Signed a legaI sales contract with financial terms included when I was told the bank approved me for an auto loan. *Not a bailout agreement nor under any kind of other "subject to credit approval". (Traded in paid-off vehicle for newer model). 30 says later, this dealership called and demanded the truck back because "financing fell through "?! The sales rep seriously laughed at me when I told him how wrong they were to fraudulently put their customers through a "yo-yo" scam. He had the nerve to ask me what a "yo-yo"/spot-delivery scam is! I told him I was not going to give him the satisfaction of me trying to explain that to him as obviously the dealership has performed this scam on many customers! He also told me that he would not transfer me to his manager and that his manager "already knows about the situation". So I'm guessing the manager/owner of teague chevrolet is ok with scaming the public?!?! He told me that those financial agreements mean absolutely nothing? But I bet if the consumer didn't abide by the agreement they would suffer repercussions, correct? I just think it's really shameful that a small-town dealership would even attempt to scam a local the way they did our family. Please, please pass the word along not to do business with them. They are nothing but crooks and I have the proof!

Service at Teague Chevy Buick is always perfect. Service Advisors Courtney and Rachel are always professional, courteous and efficient. They make the service experience enjoyable!

I just posted a comment but to repeat. We purchased a preown vehicle several yrs ago. still driving it. They treated us as if we just purchased a New vehicle instead of preowned. I need another vehicle because of car was hit, I just wish they had the right one for me now, I trust them and would purchase one, they just can't help me because of price range. Not that they haven't tried!
