They treat everyone like they are family. They let you know if it will be quick or estimated wait time. Friendly service that believes in taking care of each customer. I won't go anywhere else.

Getting there early is the key. They do excellent work and it's first come first serve. The staff is Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have trusted them to service my car for years and their work ethics keep me returning. I was impressed with their honesty. I received a Full Service coupon for about $20 under normal cost. When I handed the lady the coupon she said we're going to save you more money. The total on the paper was cheaper than what the coupon offered. They could have charged me the price of the coupon but they were walking in their integrity.

Quick lane usually works efficiently and do a good job. They like to make our vehicles run and run well. They also have some great deals on tires or various works packages for your vehicle. Now the prices went up which of course prices have gone up on everything! All in all I will keep going back. All my vehicles have came from Tri-County Ford they keep me running!

STAY AWAY !!!! if you leave a real review that happens to be bad, they will harass and threaten you to get a better review.I have a bad review because I witnessed several shady things get done and covered up. They have called several times leaving nasty messages....

I go here every time to get an oil change for my truck. Customer service always great. You are always greeted with a smile and a good morning . They do get busy sometimes but they do keep you updated on your vehicle.

Not very pleased with there price match guarantee. Its a bait trap. They will only match discount tire prices and every spec for the tire has to be the same. Example: i went to get tires that were 235/50 R18 97w. They were quoted 160$ a piece from discount tire. Quicklube wanted 190 a piece. After i got a credit card to try get a bigger rebate back i found out they wouldn't do it cause it was one letter off that. It was 235/50ZR r18 97W compared to 235/50R R18 97W. A little research will show you the Z after the size is basically useless now days. Was used before 1990 to show tires rated over 149mph which makes no since because the tire is rated W which is 168mph. Its a way for them to deny your price match. Ive found other tires with the zr rating for 160. Same tire. But again they only honor discount tire. Will not be back for tires. Look other places

Over charged my card which took 2 weeks to get straight with my bank. Right before vacation. Went here to get work done on van before vacation. Wake up next morning to flat tire that was fine-jacked up valve stem...weird how they wanted to sell us tires we didn't need then this. Thanks for screwing up our account and I know you people did some shady stuff to our tire. Husband still likes you but I'm working on that. You people are shady and I know it.

Waited a long time but they were very busy. They went over and above service. I needed a tire sensor and inspection and a taillight bulb and they said my bulb was only loose. It was worth the wait
