Go to The Tire Barn if you do not want to wait an hour to get you state inspection done. Thomas did my inspection in 10 minutes AND checked on a price for some new tires for me. Thank you Thomas for your personalized service!!

These guys were GREAT I went to get my car inspected and the employees were friendly and professional and I was in there and out of there in no time, they literally had someone available to complete the inspection instead of making me wait behind longer services being done, from the moment I walked in the door until I left these guys were awesome, I won t go be going anywhere else in town in the future!!!!Thank you guys because so many places anymore do not even make you feel welcomed or even make you want to return!!!

Brock Tire was very helpful, courteous, and professional. The mechanic Cris fixed my vehicle that I thought could not be fixed. I considered junking it out. They were very reasonable on the price. I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle repairs!

Another great experience at Brock Tire Barn! The new location is convenient and has better facilities. The service was fast friendly and overall outstanding. I cannot recommend doing business here enough. Great prices you don t have to drive to Bryan or Huntsville to get. I have never had a vehicle inspected as fast and efficiently as you get at Brock s!

If I could give zero stars I would. The oil plug wasn t properly put back on my husbands diesel truck and it ran out of oil. Left me stranded on 45. Brad the owner didn t want to pay to have it fixed. That was a brand new motor in it. He always wanted to lawyer up. We finally after 5 months of going back and forth got it resolved. We had to put our own money into getting it fixed. His insurance paid a good portion but did not pay it all. The remaining was $4,000. He lawyered up the entire time told me he couldn t afford the rest to pay for it. It was a total nightmare. Then after we got the truck back I see he has a new shop on 45... good luck to ya.. you won t get my business ever!

I needed two new tires and oil change so I decided to come to Tire Barn. My parents have been here and suggested it because they have enjoyed the service there. They had a bit of trouble trying to get one of my tires in but that's okay. I understand complications happen. When I arrived I was greeted and my car was immediately taken to get worked on. The service was quick and everyone was very friendly. I definitely enjoyed my experience and highly recommend Tire Barn for anyone looking for quick, good, and friendly service!

Great establishment, always attentive and get you in and out. Tire, oil change, inspections, brakes uhaul and yes they do sale coastal hay. Great place

These are the best people, just had a tire rotation done and a lug broke, not only did they tell me about it, they took full responsibility and went above and beyond to get it fixed. A tire rotation ended up costing them over $1200 because of the car that I have but they never complained or asked for anything from me just took care of the issue and apologized the entire time. Going to be telling everyone I know to get tires and service from Brock and his guys.

We had tire problems on I45 and with the help of Gene Brock Tire Barn we were able to get on the road again without feeling like we had been taken advantage of. We can t express our appreciation enough for the help they were. We ended up buying 4 brand new tires.

These guys are awesome. I was stuck on the 45 at mile marker 145and they were here in 10 mins. By the time I had the tire off they were already here. They had me back on the road in 30 mins with 2new tires. Way to go guys. You rock. Thanks for your speedy service. I appreciate you all. Thanks so muchMatt from California

I stopped in because I had a tire that was always going low. These guys are awesome they set me up with two almost new used tires for now. They took my car right on backw and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. When it comes time to buy four new tires I will be back.Thank you

Had a friend from out town needed a single tire, cheap. We went down there and they had a really good, over 80% tread left. Mounted and balanced, less than half price of a new tire. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday.

I am a busy professional that struggles with work life balance. Despite taking off for a 2 week vacation, I found myself working each day of the first few days, so on the 4th day, my husband and I decided to head to Port Arthur for some much needed relaxation. All along the way, my job called and I thought to myself, Ill never get to take off and get some rest. Well, as fate would have it, 3 hours into the trip our car started losing power and we eventually pulled over into The Tire Barn in Madisonville, TX. These mechanically gifted professionals immediately greeted us and welcomed our car into one of their bays. Within 10 minutes or so, they were already diagnosing the problem and contacting local part shops to get the needed parts for our car's misfiring. I cannot recall a time that I received such superb mechanic service and especially during a car crisis. The best part of the encounter was when the founder of the company introduced himself and even prayed for our safe travels to our vacation destination. Trust these professionals...you won't regret it! I feel truly blessed to have met these guys!

They are wonderful!!! Worth going a bit farther. Inspections, tires, etc. I highly recommend checking them out and you won't regret it. I give them 10 honks for great service provided

First time I feel so comfortable and well attended. My friend's old truck tire started to peal off, they took some time to fix it (very rusty nuts, and heavy load in the truck) but they figured out everything. All that for $25! It's help from heaven

After being stranded over 24 hrs. We were towed to this place to tire barn. They had my tire size which was rare and they had EXCELLENT customer service and also gave us a card if we had anymore trouble on our way home. God bless these people.
