Ryan and crew took excellent care of us. Did a thorough check of the vehicle, did the transmission service and had me out the door in a few hours. Would give them 10 stars if I could! The price was unbelievable!

I ve had three transmissions changed out in different vehicles over the years, and let me say that this one was the easy to deal with by far. I called the manager, told him what was going on with the vehicle. He advised me to have the vehicle towed to his shop and if I decided to get the work done the tow would be put towards the repairs. It took them about a two days to call me back a tell me that it was fixed. @$3200 the rebuilt transmission is working like new. I put this vehicle to work so I needed a good honest company to fix it so my family a I would not have any issues. They filled all my hopes. Thank you A+ for make this the easiest process to deal with and getting me back on the road again.

Worst place to take your vehicle to ! After spending over 4 k in them rebuilding our transmission they never put the front seal and grommet in, which caused a slow leak over two years. We ended up taking to another mechanic to correct their lack of competency. They probably just wanted us to come back so they could stick it to us again.

Had another shop royally screw us over with an engine replacement job, that cost us a few grand. Immediately started having transmission problems right after, due to said shop not installing it back properly. Went back and sat in the shop for more than 6 months without any form of progress.Got fed up, so it had to be towed back. Heard from a buddy that this A Plus transmission location was legit. Called and spoke to Ryan, just by talking to him, I knew this was the right call. Ryan had explained prior to doing any work, what the teardown cost was going to be, and we agreed with no problem. Unfortunately, due to the age of the vehicle and money already wasted at the other shop, we couldn't justify moving forward.We were ready to tow the vehicle back to us, and pay the teardown cost, just as he explained. To our surprise, Ryan called us and said, he really didn't agree how the other shop screwed us over, and he wouldn't feel right charging us more. He waived the teardown cost, and basically footed the bill for his time and labor. This is an HONEST shop, Ryan did not have to do that at all, but he was sympathetic enough to help us. In a world where there are a lot of predatory mechanics, its a relief to find a solid, trustworthy shop ran by excellent leadership, thank you Ryan! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very professional and great group of guys. I had an issue with a recently purchased vehicle just before we were due to leave for our family vacation. It turned out to be not a big issue. They took care of it and got us on the road the same day. We will definitely be back to use these guys for any future transmission work.

These guys are top notch! Took a custom F150 to them that was slipping badly and throwing codes. They repaired it quickly and fairly but after we got it back still had some problems. They absolutely stood behind their warranty and after pretty extensive effort on their part found a glitchy electrical harness that was repaired. I honestly felt like it wasn t part of the original scope of work and they should have charged me something for it. They wouldn t accept payment. I won t ever go anywhere else with a transmission issue or even routine service other than to Paul & Ryan.

I started having transmission issues with my Ram 1500 and knew I was in over my head on potentially making repairs myself. A Plus came highly recommended from a friend and I couldn t be happier with my experience. Paul and Ryan are standup guys and were straightforward from the start. Trustworthy repair shops can be hard to come by and I consider myself lucky for finding them.

Very honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was referred to them for this reason and they did not disappoint. They were able to diagnose my issue ahead of schedule and were really flexible in offering options. I have never come across such an honest car repair company like this. There is a reason why their parking lot is full of cars. I would highly recommend using them.

Always been confident in the services that I ve received at a plus. Ryan is prompt in getting the work done and if he finds that repairs is not needed he will give you an honest opinion of what to do to try and save me unnecessary cost. Definitely 5 star service.

My car was brought here after the Euro garage (Also great dudes) determined I had a transmission issue. These guys were on point at all times letting me know what was happening with my car. Unfortunately, my car was unable to be repaired due to lack of available parts, but they really went above and beyond to seek out all solutions to getting my car back in working order. I would 100% bring any vehicle I had to these guys and trust that they would do the best possible job to get it going again.

Excellent service. Ryan knows everything there is to know about transmissions. Had my torque convertor replaced on my truck and brought in my wife s Yukon for a fluid change. Will be returning for all my future needs.

They are FANTASTIC. They are my Transmission Machanics from now on. Went in for routine maintenance. They did diagnostics, my transmission is just fine. They topped off fluid, informed me that I had a broken motor mount and take care of it when I can. I'll be taking care of that real soon. explained to me what kind of transmission I had and what to pay attention for after 120,000 miles. Very informative people. Thanks again, A+ Transmission.

Very good crew on the floor and in the office. Carlos, Clio, Jesse Jim, Jimbo very fast and experienced, Bret is a extremely good builder. Paul and Ryan very knowledgeable and able to advise you on making the best decisions on your vehicle. These guys work as a team and will fix your car. I d know I m a Mechanic. Brought another car up here for some work and as usual great job guys!

Took my Kia Soul in because the transmission coolant sensor wasn't working. Paul and Ryan found what was wrong and fixed it quickly. They kept me updated and gave me a fair price. This is the second car I took there and I'm happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone with transmission issues.

I was in a pinch when my transmission broke down and my regular mechanic told me he trusts this team the most. My car was in and out within a week. Transmissions are notoriously expensive but they did offer financing to help. Ryan was communicative and helpful all the way through

I meant to write this review months ago but better late than never. This shop did an amazing job with replacing/rebuilding my transmission in my Civic. They gave me an undisclosed deal to help me out with the expenses and I couldn't be more thankful for them. I highly recommend them, super professional, very clean shop, and excellent work. Ask for Ryan, his customer service skills are top notch and will give you the best advice on your car needs

I took my 2018 Honda Odyssey to A Plus Transmission for a routine 60k miles maintenance check after so many great reviews. I am happy to say my experience confirms all of those positive reviews. The service manager, Ryan, was great with communication and letting me know exactly what we needed. Our vehicle was in and out of the shop very quickly and the service was excellent.
