Tri County is the best Ford dealership in the Henderson/ Kaufman County area. No pressure from the sales department, good timely routine services from the Quick Lane service center run by friendly, respectful and professional staff. HOWEVER Thrice I have had my vehicle into the full service shop there. Not one time has it been close to ready at the originally promised time. I have been very disappointed. Two times it was because they farm out their windshield work to a subcontractor.
