with my windshield fast and easy, very polite and professional. Got the job done and my Jeep back to perfect. This company was recommended by our insurance company and I m glad they did. We had a great experience with Eagle Auto Glass! They were able to fit us in quickly. Blake was our technician and he did a wonderful job! He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and we have no doubts that our windshield was expertly done. We love that they also have such a great warranty. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Top service from Blake + Eagle Auto Glass! Not only were they able to get me in quickly and replace my windshield at a great price! But they were honest when they ended up not needing to replace the molding and cut my price down significantly more! Great service, convenient, fast and best price! The team at Eagle Auto Glass is so great to work with, from getting a phone quote, to scheduling a convenient appointment, to having the glass expertly installed. Rachel was fantastic to work with over the phone and explained the various windshield replacement options and worked with me on scheduling a service day and time that worked for me. On my appointment day I took my 13 Ford Fusion over to their FM 2978 location and was greeted by Blake who was helpful in answering my questions. I discovered that he has over 16 years of experience in performing glass repairs and replacements. He was able to to get me in on time and had me on my way in under 45 minutes. I m planning on taking our other vehicle over to Blake to have a rock chip repaired.

We have used Eagle Auto Glass a couple times now, first to repair rock chip on one vehicle and then to replace front windshield on another. Both times the service and professionalism was exemplary!!! Rachael was super sweet and booked apt for next day service and windshield was in at the promised time. Blake did his magic and everything looks fabulous! These guys are great! Rachel was extremely helpful getting me a quote and making sure I'm getting the right windscreen at a great price. Blake was at my home 10minutes before the arranged time and did the replacement within 45minutes! Both are very professional and great to work with. A family member recommended Eagle Auto Glass so I casually rolled up one day curious about repairing a rock chip in my windshield. My initial intention was to schedule an appointment. Blake met me in front of the shop with a warm friendly welcome and let me know he would likely be finished with his current client's repair early. He took a quick look at my windshield and squeezed me in between clients. His solid work ethic and quick, impeccable repair speak volumes of Eagle's service. We priced the 3 closest shops for windshield replacement. Eagle came in $80 less than the next closest estimate. The work was completed in less than an hour, and done properly. Recommended.

I had Blake Sheppard come in to repair my passenger side window after a bad actor broke into my truck. Blake s service was phenomenal! He arrived early, which I was not ready to receive him (taking a work call), but he understood and waited patiently. His work was top notch and efficient, he even cleaned the glass that was still in the seat!Thanks, Blake! This is a great business. They replaced windshield on my 2012 Nissan Maxima. They set up appointment and started on my car immediately. They were so nice and did a great job in around 45 minutes.
