We were on our way home when we blew out a tire on our trailer. Tracy went above and beyond to find us a tire and change it for us on a Sunday afternoon. He was so helpful and very kind. Definitely recommend!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Billy saved us today on highway 45 ! We waited over 3 hours for another tow company and when I calledDoug's they were there fast ! The price was great for a long tow and if I ever get stuck again I'd use them over and over !

Amazing service! My tire shredded on the highway at night, and they were there to tow me. Originally the Buc-ee's was where I wanted to get the car towed, and they told me that Buc-ee's was off limits. But, Brandon, the guy who towed me, was able to pull some strings to make it happen. He even put my spare tire in for free! Thanks again to Brandon, really came in clutch.Service: Tires

I was driving from Houston to Dallas and my water pump blew. Thankfully I was at the Madisonville exit at Bucee's. The Bucee's manager referred me to Doug's Wrecker Services. Billy arrived within 15 minutes. He drove me to the only mechanics shop in town that was open. They determined it was the water pump, but they could not have the auto part for two days, and informed me that my car would be ready in five days. That was not an option. Billy towed me to my Dallas car dealership. He was great! It was worth every penny.

I d give ten stars if I could. Not only were they quick to answer my call, they were able to tow my vehicle about 100 miles and work with me on the price! Tracy was super awesome he was very understanding, patient and kind, he even helped me get to my meeting just shy of being on time, after dropping off my car. Thank you so much for making an immensely stressful situation just a little less chaotic, my husband and I greatly appreciate all your help last week!

My daughter was stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I called Doug's Wrecker Service and a truck was dispatched to her location immediately. The driver was professional and helpful. He even gave his number to my daughter and asked her to text it to me (her dad) in case I had any questions. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I were traveling from Oklahoma to Houston when we hit something in the road around 3am. We called Doug's and they rescued us within 30 minutes. Billy was the tow truck driver and he couldn't have been more of a blessing. Not only did Billy tow our car to their yard, he ensured the safety of our entire family by taking us to a hotel, helping us unload all our luggage there, and giving us directions and advice for our next steps and the people/places who could help. Billy was amazing and had a smile on the entire time he was with us. He went exceedingly above and beyond his "job", made us feel safe again, and even had our two littles smiling. We are incredibly grateful for Billy and Doug's Wrecker Service.

My husband was traveling on Sunday from Houston to Ft. Worth on Hwy 45 when he started to feel a vibration. He was able to pull off the Hwy & then noticed a flat tire. We are new to the area & didn't know who to call but we found Doug's Wrecker Service & gave them a call. So glad we did. They came & picked up my husbands truck & the next morning towed it to Discount Tires so that we could get a new tire put on. Doug's Wrecker Service was fast & the price was reasonable and the person who came out was very friendly & knowledgeable. Couldn't thank them enough!

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Called in around 9pm on 8/1/18, my car cut off while driving down 45N. Called in to get a quote. Man on the phone was rude and impatient. I am not familiar with the area and he sucked his teeth and sighed loudly as I tried to give him directions as to where I was. When I told him I was pulled over on 45N and had just passed Buc-ee's about 3 minutes ago that wasn't good enough. A state trooper came (thankfully) and was able to give me my exact location. I finally began to tell him the address of the location to take my vehicle. He wouldn't even let me state the full address before giving me a price quote of $250 more than the only other tow in town. I didn't say a word, I just simply hung up in his face. I suggest whoever was working quit their job and find something they actually like to do. The experience and customer service was atrocious. When someone is stuck on the side of the road the last thing they need is a case of the a** from the tow truck company. The only other tow truck company in this town gave wonderful customer service and turned a nightmare into a better situation! I hardly ever write reviews, but I thought I'd take my time to write this one and let others know of my experience.

I was driving from Houston to Ft Worth when my vehicle broke down at Buc-cee's. I called Doug's wrecker service and within 10 minutes Billy showed up. Very friendly and professional. I could not have been happier with the service and the towing charge was very fair!
