These people really know what they are talking about. Everyone is Super nice and they won't overcharge you. Their work is really quality. I only go to them for any tire need. You won't be disappointed!

I used this company to put 4 tires on my pickup a couple months ago. I need to replace my rotors and pulled my tires off to find they stripped all of my lug nuts back on! So now I get to replace both from wheel bearing assemblies. Thanks a lot! I ll be talking with you tomorrow!

Not the cheapest but extremely rude really makes you just wanna find another place to go. No people skills only gave two stars I figured they were worth two should ve only gave one now I think about it

This guy Jerald that owns the place, sold my girlfriend 2 7 year old tires with uneven tread on both tires. Charged her 120 dollars a piece for used tires claiming they were new. Following up with him about this he refused to acknowledge the fact even though the DOT clearly states 2516 or the 26th week of the 16th year. In fact he states that manufacture date means nothing and that they only go by mileage. He had excuse after excuse as to why I was wrong regardless of evidence and proceeded to question mine and her intelligence and get rude instead of doing the right thing. He did offer to warranty them but I will not trust a person who doesn't know tire basics and takes advantage of Women to do anything else on her van

Great service as well as very fair prices from these folks every time, on each of our vehicles. I much prefer making a purchase for a set of tires (or going in for related maintenance) from a small business such as this, as opposed to some large, over-priced and under-serviced chain/brand store. Each time I ve needed to visit, these guys have had me in and out quickly and happily. I also utilize them for my state inspections, and the process is simple. Highly recommended!

Over 100 for an alignment and can't even get the steering wheel straight. Went back and to get it corrected and they said slop in the gearbox. Something that was never relayed to me even though my entire front end is completely new. Waste of time and money going there!

Said they are open Saturday's till 2. They are not. Took a chance on a used tire on my car to get there cause they are the closest to home. Well good thing the old spear was still good. Got me to a tire store open on Saturdays.

Excellent service, excellent price! I got a used tire for my truck spare for only $40, and it has excellent tread. It looks almost new. Their machine wouldn't run my debit card, so I did have to go get cash. I have that problem at alot of places though. I highly recommend them over the other guys.

I've got my car inspected there and have bought tires there. They are always very professional and get you in and out quickly. They are always friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Went in for vehicle inspection. It was fast and the staff was super friendly. The stalls for working on cars looked really clean and not cluttered. Seems like a reliable place. I ll be going back for routine car work.

Bought a tire for my tractor. They no showed 4 times!!! When called they acted like they didn t care about it! Finally showed up a week later at 430 and left at 730. Went to use it next day and the tire was flat. Called and the owner basically said tough luck. Finally can back and fixed it a few days later!When I finally was able to use it again, it was NOT the tire I ordered! It was a smaller tire! Very very noticeable on the tractor. On my receipt is the correct tire number I ordered and the owner will not come back and swap it for the right one nor give me any money back!!I will never ever do business again with this guy, and I will tell everyone I know to not use him! Horrible!

What a fun crew with a good sense of humor and respectful to customers...... under carport 2 days 90 plus degrees,pkg ground turkey rolled under passenger seat, popped in the heat next to ac vent, intake. When car started, TERRIBLE ODOR filled the cabin.......almost an hour spent.After disposal, clean up and carpet cleaning, Lysol spray and closing all doors, only charged labor!!!!!! Good service with a smile. Go see them in Gun Barrel City Golden oaks Corner........ and tell them Claudia sent you!!!

You guys lost our buisness the cocky girl that works up there says she s a dot inspector haha what a joke of place would not give us a inspection on our truck because I m guessing she wanted to replace out steer tire and a few other things will never do buisness with them again

The guys do pretty good work, no complaint there. But on my most recent visit I was backing up in the drive way and backed up into a pipe gate that was sticking out into the drive area about 4 feet out in front of the shop. It sits down below the level of my rear view mirrors so I could no see it. Ok, My bad. Between $800 & $1000 in damage to the rear of my wife's Lincoln. My complaint is that when I spoke to J C. the owner he said that I was about the 100th person to do that. Seems like he would do something about the gate sticking out into the parking / drive area to keep he's customers from damaging their vehicles. Now I used to drive out of my way to go down to JC's tire bout 18 miles. But now I think I will find some place closer to home. Since I live north of Mabank there are at least 4 tire shops that are closer to me that will be getting my business from now on. He should have done something about the gate a long time ago

I took my car there for inspection and also my Dad's car at the same time. I was told that my 2015 Honda fit needed 2 tires on the right side! They passed the 1999 Buick. I ordered 2 new tires and returned the car today only to be told that I needed new tires on the left side. Seems like I was told the wrong thing. Geezer not made of money. I'll never go back there again!

Fair prices and fast service. I don't smoke though and really don't like smoke filled waiting rooms for my kids. Everything else is great there though.

Was there for an inspection. Very good customer service. Polite and thoughtfulness to the customer, however, sorry, but the customer counter inside office smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. It was nasty.

Didn't go for auto service. Was looking for smoker wood. And the owner " 2.00 a stick for hickory is all I have. Won't be using this place for anything. My Opinion only

Pulled in to buy 4 new tires for my truck and waited 10 mins while guy walked around . Never even said hi . Looked at me several times . What a joke they was not even busy
